The invention provides a cement-based building material and a preparation method thereof, relating to the technical field of buildings. The cement-based building material comprises the following raw materials: cement, water, a retarder, redispersible latex powder, a water reducing agent, a water repellent, a waterproof agent and a mildew preventive; a method for preparing a cement-based building material comprises the following steps; taking 100% of total amount of water, placing cement and 60% of water in a stirrer, stirring for 10 minutes, adding the retarder, the redispersible latex powder, the water foaming agent, the water reducing agent, the water repellent, the mildew preventive and the waterproof agent into the remaining 40% of water, uniformly stirring, pouring into the stirrer, and stirring for 15 minutes by using the stirrer to obtain the cement building slurry. By selecting a reasonable formula and additives, the prepared cement-based building material can ensure green use, environmental protection, safety and no pollution, simultaneously satisfies the cast-in-place characteristic of a construction site, and can be configured and used on the site.

Technical Field

Background
The cement is industrial waste residue discharged by an acid plant, the main components of the cement are calcium sulfate dihydrate and other impurities, the impurities comprise acid, various acid salts, fluorides, organic components, aluminum compounds and soluble salts, and the substances influence the effective utilization of the cement, so that the utilization rate of the cement is extremely low, and the cement becomes a problem concerned by people;
the property of whether the mortar is easy to flow under the action of self-gravity or external force is represented by the fluidity (or consistency value) (mm), namely the number of millimeters of the cone of the mortar consistency tester sinking into the mortar.

the fluidity of the prepared cement-based quick-setting novel building slurry is 73 mm.
The second embodiment:
