Specifically, a nurse firstly inputs a job number and a password for login in a PDA (personal digital assistant), after login is successful, a medicine distribution button is clicked to enter a medicine distribution page, the system automatically takes a cold storage box taken out of a charging cabinet by the nurse as a default cold storage box for placing medicines, if information is wrong, the nurse can select the cold storage box through a list, and all cold storage box numbers which can be used for distributing the medicines in the current department are listed in the list. After the refrigeration box is confirmed, a nurse needs to input a bed number, then clicks a medicine placing button, enters a code scanning page, needs to scan a code before each medicine is placed, and needs to upload an electronic supervision code to a server end every time the electronic supervision code is scanned. And after the medicines are all distributed, clicking a completion button, and popping up a dialog box to prompt a user to continue distributing the medicines or quit logging in.
