The two groups of sliding brackets 12 are respectively fixed on the base 11 at two ends of the clamping pushing table 23, at least two sliding rods 33 are connected with each side of the sliding brackets 12, the sliding rods 33 are arranged in parallel on the same vertical surface, the two sliding tables 34 are arranged at the front side and the rear side of the base 11, each side is respectively provided with two sliding rods which are respectively connected with the two sides in a sliding manner, and the two sliding support rods 13 are respectively fixed on the sliding tables 34; the exposure lamp 32 is provided with lamp holders at both ends, the lamp holders are respectively fixed on the two sliding support rods 13, and the exposure lamp 32 is installed between the lamp holders. The fixing unit 2 includes a clamping pushing table 23, a first slide groove 22, and a slide rotation shaft 21. The clamping pushing table 23 is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer which are detachably connected; the clamping pushing table 23 is also provided with a groove, and the groove is connected with the supporting block 4 in a sliding way. The base 11 is provided with a first chute 22 matched with the size of a clamping pushing table 23, the clamping pushing table 23 is in sliding connection with the base 11 through the first chute 22, the first chute 22 is a combination of a groove and a convex groove, the groove is a sliding travel track of the clamping pushing table 23, the boss limits the clamping pushing table 23, the surface of the clamping pushing table 23 is polished smooth, lubricating oil is smeared on the contact surface of the first chute 22 for lubrication treatment, friction loss in the pushing process is reduced, the clamping pushing tables 23 are two seats, are oppositely arranged at the left side and the right side of the base 11, and can relatively slide in the first chute 22 through pushing, so that a lathe spindle can be clamped; the propping block 4 is cuboid and can slide in the groove, the propping block 4 is made of hard steel, and a rubber protection clamping process damage detection part is attached to the propping surface. The supporting block 4 can also supplement the clamping method, and the conventional clamping method is to suspend the lathe spindle to be tested in the space between the two pushing tables, and then push the two clamping pushing tables 23 to slide inwards, so as to clamp the lathe spindle.
As shown in fig. 4, the device further comprises a sliding rotating shaft 21, and the sliding rotating shaft 21 is movably connected with a clamping pushing table 23. The whole length of the sliding rotating shaft 21 is matched with the length of the base 11, through holes with the same outer diameter as the sliding rotating shaft 21 are formed in the center of the upper layer and the lower layer of the clamping pushing table 23, screw tapping is performed in the through holes, and the sliding rotating shaft 21 is installed through the through holes on the two pushing tables. The center of the sliding rotating shaft 21 is provided with a coaxial gear box, the inside of the coaxial gear box is sealed relatively, driving gears 213 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the coaxial gear box, driven gears are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the coaxial gear box, and the driving gears 213 are meshed with the driven gears. The rotation speeds of the two-side sliding rotation shafts 21 are smoothly synchronized by using the coaxial gearbox.
The sliding rotating shaft 21 further comprises a first rotating shaft 211 and a second rotating shaft 212, wherein the left end of the first rotating shaft 211 is in threaded connection with the left clamping pushing table 23, and the right end of the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the left driving gear 213; the left end of the second rotating shaft 212 is fixed on the right driving gear 213, the right end is in threaded connection with the right clamping pushing table 23, and the directions of threads on the first rotating shaft 211 and the second rotating shaft 212 are opposite. The two rotating shafts are set up and can rotate synchronously in the same level by being matched with the rotation of the coaxial rotating speed box, when the right clamping pushing table 23 is pushed to the center, the second rotating shaft 212 below the clamping pushing table 23 starts to rotate, the rotating speed and the rotating direction are synchronously transmitted to the first rotating shaft 211 through the coaxial gear box, the first rotating shaft 211 rotates in the same direction, and the advancing directions of the left clamping pushing table 23 above the first rotating shaft 211 and the right clamping pushing table 23 are opposite due to the fact that the screw directions of the first rotating shaft 211 are opposite, namely, the two pushing tables are converged towards the center, so that a lathe spindle is clamped.
As shown in fig. 5, the upper end of the coaxial gear box is provided with a lubrication oil hole 36, and the lower end is provided with a lubrication oil storage tank 6.
The light focusing lamp shade 31 is arranged above the exposure lamp 32, the material of the light focusing lamp shade 31 is made of high-reflectivity materials, such as tinfoil paper or titanium dioxide plated on the surface, the illumination efficiency of the light focusing lamp is improved, the light focusing lamp shade 31 converges light into one exposure surface to irradiate the main shaft of the lathe, and the influence of light diffusion, refraction and the like on the detection result is prevented.
When the detection starts, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the metal background plate 8 is firstly tiled on the upper surface of the base, the clamping pushing table 23 is pushed to lock the lathe spindle to be detected, the storage battery is connected with the lathe spindle and the metal background plate 8, opposite charges are uniformly distributed, then the pushing table is pushed to the leftmost end and the rightmost end of the base 11, the exposure lamp 32 is opened to provide enough illumination for the camera to complete the requirements of photographing and shooting, after the image acquisition of the upper surface is completed, the rotating part of the control supporting block drives the lathe spindle to rotate, if the current value deviation occurs on the ammeter, burrs left by processing are possibly formed on the lathe spindle, and the camera shoots and acquires the surface information of the lathe spindle, and focuses on the mark for subsequent professionals to check.
