Because most of the trapped impurities are attached to the fine sand layer, in order to discharge the impurities out of the equipment body more completely, the invention designs the side-feeding type stirring device which is provided with a plurality of blades with the founding claws, and the filter material layer is back-cleaned from bottom to top by the founding claws while stirring, so that the adhered substances are fully separated from the filter material, the filtering effect is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
