In some embodiments, 5mm ≦ L1 ≦ 20mm, 5mm ≦ L2 ≦ 20mm, preferably 5mm ≦ L1 ≦ 18mm, 5mm ≦ L2 ≦ 18mm, most preferably 6mm ≦ L1 ≦ 15mm, 6mm ≦ L2 ≦ 15mm, and in this embodiment, L1 ≦ L2 ≦ 9 mm.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, because the depth of the second chopper cup 13 is greater than that of the first chopper cup 12, in order to improve the meshing effect of the chopper 3 between the first chopper cup 12 and the transmission shaft of the main machine 2 and the meshing effect of the chopper 3 between the second chopper cup 13 and the transmission shaft of the main machine 2, when the lid 11 is respectively matched with the first chopper cup 12 and the second chopper cup 13, the distance that the lid 11 extends into the opening of the second chopper cup 13 is greater than that of the lid 11 into the opening of the first chopper cup 12, namely, the distance that the lid 11 extends into the opening of the chopper cup with the greater depth is greater than that of the chopper cup with the smaller depth of the lid 11, as shown in fig. 4, the distance that the lid 11 extends into the opening of the first chopper cup 12 is d1, as shown in fig. 5, the distance that the lid 11 extends into the opening of the second chopper cup 13 is d2, d2 is greater than d1, and so that, when the chopping knife 3 is placed in the first chopping cup 12, the distance that the knife shaft penetrates through the cup cover 11 and is exposed out of the cup cover 11 is the same as or close to the distance that the knife shaft penetrates through the cup cover 11 and is exposed out of the cup cover 11 when the chopping knife 3 is placed in the second chopping cup 13, so that the matching of the output shaft 22 of the main machine 2 and the knife shaft when the main machine 2 is placed on the cup cover 11 is not influenced by the depth difference of the first chopping cup 12 and the second chopping cup 13, and the stability and the reliability of the main machine 2 on the transmission of the chopping knife are ensured.
In some embodiments 6mm < d1 < d2 < 30mm, preferably 8mm < d1 < d2 < 25mm, most preferably 10mm < d1 < d2 < 25mm, in this embodiment d 1-10 mm and d 2-15 mm.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, in order to ensure the matching effect of the cap 11 with the first and second chopping cups 12 and 13, respectively, the cap 11 is provided with a first matching portion mounted with the first chopping cup 12 and a second matching portion mounted with the second chopping cup 13 along the axial direction, the vertical portion of the first matching portion is jointed with the inner wall of the first chopping cup 12, the vertical portion of the second matching portion is jointed with the inner wall of the second chopping cup 13, and the second matching portion is higher than the first matching portion along the axial direction, by means of the arrangement of the cap 11, corresponding to the assembly structure of the first and second chopping cups 12 and 13, namely, the distance that the cap 11 extends into the chopping container 1 is ensured, the vertical portion of the first matching portion is jointed with the inner wall of the first chopping cup 12, the vertical portion of the second cap is jointed with the inner wall of the second chopping cup 13, and when the cap 11 is assembled in place, the cup cover 11 and the first chopping cup 12 and the second chopping cup 13 are stably installed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the first and second adapter parts are a first step 111 and a second step 112 which are arranged in series, the horizontal part of the first step is used for abutting against the cup mouth of the first chopping cup, the horizontal part of the second step is used for abutting against the cup mouth of the second chopping cup, the caliber of the cup mouth of the second chopping cup 13 is larger than the diameter of the cup mouth of the first chopping cup 12, the second step 112 is positioned on the upper side of the first step 111, the first step 111 is matched with the first chopping cup 12 in a mounting way, the difference of the heights of the first step 111 and the second step 112 compensates for the difference of the heights of the first chopping cup 12 and the second chopping cup 13, in particular, the horizontal plane of the first step 111 is matched with the lip of the cup mouth of the first chopping cup 12, the horizontal plane of the second step 112 is matched with the lip of the cup mouth of the second chopping cup 13, the vertical wall of the first step 111 is matched with the inner wall of the first chopping cup 12, the vertical wall of the second step 112 abuts the inner wall of the second cutting cup 13.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, the shredder container 1 further includes a third shredder cup 14 that is deeper than the second shredder cup 13, and the lid 11 further includes a third adapter that mounts with the third shredder cup 14. Specifically, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the hollow space of the first chopper cup 12 is provided with an abutting part which is matched with the pivot joint part of the second chopper cup 13, the abutting part is positioned in the height 1/4-3/4 of the hollow space of the first chopper cup 12 in the axial direction, and the mark c in fig. 15 is an abutting part area, so that the first chopper cup 12 and the second chopper cup 13 are conveniently nested together, and the nested height size is small.
Preferably, the height of the pivot of the second cutting cup 13 extending into the pivot of the first cutting cup 12 is not less than half the height of the pivot of the second cutting cup 13.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the pivot part is integrally formed by upwardly stretching the bottom wall of the metal chopping cup, and the positioning shaft is directly stretched out of the bottom of the chopping cup, so that a separate positioning shaft fitting of the pivot part of the traditional chopper is eliminated, the cost is reduced, the concentricity of the pivot part and the chopping cup is improved, the upper end of the pivot part is in a smooth spherical shape, the nesting is convenient, and the situation that a plurality of chopping cups are not easily disassembled after being nested can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the metal shredder cup is a steel cup.

Claims (10)

1. A chopper comprises a chopping container, a main machine and a chopping knife, wherein the main machine is placed on the chopping container, the chopping knife is arranged in the chopping container, the main machine is provided with a motor and an output shaft driven by the motor, the chopping knife comprises a knife blade and a knife shaft which is in transmission with the output shaft, one end of the chopping knife is pivoted at the bottom of the chopping container, the other end of the chopping knife is in meshing transmission connection with the output shaft through the knife shaft, the chopper is characterized in that the chopping container comprises a first chopping cup, a second chopping cup which is deeper than the first chopping cup, and a cup cover which can be matched with the first chopping cup and the second chopping cup, the second chopping cup can be embedded and sleeved outside the first chopping cup, the chopping knife can be placed in the first chopping cup or the second chopping cup, and the distance of the knife shaft which is exposed out of the cup cover is within the range of the meshing distance of the cup cover and the output shaft, so that the main body can alternatively cooperate with the chopping cup, and the engageable distance ranges from 5mm to 15 mm.
2. A shredder according to claim 1, wherein the cap extends into the mouth of the second shredder cup a greater distance than the cap extends into the mouth of the first shredder cup when the cap is engaged with the first and second shredder cups, respectively.
3. A shredder according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the lid is axially provided with a first adapter portion mounted to the first shredder cup and a second adapter portion mounted to the second shredder cup, respectively, the vertical portion of the first adapter portion engaging the inner wall of the first shredder cup, the vertical portion of the second adapter portion engaging the inner wall of the second shredder cup, and the second adapter portion being axially higher than the first adapter portion.
4. The shredder of claim 3 wherein the first and second adapters are a first step and a second step disposed in series, the first step having a horizontal portion for abutting the mouth of the first shredder cup and the second step having a horizontal portion for abutting the mouth of the second shredder cup, the second shredder cup having a mouth diameter greater than the first shredder cup mouth diameter.
5. A shredder according to claim 3, wherein the shredding container further comprises a third shredding cup having a greater depth than the second shredding cup, the lid further comprising a third adapter mounted with the third shredding cup, the first, second and third adapters being interferingly mounted with the shredding container by seals.
6. The shredder of claim 1 or 2, wherein the portion of the cup lid extending into the shredding container is circumferentially provided with a plurality of cup lid positioning slots, the inner wall of the first shredding cup is correspondingly provided with a plurality of first positioning ribs, the inner wall of the second shredding cup is correspondingly provided with a plurality of second positioning ribs, the positioning slots are all clamped with the first positioning ribs and the second positioning ribs to realize that the cup lid is respectively matched with the first shredding cup and the second shredding cup, and the distance from the tops of the first positioning ribs to the cup mouth of the first shredding cup is smaller than the distance from the tops of the second positioning ribs to the cup mouth of the second shredding cup, so that the distance from the cup lid extending into the first shredding cup is smaller than the distance from the cup lid extending into the second shredding cup.
7. The shredder of claim 6, wherein the lid positioning slot includes a stop rib positioned on either side of the first and second positioning ribs.
8. The shredder of claim 6, wherein the first positioning ribs are turbulators of the first shredder cup and the second positioning ribs are turbulators of the second shredder cup.
9. The shredder of claim 8, wherein the diverter rib is formed by an inward projection of the shredding container such that the diverter rib of a plurality of shredding cups nests when the plurality of shredding cups are nested.
10. A shredder according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the first and second shredding cups are metal cups, the bottom walls of the first and second shredding cups are upwardly convex to form pivots, the height of the pivots of the first shredding cup are the same as the height of the pivots of the second shredding cup, the pivots comprise hollow spaces open at the lower side, and the pivots of the second shredding cup extend into the hollow spaces of the pivots of the first shredding cup when the second shredding cup is nested outside the first shredding cup.
