s3, carrying out frame attaching, mounting and frame assembling fixation on the color honeycomb aluminum plate in a processing plant to form unit plates, numbering the unit plates and carrying out transportation on site;
s4, welding and installing main keels and switching corner codes on the existing base layer and the structural beam columns;
s5, mounting a hanging groove and a hanging bolt on the switching corner bracket;
s6, hoisting the unit plates piece by piece according to the serial number according to the deepened design drawing;
s7, aligning the lower port plugging edge of the unit plate with the upper port plugging edge and the limiting edge of the adjacent installed unit plate to realize the alignment of Kong Jiuwei;
s8, hanging the upper opening hanging edge, the limiting edge and the lower opening hanging edge of the unit plate into the hanging bolts of the adjacent installed unit plate to realize the hanging of the adjacent plates;
s9, rechecking the position of the unit plate, and adjusting the position and the plate seam of the unit plate;
s10, limiting nuts with the upper opening hanging edge and the limiting edge of the mounting unit plate and blocking adhesive tapes with the lower opening inserting edge are used for realizing limiting blocking;
s11, fixing the upper opening of the mounting unit plate by a changeover screw with a splicing edge and a limiting edge;
s12, cleaning the color honeycomb aluminum plate on which the unit plate is mounted.
