Abstract

本申请实施例提供一种漫游方法、装置以及系统，其中，该方法包括：终端设备获取第一PLMN的信息，其中，所述第一PLMN与第二PLMN之间具有动态漫游协议；若所述终端设备无法接入所述第二PLMN，所述终端设备根据所述第一PLMN的信息向所述第一PLMN发送接入请求。通过第一PLMN与第二PLMN之间具有动态漫游协议，终端设备能够在该HPLMN发生故障后，缩短等待业务恢复的时间。
