In this embodiment, the expansion gas, the cooling liquid and the cleaning liquid of the expansion member 200 are provided by the structural design of the external component 300, and the mutual triggering of the gas source component 310, the cooling source component 320 and the high-pressure fluid component 330 is realized by the structural design of the branch, so as to ensure the sequential proceeding of the cleaning process.
Specifically, the first branch 311 is used for inflating the inflatable member 200, the second branch 321 is used for cooling, and the third branch 331 is used for providing high-pressure fluid, so as to clean the teeth; a first pressure sensor 312 is disposed on the first branch 311 for monitoring the pressure change of the first branch 311, after the pressure of the first branch 311 is constant, as will be known to those skilled in the art, the expansion member 200 is expanded to a maximum value under the action of an external air source, so as to achieve the mutual fit with teeth, and reduce or even close the opening of the tooth cleaning tank 110, at this time, the first pressure sensor 312 sends a corresponding signal to be received by the first pressure valve 332, the first pressure valve 332 receives a corresponding signal, so as to achieve the opening of the valve, at this time, the third branch 331 is communicated, so as to achieve the cleaning of teeth, and for the cooling source assembly 320, a liquid collecting chamber 322 is disposed, the second pressure sensor 323 is used for testing the change of the liquid in the liquid collecting chamber 322, and when the corresponding liquid reaches a preset value 323, the second pressure sensor sends a corresponding signal to achieve the closing of the second pressure valve 333, thereby accomplish the cleanness, avoid the influence of clean process and cryotherapy to avoid receiving the in-process of cryotherapy at the patient, the inside tissue in oral cavity that causes carelessly removes, and high-pressure fluid causes the influence to the oral mucosa.

In some embodiments, the cooling source assembly 320 further comprises a cooling source device and a liquid buffer chamber 325, the second branch 321 comprises a first segment 321a and a second segment 321b, the first segment 321a is used for connecting the cooling source device and the liquid buffer chamber 322, and the second segment 321b is used for connecting the liquid buffer chamber 325 and the liquid buffer chamber 322; the flow rate of the second segment 321b is equal to or less than the flow rate of the first segment 321 a; the liquid temporary storage cavity 325 is provided with a liquid discharge pipe, the liquid discharge pipe comprises a bending section 326, and the bending section 326 is positioned in the space range of the cavity top and the cavity bottom of the liquid temporary storage cavity 325; the bending section 326 is provided with a first opening and a second opening which face the same side, the first opening is connected with a first pipe section 327, two ends of the first pipe section 327 are located in the space range of the top and the bottom of the liquid temporary storage cavity 325, one end of the first pipe section 327 is communicated with the first opening, and the other end of the first pipe section 327 and the bottom of the liquid temporary storage cavity 325 are arranged at intervals; the second opening is connected with a second pipe section 328, two ends of which are respectively positioned at the opposite sides of the cavity bottom of the temporary liquid storage cavity 325, one end of the second pipe section 328 is communicated with the second opening, and the other end of the first pipe section 327 is communicated with the cooling branch 133.

Claims (10)

1. An oral cleaning device suitable for use in a patient undergoing chemotherapy, comprising:
a cleaning device body (100), the cleaning device body (100) comprising a tooth cleaning slot (110) for interacting with a patient's teeth;
the side wall of the tooth cleaning groove (110) is provided with a water outlet hole (111) which is used for realizing the cleaning of tooth parts by injecting high-pressure fluid;
the notch position of the tooth cleaning groove (110) is also provided with an expansion piece (200); the expansion piece (200) is used for being connected with an air inflation structure, and the reduction of the opening distance of the tooth cleaning groove opening is realized.
2. An oral cavity cleaning device suitable for patients with chemotherapy according to claim 1, wherein the expansion member (200) has an inner cavity, the cleaning device body (100) is provided with a gas supply branch (120), the gas supply branch (120) comprises a gas outlet (121) and a gas inlet (122), the gas outlet (121) is communicated with the inner cavity, and the gas inlet (122) is used for being connected with an inflation structure.
3. The oral cavity cleaning device for the patient in chemotherapy according to claim 1, wherein the number of the expansion members (200) is two, and the two expansion members (200) are respectively disposed on the sidewalls of the teeth cleaning groove (110).

The oral cavity cleaning device for the chemotherapy patients according to claim 3, wherein the side wall of the tooth cleaning groove is further provided with a limiting component (112), the limiting component (112) comprises two limiting plates which are arranged at intervals, and the expansion piece (200) is arranged in the space between the two limiting plates.
5. An oral cavity cleaning device suitable for a chemotherapy patient according to claim 1, wherein the tooth cleaning groove (110) is a groove structure with two closed ends, and both ends of the tooth cleaning groove (110) are provided with a telescopic piece (113) for realizing end closure.

An oral cavity cleaning device suitable for a chemotherapy patient according to claim 5, wherein one end of the telescopic member (113) is fixedly connected with the top of the tooth cleaning groove (110), the other end of the telescopic member (113) can move along the depth direction of the tooth cleaning groove (110), and when the telescopic member (113) is not applied with external force, the other end of the telescopic member (113) is coplanar with the plane of the notch of the tooth cleaning groove (110).

The oral cleaning device for the chemotherapy patients according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cleaning device body (100) is further provided with a cooling layer for cooling the oral mucosa, the cooling layer comprises a first cooling area (131) and a second cooling area (132); the first cooling area (131) is used for being matched with oral mucosa on the front side of teeth, and the second cooling area (132) is used for being matched with the oral mucosa on the rear side of the teeth.

The oral cavity cleaning device for patients undergoing chemotherapy according to claim 7, wherein the cooling layer is further provided with a cooling branch (133), the cooling branch (133) comprises a liquid outlet and a liquid inlet, the liquid inlet is used for being connected with cooling liquid, and the liquid outlet comprises a first liquid outlet arranged at the first cooling area (131) and a second liquid outlet arranged at the second cooling area (132).

The oral cleaning device of claim 8, further comprising an external assembly, wherein the external assembly comprises a gas source assembly, a cooling source assembly and a high pressure fluid assembly; the air source assembly is communicated with the air supply branch (120) through a first branch, the cooling source assembly is communicated with the cooling branch (133) through a second branch, and the high-pressure fluid assembly is communicated with the water outlet hole (111) through a third branch; the third branch is provided with a first pressure valve which is closed in an initial state and a second pressure valve which is opened in the initial state, the first branch is provided with a first pressure sensor for monitoring the internal pressure of the first branch, and the first pressure sensor is in signal connection with the first pressure valve and is used for controlling the opening of the first pressure valve; the second branch is provided with a liquid collecting cavity, a second pressure sensor is arranged in the liquid collecting cavity, and the second pressure sensor is in signal connection with the second pressure valve and used for controlling the second pressure valve to be closed.

The oral cleaning device of claim 9, wherein the cooling source assembly further comprises a cooling source device and a buffer chamber, the second branch comprises a first segment for connecting the cooling source device and the liquid collection chamber, and a second segment for connecting the liquid collection chamber and the buffer chamber; the flow rate of the second section is less than or equal to the flow rate of the first section; the liquid temporary storage cavity is provided with a liquid discharge pipe, the liquid discharge pipe comprises a bending section, and the bending section is positioned in the space range of the cavity top and the cavity bottom of the liquid temporary storage cavity; the bending section is provided with a first opening and a second opening which face the same side, the first opening is connected with a first pipe section, two ends of the first pipe section are positioned in the space range of the top and the bottom of the liquid temporary storage cavity, one end of the first pipe section is communicated with the first opening, and the other end of the first pipe section is arranged at intervals with the bottom of the liquid temporary storage cavity in the cavity direction; the second opening is connected with a second pipe section, two ends of the second pipe section are respectively positioned on the different sides of the cavity bottom of the liquid temporary storage cavity, one end of the second pipe section is communicated with the second opening, and the other end of the first pipe section is communicated with the cooling branch (133).
