a butt joint part (34) is arranged in the slot (33), and when the first deflection rod (22) and the second deflection rod (32) are aligned, the butt joint part (34) drives the inserting rod (24) to be inserted into the slot (33) for integrally butt joint;
the butt joint part (34) comprises a permanent magnet (341) embedded at the end part of the inserted link (24), an electromagnet (342) is arranged in the slot (33), an iron block (343) is embedded in the slot (33), the state of the inserted link (24) in the slot (33) is set by utilizing the respective actions of the permanent magnet (341) and the electromagnet (342) and the iron block (343), specifically, when the permanent magnet (341) is opposite to the slot, the iron block (343) is adsorbed by the permanent magnet (341) to be inserted into the slot (33) to complete integral butt joint, and when the deflection pin shaft mechanism (2) and the deflection shaft sleeve mechanism (3) are required to be reset, the electromagnet (342) is utilized to provide a magnetic field which is the same as the opposite magnetic pole of the permanent magnet (341) when current is conducted to the electromagnet, so that the inserted link (24) is reset by utilizing magnetic repulsive force.

the device also comprises a plurality of limiting top blocks (44) which are equidistantly arranged on the limiting frame (42), wherein the limiting top blocks (44) are in one-to-one correspondence with the number of the whole row of first rotating shafts (21) or second rotating shafts (31) in the limiting frame (42) and are positioned on the same side of the corresponding first rotating shafts (21) or second rotating shafts (31);
and elastic supporting parts (45) are arranged between the limiting frame (42) and the cabinet body (1) so as to ensure that the limiting frame (42) keeps stable in position and ensure that the deflection rod I (22) and the deflection rod II (32) keep a deflection state.
