Abstract
The invention relates to a multifunctional intra-oral support and guide device, belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and solves the problems that an endoscope cannot smoothly pass through an oral cavity and is difficult to process in the prior art. The oral cavity expander comprises an outer assembly and an inner assembly, wherein the outer assembly comprises an oral support, a support shaft and a support rod, the oral support and the support rod are used for expanding an oral cavity, and the inner assembly comprises a support frame and a framework. The multifunctional oral cavity inner support and guide device can be used for opening the oral cavity, relieving obstruction of an upper respiratory tract and establishing a spacious endotracheal intubation channel.

Technical Field

Background
Endoscopic examination and treatment are widely used in clinical work, such as gastroscopy, transesophageal ultrasound, and fibrobronchoscopy, where the oral cavity is the necessary channel for such examination. Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, embodiments of the present invention are directed to a multi-functional intraoral support and guide apparatus, comprising an outer component and an inner component;
the outer component comprises a mouth support, a support shaft and a support rod;
furthermore, the mouth support comprises a bottom, a first support arm and a second support arm, wherein the first support arm and the second support arm are respectively connected with two ends of the bottom;
one end of the supporting shaft is movably connected with the first supporting arm, the other end of the supporting shaft is movably connected with the second supporting arm, and the supporting shaft is provided with a supporting rod; the mouth support and the support rod are used for supporting the oral cavity;
further, the bottom comprises a first half part, a second half part and a first pin, the first half part is provided with a first pin ring, the second half part is provided with a second pin ring, and the first half part and the second half part can be combined to form the bottom through the first pin, the first pin ring and the second pin ring;

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof, and which together with the embodiments of the invention serve to explain the principles of the invention and not to limit its scope.
One embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-4, discloses a multifunctional oral cavity internal support and guide device, which comprises an external component and an internal component, wherein the external component comprises a mouth support 1, a support shaft 2 and a support rod 3, the mouth support 1 comprises a bottom 101, a first support arm 102 and a second support arm 103, one end of the support shaft 2 is movably connected with the first support arm 102, the other end of the support shaft 2 is movably connected with the second support arm 103, the first support arm 102 and the second support arm 103 are respectively connected with two ends of the bottom 101, the mouth support 1 and the support shaft 2 form a first opening 104 and a second opening 105, the support rod 3 is arranged on the support shaft 2, the support rod 3 can rotate to open or close the second opening 105, and the mouth support 1 and the support rod 3 can open the oral cavity; the mouth support 1 and the support rod 3 can isolate the contact between external equipment such as an endoscope and teeth, prevent a patient from accidentally biting the external equipment, and protect the external equipment from being scratched by the teeth.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the inner assembly comprises a support frame 4 and a frame 5, wherein the frame 5 is connected to the lower end of the support frame 4.
Preferably, the support frame 4 is a circular tube which comprises a grid structure, is telescopic in length and adjustable in inner diameter, and can be radially extended to abut against the air passage after the support frame 4 is released, so that the grid structure can expose the air passage, and observation, sampling or treatment of the air passage is facilitated; skeleton 5 is woven by elastic fiber and is formed, and 5 openings of skeleton can support throat upper portion, prevent that support frame 4 from to the throat landing, and skeleton 5 forms the hollow blade form to the regional exposure as far as possible of air flue that skeleton 5 supported, be convenient for observe, sample or treatment the air flue.

Preferably, the mouth brace 1 is used to brace the mouth open and against the patient's tongue.

Preferably, referring to fig. 2, one end of the support shaft 2 is provided with a ratchet wheel 8, the ratchet wheel 8 is provided with a pawl 9, the ratchet wheel 8 and the pawl 9 are matched to maintain the tilting angle of the support rod 3 and maintain the support state, and at the moment, the oral cavity is opened by an external component, so that an endoscope and other devices can be conveniently inserted.

Preferably, referring to fig. 3, the inner assembly further comprises a pulling wire 10, the pulling wire 10 is disposed on the support frame 4 and the framework 5, the support frame 4 is pulled by the pulling wire 10 and maintains a radially contracted state, and the framework 5 is pulled by the pulling wire 10 and maintains a furled state.
The diameter of the inner assembly which is contracted radially is smaller than the inner diameter of the air passage, so that the inner assembly can be smoothly placed into the air passage.
Preferably, the inner assembly further comprises a handle 17, the handle 17 is a hollow cylinder for the fiber bronchoscope to pass through, and the handle 17 is connected with the support frame 4.
In use, the fiberoptic bronchoscope is inserted through the handle 17 into the inner assembly up to the framework 5; the framework 5 is aligned to the direction of the air passage, the inner assembly is placed into the air passage, the pulling wire 10 is cut after the positioning by using the fiberbronchoscope, referring to fig. 4, the support frame 4 is radially flicked to prop against the air passage, and the framework 5 flicks outwards to form a horn-shaped opening; after use, the handle 17 and the fiberoptic bronchoscope are removed from the mouth.
Preferably, with reference to fig. 4, the support frame 4 comprises an elastic net provided with a third ring of pins 14 and a fourth ring of pins 15 and a second pin 16, the elastic net being able to be bent by means of the second pin 16, the third ring of pins 14 and the fourth ring of pins 15 to form a cylindrical support frame 4; the support frame 4 can be unfolded into an elastic net by pulling out the second pin 16.
In case the inner assembly is inserted into the external device, the inner assembly is taken out from the airway and the oral cavity, at this time, the inner assembly is still sleeved on the external device, the second pin 16 is drawn out, the connection between the third pin ring 14 and the fourth pin ring 15 can be released, the support frame 4 is unfolded into an elastic net, and the inner assembly can be removed from the external device without taking the external device out of the oral cavity.

one end of the supporting shaft (2) is provided with a ratchet wheel (8), and the ratchet wheel (8) is provided with a pawl (9);
the mouth support (1) and the support rod (3) are used for supporting the oral cavity;
