Further, the middle supporting device 5 further includes a middle supporting seat 54 and a middle supporting roller 55, the middle supporting seat 54 is installed at any side of the lifting seat 51, the middle supporting roller 55 is rotatably installed at the middle supporting seat 54, and a plane where a highest rotation point of the middle supporting roller 55 is located is flush with a top surface of the lifting seat 51;
the automatic feeding device also comprises a tail supporting device 6, wherein the tail supporting device 6 is arranged at the feeding end of the rack 1; the tail material supporting device 6 comprises a tail material supporting seat 61 and a tail material supporting roller 62, the tail material supporting seat 61 is installed on the rack 1, the tail material supporting roller 62 is rotatably installed on the tail material supporting seat 61, and the plane where the rotating highest point of the tail material supporting roller 62 is located is flush with the upper surface of the bottom plate of the material clamping seat 31.
In a preferred embodiment of the present technical solution, the middle supporting device 5 further includes a middle supporting seat 54 and a middle supporting roller 55, and the middle supporting roller 55 supports the profile raw material located between the feeding device 2 and the material clamping device 3; still include afterbody support material device 6 in the fixed length saw cutter convenient to reduce tails of this scheme, afterbody support material device 6 includes that the afterbody holds in the palm material seat 61 and afterbody material roller 62, and afterbody material roller 62 holds in the palm plays the supporting effect to the section bar raw and other materials that lie in 1 material loading end of frame.

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the feeding device 2 in the present embodiment includes a feeding seat 21, a third pressing assembly 22 and a fourth pressing assembly 23, and the feeding seat 21 can reciprocate along the length direction of the frame 1 for implementing the movable design of the feeding device 2. The third pressing assembly 22 and the fourth pressing assembly 23 are mounted inside the clamping base 31 in parallel and used for clamping the raw profile materials in the vertical direction. First push down subassembly 32, second push down subassembly 33, third push down subassembly 22 and fourth push down the structure setting of subassembly 23 in this scheme, be convenient for further guarantee that fixed length saw cuts the effective centre gripping of machine to section bar raw and other materials in vertical side to realize that material feeding unit 2 carries steadily to section bar raw and other materials.
Preferably, the first pressing component 32, the second pressing component 33, the third pressing component 22 and the fourth pressing component 23 have the same structure, so that the processing difficulty of the fixed-length sawing machine is reduced.
More preferably, the first pressing assembly 32 includes a pressing support 321, a pressing driver 322, a pressing plate 323 and a guide rod 324;
the lower pressing support frame 321 is installed inside the material clamping seat 31, the lower pressing driver 322 is installed at the top of the lower pressing support frame 321, the lower pressing plate 323 is installed at the bottom of the lower pressing support frame 321 in a vertically movable manner, an output shaft of the lower pressing driver 322 passes through the lower pressing support frame 321 to be connected with the lower pressing plate 323, and the lower pressing driver 322 is used for driving the lower pressing plate 323 to move vertically; the guide rods 324 are located at two sides of the top of the lower pressing plate 323, the tail ends of the guide rods 324 are fixedly connected to the top of the lower pressing plate 323, and the top ends of the guide rods 324 penetrate through the lower pressing support 321, so that the guide rods 324 move up and down relative to the lower pressing support 321. The pressing assembly in the scheme is simple in structure and reliable in performance, and is beneficial to effectively clamping raw materials of the section in the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, the push-down driver 322 may be a driving motor, a driving cylinder, or the like.
More specifically, the feeding device 2 further includes a third pressing component 24 and a fourth pressing component 25, the third pressing component 24 and the fourth pressing component 25 are both installed inside the feeding seat 21, and the third pressing component 24 and the fourth pressing component 25 are respectively located at two sides of the third pressing component 22 or the fourth pressing component 23;
a third clamping position for clamping the profile is arranged between the third side pressing assembly 24 and the side plate of the feeding seat 21, a fourth clamping position for clamping the profile is arranged between the fourth side pressing assembly 25 and the side plate of the feeding seat 21, and the third side pressing assembly 24 and the fourth side pressing assembly 25 are used for horizontally clamping the profile.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the feeding device 2 in the present embodiment further includes a third pressing component 24 and a fourth pressing component 25, and the third pressing component 24 and the fourth pressing component 25 are respectively located at two sides of the third pressing component 22 or the fourth pressing component 23, which is beneficial to ensure effective clamping of the raw profile material by the feeding device 2 in the horizontal direction.
Preferably, the first side pressing assembly 34, the second side pressing assembly 52, the third side pressing assembly 24 and the fourth side pressing assembly 25 have the same structure, so that the processing difficulty of the fixed-length sawing machine is reduced.
More preferably, the first side pressing assembly 34 comprises a side pressing support frame 341, a side pressing driver 342 and a side pressing plate 343;
the side pressure supporting frame 341 is mounted on the bottom plate of the clamping seat 31, the side pressure driver 342 is mounted on the clamping seat 31 through the side pressure supporting frame 341, the side pressure plate 343 is connected to an output shaft of the side pressure driver 342, the side pressure plate 343 is parallel to a side plate of the clamping seat 31, and the side pressure driver 342 is used for driving the side pressure plate 343 to approach to and depart from the side plate of the clamping seat 31. The side pressure subassembly in this scheme simple structure, the dependable performance is favorable to carrying out the effective centre gripping on the horizontal direction to section bar raw and other materials.
In this embodiment, the lateral pressure driver 342 may be a driving motor, a driving cylinder, or the like.
To explain further, the material breaking device 4 further comprises a moving seat 42 and a driver 43;
the movable base 42 is mounted on the machine frame 1, the driver 43 is mounted on the top of the movable base 42, and the driver 43 is movable along the width direction of the machine frame 1 through the movable base 42; the saw blade 41 is mounted at the output end of the driver 43, and the saw blade 41 realizes the cutting of the profile by the driving of the driver 43.
As shown in fig. 7, the material-cutting device 4 in this embodiment further includes a moving seat 42 and a driver 43; specifically, the moving base 42 is mounted to the frame 1, the driver 43 is mounted on the top of the moving base 42, and the driver 43 is movable in the width direction of the frame 1 by the moving base 42; the saw blade 41 is installed at the output end of the driver 43, the saw blade 41 is driven by the driver 43 to cut the section, the structure is simple, the size is compact, and smooth operation of the cutting process is guaranteed.
The driver 43 in this embodiment may be a driving motor, and is not limited herein.
Further, the device also comprises a screw rod and an organ shield 7, wherein the screw rod is arranged on the rear side in the length direction of the rack 1 and is connected with the feeding device 2, the feeding device 2 can move along the extension direction of the screw rod, and the length of the screw rod is consistent with the length of the moving stroke of the feeding device 2;
the organ shield 7 is mounted on the rear side of the rack 1 in the length direction, and the organ shield 7 is used for covering the screw rod.
In a preferred embodiment of the present technical solution, the fixed-length sawing machine further includes a screw rod (not shown in the figure) and a organ shield 7, wherein the organ shield 7 is used for covering the screw rod, which is beneficial to preventing the screw rod from being eroded by dust or water mist, thereby preventing the feeding device 2 from moving smoothly.
Further, the waste filtering device further comprises a waste filtering funnel 8 and a water receiving tank 9, wherein the waste filtering funnel 8 and the water receiving tank 9 are both installed inside the rack 1, the waste filtering funnel 8 is located below the material breaking device 4, and the water receiving tank 9 is located at the bottom of the waste filtering funnel 8.
In a more preferred embodiment of this technical scheme, the fixed length saw cutting machine still includes waste material filter hopper 8 and water receiving tank 9, for preventing the dust in the cutting process from raising, therefore generally need the participation of water in the cutting process, waste material filter hopper 8 is located the below of disconnected material device 4 for filter and collect the piece that drops in the cutting process, and water receiving tank 9 is located the bottom of waste material filter hopper 8, is used for retrieving the water in the cutting process.
