After people manually press the contact switch 101, the first electromagnet 115 of control module control starts, the first electromagnet 115 starts and holds the iron splint 113, thereby make the telescopic link 112 and the third spring 114 compressed, when distance sensor 105 senses and the installation box 1 in the distance between the bottom reaches the first default, the first electromagnet 115 of control module control closes, make the third spring 114 reset and drive the iron splint 113 and reset, thereby make the telescopic link 112 stretched, the iron splint 113 moves right at this moment and presss from both sides tightly the battery, avoided the installation box 1 battery to take place to remove when removing and the electric connector 61 friction causes the loss.

When using the battery to charge, the battery can produce heat, when temperature sensor 134 senses that the inside temperature of install bin 1 reaches the default, control module control fan 133 starts, thereby make fan 133 pass through the intake pipe 131 with the air current leading-in to install bin 1 inside, make steam pass through air outlet 135 and be discharged, with this effect of having realized the cooling, avoided the battery high temperature to cause danger, when temperature sensor 134 senses that the inside temperature of install bin 1 is less than the default, control module control fan 133 closes.
