The first elastic member is used for providing elastic force for switching the locking member 210 from the unlocking state to the locking state, i.e. the driving force is provided by the first elastic member in the process that the locking member 210 moves from the position separated from the ratchet 206 to the position abutted against the ratchet 206.
The first resilient element may be in one of several forms, and the following description refers to several forms of the first resilient element:
the first form:
first elastic component is compression spring, installs compression spring for the convenience, and the inner wall of mounting hole is provided with spacing step, and locking piece 210 is close to the one end of ratchet 206 and is provided with spacing round pin axle, and locking piece 210 is located to the compression spring cover, and compression spring's upper end butt is in spacing step, compression spring's lower extreme butt in spacing round pin axle. In the locked state, the first resilient element is in an initial state (uncompressed) or a first compressed state. When the locking member 210 is pulled upwardly by hand, the first resilient member is further compressed in a second compressed state, the locking member 210 disengages from the ratchet 206, and the adjustment lever 202 is in an unlocked state. When the locking member 210 is released, the locking member 210 moves downward to abut against the ratchet 206 under the elastic force of the first elastic member, and the adjustment lever 202 is restored to the locked state.
The second form:
the first elastic part is an extension spring, the adjustment arm 209 is provided with a first hook in order to install the extension spring conveniently, one end of the locking part 210 far away from the ratchet wheel 206 is provided with a second hook, the upper end of the extension spring is connected with the second hook, and the lower end of the extension spring is connected with the first hook. In the locked state, the first elastic member is in an initial state (unstretched) or a first stretched state. When the locking member 210 is pulled upward by hand, the first elastic member is further stretched in the second stretched state, the locking member 210 is separated from the ratchet 206, and the adjustment lever 202 is in the unlocked state. When the locking member 210 is released, the locking member 210 moves downward to abut against the ratchet 206 under the elastic force of the first elastic member, and the adjustment lever 202 is restored to the locked state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the locking member 210 is an index pin, and the inner wall of the mounting hole is provided with a screw thread, and the index pin is mounted in the mounting hole by the screw thread. Since the locking member 210 is a separate component, the integration level is high, and compared to the combination of the pin shaft and the first elastic member in the above embodiment, the use of the index pin facilitates the installation and simplifies the structure of the wound suturing apparatus.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the locked state, since the ratchet 206 is only axially rotatable in the first direction, to prevent over-squeezing the wound, the index pin may be pulled upward, with the lower end of the index pin disengaged from the ratchet 206, to axially rotate the adjustment lever 202 in the second direction to release the suture.
