Claims (9)

1. A method for rapidly preparing an inorganic shaving board mainly comprises the following process steps:
mixing a coagulant with water to obtain a coagulant solution; the coagulant is one or more of ferrous sulfate, calcium sulfate or aluminum hydroxide;
pre-mixing the dried wood shavings with an environment-friendly adhesive, and adding a coagulant solution and water to adjust the water content of the wood shavings to obtain wet wood shavings;
paving and prepressing the wet wood shavings in a layering way to obtain a prepressed plate blank;
feeding the pre-pressed plate blank into a press, and forming the plate blank through a hot pressing-cold pressing process to obtain a formed plate blank;
and (3) placing the formed plate blank in a spacious shady place for standing to obtain the high-strength inorganic shaving board.
2. The method for preparing an inorganic particle board as set forth in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the coagulant to the water in the step (1) is (1.0-3.5): (96-99).

The method for preparing an inorganic particle board according to claim 1, wherein the moisture content of the dried wood particles in the step (2) is 6.0% -8.5%; the mass ratio of the coagulant contained in the dried wood shavings, the environment-friendly adhesive and the coagulant solution is (45-58): (42-55): 1-3); the moisture content of the wet wood shavings is 16-28%; the environment-friendly adhesive comprises a magnesium oxide inorganic adhesive and/or a sulfate inorganic adhesive.

The method for preparing an inorganic particle board as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of the coagulant contained in the dried wood particles, the environment-friendly adhesive and the coagulant solution is (45-56): (44-55): 1-3); the moisture content of the wet wood shavings is 18-26%.
5. The method for manufacturing an inorganic particle board as set forth in claim 1, wherein the total thickness of the mat applied in the step (3) is 180 mm; the required pressure for pre-pressing is 0.3-0.4 MPa.

The method for preparing the inorganic particle board according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the hot pressing section of the hot pressing-cold pressing process in the step (4) is 195-225 ℃, the temperature reduction range of the hot pressing and the cold pressing is 50-100 ℃, the total time of the hot pressing and the cold pressing is 360s, and the pressure is 2.5-3.5 MPa.
7. The method for preparing an inorganic particle board according to claim 1, wherein the standing place in the step (5) is a shady place, the air humidity is 15-40%, and the air temperature is 10-27 ℃; the water content of the final product of the rapidly prepared inorganic shaving board is 7.5-9.5%.
8. An inorganic particle board produced by the method for producing an inorganic particle board according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. Use of the inorganic particle board prepared according to claim 8 in a wood based composite material.
