When the position of the bracket of the air conditioner external unit is convenient for an outdoor installer to apply force, the indoor installer controls the hoisting speed reduction motor 502 to stop rotating.
After the air conditioner external unit bracket is installed, the air conditioner external unit with the rope and the safety belt fixed thereon is placed on the tensioning shaft 404 and the second pulley shaft 508 from the window, and the external unit is pushed to slowly lower the rope to move the external unit to the operation panel 101. After the air conditioner outdoor unit bracket is installed, the operation platform can be lifted, the outdoor unit is placed on the operation panel 101, then the operation platform is descended, and finally the air conditioner outdoor unit is transferred and fixed on the outdoor unit bracket by an outdoor installer.
After the air conditioner outdoor unit is installed, the winding speed reduction motor 502 is started to drive the winding drum 503 to rotate reversely, the winding drum 503 takes up the rope, the steel wire rope 504 presses the first pulley block and the second pulley block to slide and continuously wind the first pulley block and the second pulley block on the winding drum 503, the pull rod shaft 105 drives the sliding frame 102 to move upwards along the sliding way 303 under the lifting of the steel wire rope 504, and the operation panel 101 is lifted. The folding of the operation panel 101 also drives the balance frame to fold, and the work platform is changed to a folded state.
The locking mechanism is unlocked. The stop rod 409 is pulled out from the press hole, the tail end of the eccentric pressing rod 408 is lifted upwards, the eccentric pressing rod 408 is rotated, the connecting part of the arc-shaped locking rod 407 and the eccentric pressing rod 408 moves and is continuously close to the outer wall supporting rod, and the arc-shaped head part can be easily separated from the concave shaft 306 at the moment.
