Abstract

the first-stage sweeper at least comprises a scraper component support arranged on the conveyor body frame and a scraper component connected with the scraper component support, wherein the scraper component is composed of a scraper and a scraper main body, the scraper is made of a replaceable and nondestructive conveyor belt material and is attached to the conveyor belt, the shape of the scraper is concave arc-shaped, a scraper notch faces the conveyor belt, the scraper can be composed of a plurality of scrapers and is arranged on the scraper main body side by side, the scraper is connected to the scraper main body through bolts, the scraper component is fixedly connected to the scraper support through bolts, and the scraper component support is fixedly connected to a discharging section of the conveyor body frame; the second-stage sweeper at least comprises a brush carrier roller base arranged on the conveyor body frame, a brush carrier roller coaxially connected with the brush carrier roller base, a spiral carrier roller base arranged on the conveyor body frame and a spiral carrier roller coaxially connected with the spiral carrier roller base, wherein the brush carrier roller base is arranged below a return section conveyor belt of the conveyor body frame through bolt connection, the brush carrier roller is coaxially and fixedly connected to the brush carrier roller base, the brush concave arc of the brush carrier roller is opposite to the running direction of the return section conveyor belt, brushes of the brush carrier roller are arranged in a staggered manner, at least one group of brush carrier rollers are arranged, the brush carrier rollers are electrically connected, and the brush of the brush carrier roller is made of a non-destructive conveyor belt material; the third-stage sweeper at least comprises an air injection switching box base arranged on the conveyor body frame, an air injection switching box connected with two sides of the air injection switching box base, and an air nozzle arranged on the air injection switching box, wherein the air injection switching box base is arranged below a return section conveyor belt of the conveyor body frame through bolt connection, the air injection switching box is fixedly connected to the air injection switching box base, an inclined plane with a certain included angle with the conveyor belt is arranged on the air injection switching box, a round hole for installing the air nozzle is arranged on the inclined plane, the round hole is tightly attached to the bottom of the air nozzle, the air nozzle is coaxially connected with the round hole, a connecting port with an air power source is arranged on one end face of the air injection switching box, the direction of the air nozzle is opposite to the running direction of the conveyor belt, the air nozzle has a certain angle, and the air injection switching box has good sealing performance, the air injection switching box is electrically connected, the air nozzle is well sealed, and at least one group of air injection switching box and the air nozzle is arranged; the driving device is connected with the hairbrush carrier roller, the spiral carrier roller and the air injection adapter box.
The small material conveyer is arranged below the conveyer body and at least comprises the conveyer belt, the driving roller, the direction-changing roller and the material receiving hopper, the running direction of the small material conveyer is the same as that of the conveyer body, and at least one small material conveyer is arranged.
Further, the driving device is connected with the controller, the controller can acquire terminal input information, the controller is electrically connected with the controller, the small material conveyor is connected with the conveying controller, and the controller can adjust the cleaning grade according to a conveyor system.
