Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic stacking and collecting machine which is high in automation degree and high in stacking uniformity.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the automatic stacking and collecting machine provided by the invention comprises a first conveying mechanism, a stacking mechanism, a lifting and transferring mechanism and a second conveying mechanism, wherein the stacking mechanism is arranged at the discharge end of the first conveying mechanism, the second conveying mechanism is arranged below the stacking mechanism, the lifting and transferring mechanism is arranged below the feed end of the second conveying mechanism, the lifting and transferring mechanism can move back and forth between the lower part of the stacking mechanism and the feed end of the second conveying mechanism, the stacking mechanism comprises a fixed stop block, an elastic baffle and two expansion plates, the fixed stop block and the elastic baffle are arranged in the discharge end of the first conveying mechanism along the conveying direction of the first conveying mechanism, the elastic baffle can elastically swing along the conveying direction of the first conveying mechanism, the two expansion plates are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the discharge end of the first conveying mechanism, at least part of the expansion plate is positioned between the fixed stop block and the elastic baffle, and the ejection expansion plate can extend into or the discharge end of the first conveying mechanism.
According to the scheme, the two telescopic plates are arranged and used for supporting the lead frames conveyed from the first conveying mechanism to buffer the fall of the lead frames, then the telescopic plates retract, so that the lead frames can fall on the lifting transfer mechanism, and batch lead frames fall on the lifting transfer mechanism through the telescopic plates one by one, so that the automatic stacking function is realized; through setting up fixed dog and elastic baffle, the lead frame is located between fixed dog and the elastic baffle, because elastic baffle can the elastic oscillation, after being carried lead frame and the contact of elastic baffle, its impact force promotes elastic baffle forward swing a little, make things convenient for the lead frame to smoothly fall between fixed dog and elastic baffle, then elastic baffle automatic recovery normal position, align to fixed dog one end in order to promote the lead frame, make the lead frame just fall neatly and pile up between fixed dog and elastic baffle, be favorable to improving its regularity.
The first conveying mechanism is provided with two conveying mounting plates which are oppositely arranged; the fixed stop block is arranged on the inner side of the conveying installation plate, the telescopic plate can penetrate through the thickness direction of the conveying installation plate, the upper part of the fixed stop block is lower than the conveying surface of the first conveying mechanism and higher than the bearing surface of the telescopic plate in the vertical direction, and the lower part of the fixed stop block extends downwards along the vertical direction; the elastic baffle is arranged between the two conveying installation plates, the upper part of the elastic baffle is higher than the conveying surface of the first conveying mechanism in the vertical direction, and the lower part of the elastic baffle extends downwards along the vertical direction and is lower than the bearing surface of the expansion plate.
According to the scheme, the fixed stop block and the elastic baffle plate both extend downwards along the vertical direction, so that batch lead frames falling between the fixed stop block and the elastic baffle plate can be aligned, and the lifting transfer mechanism can conveniently and neatly transfer lead frame stacks; the setting of fixed dog can also cushion the drop of lead frame, realizes slowly falling and piles up the function.
The fixed stop block is provided with a first stop surface extending along the vertical direction, the elastic stop plate is provided with a second stop surface extending along the vertical direction, and the first stop surface and the second stop surface are arranged oppositely.
According to the scheme, the lead frame stack between the first stop surface and the second stop surface is stacked along the vertical direction, and the uniformity of the lead frame stack is further improved.
The further proposal is that the fixed stop block is in a wedge shape, and the upper part of the fixed stop block is provided with a smooth transitional cambered surface.
According to the scheme, the smooth transition cambered surface is arranged, so that the surface of the lead frame is protected, and the scraping is prevented.
The further scheme is that the stacking mechanism is provided with a mounting seat, an elastic piece and a connecting pin, a first connecting portion is arranged on one side of the elastic baffle, a second connecting portion is arranged on the mounting seat, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are rotatably connected through the connecting pin, and the elastic piece is elastically connected between the elastic baffle and the mounting seat.
The conveying mounting plate is provided with an adjusting seat, the mounting seat is arranged on the adjusting seat, and the adjusting seat can adjust the position along the extending direction of the conveying mounting plate and/or the adjusting seat can adjust the position along the direction vertical to the extending direction of the conveying mounting plate.
According to the scheme, the position of the adjusting seat is adjustable, so that the position of the elastic baffle in the conveying direction of the first conveying mechanism can be adjusted, the distance between the fixed stop block and the elastic baffle can be adjusted, the lead frames with different lengths can be adapted, and/or the position of the elastic baffle in the conveying direction perpendicular to the first conveying mechanism can be adjusted, and the elastic baffle can be abutted to the middle of the lead frame in the width direction.
The first conveying mechanism is further provided with an adjusting screw rod, two ends of the adjusting screw rod are respectively provided with a first threaded connection structure and a second threaded connection structure, and the rotating directions of the first threaded connection structure and the second threaded connection structure are opposite; the two ends of the adjusting screw are respectively in threaded connection with the two conveying mounting plates, and the adjusting screw can rotate around the self axial direction of the adjusting screw so as to drive the two conveying mounting plates to move relatively close to or away from each other.
According to the scheme, the adjusting screw is arranged for adjusting the distance between the two conveying installation plates, so that the lead frame with different widths can be adapted.
The first conveying mechanism comprises a first conveying driving device, a driving shaft and two conveying power assemblies, wherein the two conveying power assemblies are respectively arranged on the corresponding conveying mounting plates and are oppositely arranged, and the driving shaft is respectively connected with the two conveying power assemblies; the conveying power assembly comprises a first conveying belt, two guide belt wheels and two pressing belt wheels, the two guide belt wheels are arranged along the conveying direction of the first conveying mechanism, the two pressing belt wheels are arranged on two sides of the driving shaft respectively, the first conveying belt is wound on the outer sides of the guide belt wheels, the pressing belt wheels and the driving shaft, and the first conveying driving device can drive the driving shaft to rotate around the axial direction of the driving shaft, so that the two first conveying belts are driven to rotate.
By the scheme, the two first conveying belts which are independently arranged are convenient to follow the conveying mounting plate to adjust the distance between the two conveying mounting plates, and the two first conveying belts are driven to synchronously move in the same direction by the driving shaft, so that the conveying of the lead frame is realized.
The lifting transfer mechanism can move to the stacking mechanism through the second conveying mechanism; the lifting transfer mechanism comprises a lifting driving assembly, a cross rod, a plurality of lifting rods and a plurality of lifting support plates, the lifting driving assembly drives the cross rod to move along the vertical direction, the lifting rods are arranged on the cross rod in an arrayed mode, the lifting support plates are arranged at one ends, far away from the cross rod, of the lifting rods, and the lifting support plates are flat plates; the second conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of second conveying belts, the distance between every two adjacent second conveying belts is preset, and the lifting supporting plate can move up and down between every two adjacent second conveying belts.
According to the scheme, due to the arrangement of the fixed stop block and the elastic baffle plate, the material stacking effect is achieved, the lifting support plate is in a flat plate shape, when the lifting material is received, the lifting support plate can ascend to the position below the fixed stop block and the elastic baffle plate, when the lifting support plate descends, the lifting support plate descends to a position just lower than the conveying surface of the second conveying mechanism, compared with L-shaped or other-shaped support plates, the lifting support plate in the flat plate shape can shorten the ascending and descending distance, the ascending and descending time is shortened, and the improvement of the working efficiency is facilitated.
The further scheme is that the lifting driving assembly comprises a lifting driving device, a lifting conveying belt, a driving lifting belt wheel, a driven lifting belt wheel, a lifting seat and a guide rail, the output end of the lifting driving device is connected with the driving lifting belt wheel, the driving lifting belt wheel and the driven lifting belt wheel are arranged and arranged along the upper direction and the lower direction, the lifting conveying belt is wound on the driving lifting belt wheel and the driven lifting belt wheel, the guide rail is arranged between the driving lifting belt wheel and the driven lifting belt wheel and extends along the upper direction and the lower direction, the lifting seat is connected on the guide rail in a sliding manner, the lifting seat is connected on the lifting conveying belt, and the lifting driving device drives the lifting seat to move along the extending direction of the guide rail through the lifting conveying belt.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the automatic stacking and collecting machine provided in this embodiment includes a base 1, and a control unit, a first conveying mechanism 2, a stacking mechanism 3, a lifting and transferring mechanism 4, and a second conveying mechanism 5 all disposed on the base 1, where the control unit is connected to the first conveying mechanism 2, the stacking mechanism 3, the lifting and transferring mechanism 4, and the second conveying mechanism 5, respectively. First conveying mechanism 2 extends and carries the lead frame along X to along X, fold material mechanism 3 and set up the discharge end at first conveying mechanism 2, second conveying mechanism 5 sets up in the below of folding material mechanism 3 along Y to extending, second conveying mechanism 5 can be followed Y to carrying the lead frame and piled, lift transfer mechanism 4 sets up inside frame 1 and lies in the pan feeding end below of second conveying mechanism 5, lift transfer mechanism 4 can be at 3 below of folding material mechanism and 5 pan feeding ends of second conveying mechanism between round trip movement, be used for piling up to the lead frame of appointed height and piling up and transferring to the pan feeding of second conveying mechanism 5 and serving.
The first conveying mechanism 2 is provided with a detection device 6 connected with the control unit at the discharging end of the first conveying mechanism 2, the detection device 6 can send detection light to the conveying surface of the first conveying mechanism 2, the detection device 6 is used for detecting whether a lead frame exists on the discharging end of the first conveying mechanism 2 or not, if the lead frame exists, an on-position signal is sent to the control unit, and the control unit controls the stacking mechanism 3 to prepare for stacking operation. The control unit is also internally provided with a counter, and when the control unit receives an in-place detection signal sent by the detection device 6, the counter is triggered to execute counting action, so that each lead frame stack is favorably controlled to have the same number of lead frames. The detecting means 6 is a photo detector, in this embodiment the detecting means 6 is a proximity switch.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5 in conjunction with fig. 1, the first conveyance mechanism 2 includes a first conveyance driving device (not shown), a drive shaft 22, two conveyance power assemblies 23, two conveyance mounting plates 24, and two fixing plates 25. The two conveying mounting plates 24 are arranged in parallel and oppositely, and the conveying power assembly 23 is arranged on the inward side of the corresponding conveying mounting plate 24. Two fixing plates 25 are respectively provided on the outer sides of the transport mounting plates 24. The driving shaft 22 extends in the Y direction, both ends of the driving shaft 22 pass through the transport mounting plates 24 and are mounted on the corresponding fixing plates 25, respectively, and the driving shaft 22 can rotate relative to the transport mounting plates 24 and the fixing plates 25. The first conveying driving device is arranged in the machine base 1, one end part of the driving shaft 22 is provided with a driving belt wheel 21, and the first conveying driving device drives the driving shaft 22 to rotate around the axial direction of the first conveying driving device through a belt wound on the driving end of the first conveying driving device and the driving belt wheel 21.
The drive shafts 22 are connected to two transmission power assemblies 23, respectively. Specifically, the conveying power assembly 23 includes a first conveying belt 231, two guide pulleys 232, and two pinch pulleys 233. The two guide belt wheels 232 are arranged in line along the extending direction of the conveying mounting plate 24, the pressing belt wheels 233 and the driving shaft 22 are located below the two guide belt wheels 232, the two pressing belt wheels 233 are respectively arranged on two sides of the driving shaft 22, the first conveying belt 231 is wound on the outer sides of the guide belt wheels 232, the pressing belt wheels 233 and the driving shaft 22, the winding direction of the pressing belt wheels 233 is opposite to that of the driving shaft 22, the first conveying belt 231 is in full contact with the peripheral wall of the driving shaft 22, and when the driving shaft 22 rotates around the driving shaft in the axial direction, the two first conveying belts 231 can be driven to synchronously move in the same direction.
In order to accommodate lead frames of different widths, the distance between the two first conveyor belts 231 is adjustable in this embodiment, i.e., the distance between the two conveyor mounting plates 24 is adjustable. Specifically, the first conveyance mechanism 2 is provided with an adjustment screw 26 and two guide rods 27. The two guide rods 27 are arranged in parallel, two ends of each guide rod 27 are respectively connected with the two conveying installation plates 24 in a sliding mode, a sliding sleeve 241 is arranged on each conveying installation plate 24, and the sliding sleeve 241 is sleeved on each guide rod 27, so that the guide rods 27 are connected with the conveying installation plates 24 in a sliding mode. The adjusting screw 26 is arranged in parallel with the guide rod 27. The two ends of the adjusting screw 26 are respectively provided with a first threaded connection structure 261 and a second threaded connection structure 262, and the rotation directions of the first threaded connection structure 261 and the second threaded connection structure 262 are opposite. The two ends of the adjusting screw 26 are respectively in threaded connection with the two conveying mounting plates 24, the conveying mounting plates 24 are provided with threaded holes, the thread turning directions of the threaded holes in the two conveying mounting plates 24 are opposite, and the adjusting screw 26 is in threaded connection with the corresponding threaded hole. Two ends of the adjusting screw 26 penetrate through the corresponding conveying installation plates 24 to be connected with the fixing plate 25, a bearing 251 is arranged on the fixing plate 25, the adjusting screw 26 is inserted into the bearing 251, step parts 263 are respectively arranged at two ends of the adjusting screw 26, and the step parts 263 are abutted against the side wall of the bearing 251 to limit the adjusting screw 26 to move along the axial direction of the adjusting screw 26. In order to control the rotation of the adjusting screw 26 conveniently, the adjusting screw 26 is provided with a rotary disc 264 at one end portion thereof, and the rotary disc 264 can drive the adjusting screw 26 to rotate, so as to drive the two conveying mounting plates 24 to move relatively close to or relatively far away from each other along the axial direction of the guide rod 27, and further adjust the distance between the two conveying mounting plates 24. When the turntable 264 rotates in the forward direction, the two delivery mounting plates 24 move relatively close together; when the turntable 264 rotates in the reverse direction, the two delivery mounting plates 24 move away from each other.
With reference to fig. 2, 5, 6 and 7, the stacking mechanism 3 includes an elastic plate assembly 31, two fixed stoppers 32 and two telescopic assemblies 33. The two fixed stoppers 32 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the two conveying mounting plates 24, the two fixed stoppers 32 are arranged oppositely, the fixed stoppers 32 are wedge-shaped, and the upper parts of the fixed stoppers 32 are provided with smooth-transition cambered surfaces to prevent the lead frames from being scratched. The elastic plate assembly 31 includes a mounting seat 311, an elastic baffle 312, an elastic member 313 and a connecting pin 314, the elastic baffle 312 is disposed between the two conveying mounting plates 24 and is located on one side of the fixed stopper 32 away from the first conveying mechanism 2, and the fixed stopper 32 and the elastic baffle 312 are arranged in the conveying direction of the first conveying mechanism 2 and are spaced apart by a preset distance, which is equal to or slightly greater than the length of the lead frame. The elastic flapper 312 can elastically swing rearward in the conveying direction of the first conveying mechanism 2. Specifically, one side of the elastic baffle plate 312 is provided with two first connecting portions 3121, the mounting base 311 is set to be an "L" shaped base, the mounting base 311 is provided with a second connecting portion 3111, the second connecting portion 3111 is provided with a groove, the two first connecting portions 3121 are embedded into the groove, the first connecting portion 3121 and the second connecting portion 3111 are rotatably connected through the connecting pin 314, the elastic member 313 is set to be a torsion spring, the middle portion of the elastic member 313 is sleeved on the middle portion of the connecting pin 314, two ends of the elastic member 313 are respectively and elastically connected between the elastic baffle plate 312 and the mounting base 311, and the elastic baffle plate 312 can rotate around the connecting pin 314. In a normal state, the elastic baffle 312 is in a vertical state; after the lead frame conveyed by the first conveying mechanism 2 pushes the elastic baffle 312 to swing forward by a small angle, the distance between the elastic baffle 312 and the fixed stop 32 is temporarily increased, so that the lead frame can fall down conveniently, and then under the elastic action of the elastic piece 313, the elastic baffle 312 can automatically recover to the initial position, namely, recover to the vertical state.
In order to accommodate lead frames of different lengths, the position of the spring plate assembly 31 of the present embodiment on the conveyor mounting plate 24 is adjustable. Specifically, a plurality of first mounting holes 242 are opened at the rear end of the conveying mounting plate 24, and the plurality of first mounting holes 242 are uniformly arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the conveying mounting plate 24. The conveying mounting plate 24 is provided with an L-shaped adjusting seat 34, the elastic plate assembly 31 is arranged at a first end of the adjusting seat 34, a second mounting hole 341 is formed in a second end of the adjusting seat 34, the second mounting hole 341 is communicated with the first mounting hole 242, and the adjusting seat 34 is fixed on the conveying mounting plate 24 through bolts sequentially penetrating through the second mounting hole 341 and one of the first mounting holes 242. The second mounting hole 341 is a waist circular hole 283, and the length direction of the second mounting hole 341 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the conveying mounting plate 24, so as to adjust the distance from the elastic plate assembly 31 to the side wall of the conveying mounting plate 24, that is, the position of the elastic baffle 312 in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the conveying mounting plate 24 is adjustable.
The two telescopic assemblies 33 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the discharge end of the first conveying mechanism 2. The telescopic assembly 33 comprises a telescopic fixing plate 331, a telescopic plate 332 and a telescopic driving device 333, wherein the telescopic fixing plate 331 is connected to the outer side of the conveying installation plate 24, the telescopic driving device 333 is arranged on the telescopic fixing plate 331, the driving end of the telescopic driving device 333 is connected with the telescopic plate 332, the telescopic driving device 333 can drive the telescopic plate 332 to horizontally move, and the telescopic driving device 333 can be an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder.
The conveying mounting plates 24 are provided with through holes 243 in a penetrating manner, the through holes 243 extend in the extending direction of the conveying mounting plates 24, and the expansion plates 332 penetrate through the through holes 243 and extend between the two conveying mounting plates 24 to temporarily support the lead frames. The retractable plate 332 extends along the extending direction of the conveying installation plate 24, the retractable plate 332 is at least partially located between the fixed stop 32 and the elastic baffle 312, and the retractable plate 332 can extend into or exit from the discharging end of the first conveying mechanism 2.
In the vertical direction, the upper portion of the fixed stopper 32 is lower than the conveying surface of the first conveying mechanism 2 and higher than the supporting surface of the expansion plate 332, the conveying surface of the first conveying mechanism 2 is the surface of the first conveying belt 231, and the supporting surface of the expansion plate 332 is the upper surface of the expansion plate 332; the lower portion of the fixed stopper 32 extends downward in the up-down direction, and the lower portion of the fixed stopper 32 is as close as possible to the bottom wall of the transport attachment plate 24.
The upper portion of the elastic barrier 312 is higher than the conveying surface of the first conveying mechanism 2 in the vertical direction, and the lower portion of the elastic barrier 312 extends downward in the vertical direction and is lower than the supporting surface of the expansion plate 332, and preferably, the lower portion of the elastic barrier 312 is as close as possible to the bottom wall of the conveying installation plate 24.
One side of the fixed stop 32 facing the elastic stop plate 312 is provided with a first stop surface extending in a vertical direction, the elastic stop plate 312 is provided with a second stop surface 3122, and the first stop surface and the second stop surface 3122 are oppositely arranged. The plurality of lead frames conveyed by the first conveying mechanism 2 are stacked between the first stop surface and the second stop surface 3122. Since the distance between the first stop surface and the second stop surface 3122 can be adjusted according to the length of the lead frame, and the first stop surface and the second stop surface 3122 both extend in the vertical direction in a normal state, a plurality of lead frames can be neatly stacked together.
With reference to fig. 5 and 8, the conveying installation plate 24 is provided with a tension block 28 and a rectangular hole 244 at an end far away from the stacking mechanism 3, the tension block 28 includes a protruding portion 282 and two installation portions 281, the protruding portion 282 is located between the two installation portions 281, the protruding portion 282 is inserted into the rectangular hole 244, the installation portions 281 are adjacent to the side walls of the conveying installation plate 24, and the position of the tension block 28 can be adjusted along the extending direction of the conveying installation plate 24. A waist round hole 283 is formed in the mounting portion 281, and the length direction of the waist round hole 283 is parallel to the extending direction of the conveying mounting plate 24; the upper side and the lower side of the rectangular hole 244 of the conveying mounting plate 24 are provided with third mounting holes 245, a waist-round hole 283 is communicated with the third mounting holes 245, the tensioning block 28 is connected with the conveying mounting plate 24 through a screw, and the screw penetrates through the waist-round hole 283 to be connected in the third mounting holes 245.
One of the guiding pulleys 232 is mounted on the middle portion of the protruding portion 282, specifically, a fourth mounting hole 284 is formed in the middle portion of the protruding portion 282, a sleeve 29 is disposed between the guiding pulley 232 and the protruding portion 282, the guiding pulley 232 is fixed on the protruding portion 282 through a fixing member 20, the fixing member 20 passes through the guiding pulley 232 and the sleeve 29 and is connected in the fourth mounting hole 284, and the fixing member 20 is preferably a screw. Because the position of the tensioning block 28 in the extending direction of the conveying mounting plate 24 is adjustable, the position of the guide pulley 232 in the extending direction of the conveying mounting plate 24 is also adjustable, which is beneficial to conveniently adjusting the tension degree of the first conveying belt 231.
Referring to fig. 9 to 12, the lifting and transferring mechanism 4 includes a lifting and driving assembly 41, a cross bar 42, four lifting rods 43, and four lifting support plates 44, the cross bar 42 extends along the width direction of the second conveying mechanism, the lifting and driving assembly 41 drives the cross bar 42 to move in the up-down direction, respective first ends of the four lifting rods 43 are connected to the cross bar 42, the four lifting rods 43 are uniformly arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the cross bar 42, the lifting support plates 44 are disposed on the second end ends of the corresponding lifting rods 43, and the lifting support plates 44 are set as flat plates. The lifting pallet 44 can be moved through the second conveying mechanism 5 towards the stacking mechanism 3 for receiving the stacked lead frame stack.
The elevation driving assembly 41 includes an elevation driving device 411, an elevation conveyer belt 412, a driving elevation pulley 413, a driven elevation pulley 414, an elevation base 415, and a guide rail 416. The output end of the lifting driving device 411 is connected to a driving lifting pulley 413, the driving lifting pulley 413 and a driven lifting pulley 414 are arranged along the extending direction of the lifting rod 43, and the lifting conveyor belt 412 is wound around the driving lifting pulley 413 and the driven lifting pulley 414. The guide rail 416 is disposed between the driving lifting pulley 413 and the driven lifting pulley 414 and extends along the extending direction of the lifting rod 43, the lifting base 415 is slidably connected to the guide rail 416, the lifting base 415 is connected to the lifting conveyor 412, and the lifting driving device 411 drives the lifting base 415 to move along the extending direction of the guide rail 416 through the lifting conveyor 412.
The bottom of the lifting seat 415 is provided with two rack plates 417, two opposite sides of the two rack plates 417 are provided with a plurality of teeth, and the lifting conveying belt 412 is arranged between the two rack plates 417, so that the lifting seat 415 can be firmly connected with the lifting conveying belt 412 by utilizing the meshing effect of the teeth.
Referring to fig. 1 and 9, the second conveying mechanism 5 includes a conveying frame 51, a second conveying drive device 52, a driving conveying shaft 53, a driven conveying shaft 54, and five second conveying belts 55. The conveying frame 51 extends along the Y direction, the driving conveying shaft 53 and the driven conveying shaft 54 are respectively arranged at two ends of the extending direction of the conveying frame 51, the second conveying driving device 52 is connected with the driving conveying shaft 53 through a belt, the second conveying belt 55 is wound on the driving conveying shaft 53 and the driven conveying shaft 54, and the five second conveying belts 55 are uniformly arranged at intervals along the X direction. The distance between two adjacent second conveyer belts 55 is preset, and the lifting support plate 44 and the lifting rod 43 can move up and down between two adjacent second conveyer belts 55 and upwards penetrate out of the conveying surface of the second conveyer belts 55, that is, the lifting support plate 44 can be higher than the upper surface of the second conveyer belts 55.

Since the time for moving the lifting tray 44 down once and then up is short, a small number of lead frames can be temporarily stacked on the expansion plate 332, and the upper portions of the fixed stopper 32 and the elastic baffle 312 are higher than the expansion plate 332, the small number of lead frames can be neatly stacked on the expansion plate 332 without affecting the overall neatness of the lead frame stack.
