The ultra-fast fuse adopts the silver fuse piece and is filled with high-purity silica sand, has strong current-limiting and arc-extinguishing effects, can quickly and safely cut off high-voltage surge short-circuit current of 200-400V or more, which is generated by the accident of the whole battery pack, within 10ms, and the heat energy generated in the fusing process is completely sealed in the tube body of the ultra-fast fuse, so that no adverse effect is caused on the module in the battery pack.
The conventional 18650 battery pack has a complicated main structure, high production cost and high later maintenance cost, so that the conventional overload fusing protection is replaced to cause a high cost problem.
Therefore, we propose a battery connecting sheet based on a battery pack overload protection device to solve the above problems.

The push rod 43 is pushed towards the direction of the rotation seat 45, so that the push rod 43 drives the elastic sheet 44 to tilt upwards, the push rod 43 is loosened, the elastic force of the elastic sheet 44 is utilized to restore downwards, when the conductive seat 2 at the lower part of the elastic sheet 44 needs to be cleaned, the elastic sheet 44 is pushed towards the side part after the elastic sheet 44 is pushed up, then the conductive seat 2 is cleaned, and then the elastic sheet 44 is restored.
