Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 16, the child safety seat of the present invention includes a seat body 1 and a handle assembly 2 rotatably provided on the seat body 1.
The seat body 1 includes a seat portion 11 and a backrest portion 12, the seat portion 11 and the backrest portion 12 may be integrally formed, and the backrest portion 12 is located at the rear of the seat portion 11.
The handle assembly 2 includes a lower push rod 21 and an upper push rod 22. The upper push rod 22 is slidably provided on the lower push rod 21 in the longitudinal extending direction of the lower push rod 21, and the lower push rod 21 is rotatably connected to the seat body 1 by a first shaft 31.
In this embodiment, the lower push rod 21 has a lumen extending in the longitudinal direction thereof, and the upper push rod 22 is partially inserted in the lumen and slidably disposed in the longitudinal extending direction of the lumen.
The upper push rod 22 slides relative to the lower push rod 21 so that the handle assembly 2 has a contracted state and an extended state. When the handle assembly 2 is in a contracted state, most of the upper push rod 22 is retracted into the lumen of the lower push rod 21, and the length of the handle assembly 2 is the shortest. The handle assembly 2 can have a plurality of extended states, and when the handle assembly 2 is in the extended state, the length of the lumen of the upper push rod 22 extending out of the lower push rod 21 is increased and the length of the handle assembly 2 is increased relative to the contracted state. When the length of the upper push rod 22 extending out of the lower push rod 21 reaches the maximum, the length of the handle assembly 2 is the longest.
The handle assembly 2 rotates around the first shaft 31 relative to the seat body 1 and has at least a safe seat gear position and a pushing gear position.
When the handle assembly 2 is at the position of the safe seat stop, the handle assembly 2 extends along the vertical direction or extends obliquely, the handle assembly 2 is in the contraction state and can not be converted to the extending state. At this time, the carrying handle assembly 2 is mainly used for carrying a child safety seat, and the child safety seat can be mounted on a car seat and used for a child to take a car. Since the child safety seat is in the basket type, the child safety seat can be lifted and used independently, as shown in fig. 14.
When the carrying handle assembly 2 is in the pushing gear position, the carrying handle assembly 2 extends obliquely, a first included angle a is formed between the carrying handle assembly 2 and the horizontal plane, preferably, the first included angle a is 45 to 55 degrees, the carrying handle assembly 2 can be in a contracted state as shown in fig. 5, or in an extended state as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 10, and can be switched between the contracted state and the extended state. At this time, the child safety seat is mounted on the stroller frame 100 to be used as a seat pocket of a stroller, the handle assembly 2 is mainly used for pushing the stroller, and the length of the handle assembly 2 can be adjusted according to the requirements of a traveler.
The push gear positions include a first push gear position and a second push gear position, and the handle assembly 2 extends obliquely upward from rear to front when the handle assembly 2 is in the first push gear position, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 5, and 8. When the handle assembly 2 is in the second push range position, the handle assembly 2 extends obliquely upward from front to rear, as shown in fig. 10.
The safety seat gear comprises a lifting gear and an anti-inclination gear. When the handle assembly 2 is in the lifting position, the handle assembly 2 extends in a vertical direction or slightly extends in a backward inclined direction, and a second included angle B is formed between the handle assembly 2 and the horizontal plane, as shown in fig. 14.
The anti-tilt gear is located between the lifting gear and the pushing gear, and when the carrying handle assembly 2 is located at the anti-tilt gear, a third included angle C is formed between the carrying handle assembly 2 and the horizontal plane. The first included angle A is smaller than the third included angle C, and the third included angle C is smaller than the second included angle B.
The anti-tilt gears include a first anti-tilt gear and a second anti-tilt gear, and the first anti-tilt gear is located between the lifting gear and the first pushing gear, as shown in fig. 11. The second anti-tip gear position is located between the lifting gear position and the second pushing gear position, as shown in fig. 15. When the handle assembly 2 is in the anti-tilting gear position, the handle assembly 2 is fixed relative to the seat body 1 to prevent the child safety seat from tilting when the child safety seat is lifted.
Handle assembly 2 also has a fold gear position, and when handle assembly 2 is in the fold gear position, handle assembly 2 forms a fourth included angle D with the horizontal, fourth included angle D being less than first included angle a, and handle assembly 2 is located above and behind back rest portion 12, as shown in fig. 16. When the child safety seat is not in use, the carrying handle assembly 2 can be brought into the folded gear position.
When the handle assembly 2 is in the folded gear position, the handle assembly 2 is also in the contracted state and cannot be converted to the extended state.
The child safety seat further comprises a first locking mechanism that locks the relative positions of the upper push rod 22 and the lower push rod 21 and locks the carrying handle assembly 2 in the retracted state.
The first locking mechanism includes a first locking piece 41 rotatably provided on one of the two members of the upper push rod 22 and the lower push rod 21 through the second shaft 32 and a first locking groove 221 provided on the other of the two members of the upper push rod 22 and the lower push rod 21, a locking portion 411 is provided on the first locking piece 41, and the locking portion 411 is matched with the first locking groove 221. When the first locking mechanism is in the locked state, the locking portion 411 is inserted in the first locking groove 221, thereby locking the relative positions of the upper push rod 22 and the lower push rod 21 without relative sliding therebetween. When the first locking mechanism is in the unlocked state, the first locking member 41 is disengaged from the first locking groove 221.
In this embodiment, the first locking member 41 is rotatably provided on the lower push rod 21 via the second shaft 32, and is located outside the lumen of the lower push rod 21.
The first locking member 41 is further provided with a first engaging portion 412, and the first engaging portion 412 and the locking portion 411 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the second shaft 32. In this embodiment, the locking portion 411 is located at an upper end portion of the first locking member 41, and the first fitting portion 412 is located at a lower end portion of the first locking member 41.
The child safety seat further includes a first elastic member 42, two end portions of the first elastic member 42 are respectively disposed on the lower push rod 21 and the first locking member 41, and the first elastic member 42 is located at the first matching portion 412 on the first locking member 41. The elastic force of the first elastic member 42 serves to urge the first locking member 41 to rotate relative to the lower push rod 21 in a direction in which the locking part 411 is inserted into the first locking groove 221.
When the handle assembly 2 is in the push gear position, the first engaging portion 412 is engaged against the seat body 1. Due to the abutting action of the seat body 1, the position of the first engaging portion 412 is close to the direction of the lower push rod 21, and the position of the locking portion 411 is far from the lower push rod 21, so that the locking portion 411 is disengaged from the first locking groove 221, even if the first locking mechanism is in the unlocked state, as shown in fig. 1 to 10. At this time, the first elastic member 42 is compressed to store energy.
When the carrying handle assembly 2 is rotated away from the push range position in the contracted state to be in the safe-seat range position and the folded range position, the first engaging portion 412 is disengaged from the seat body 1, and since no additional force is applied to the first engaging portion 412, the first locking member 41 is rotated relative to the lower push rod 21 in the direction in which the locking portion 411 is inserted into the first locking groove 221 by the elastic force of the first elastic member 42, so that the locking portion 411 is inserted into the first locking groove 221, the first locking mechanism is in the locked state, the upper push rod 22 cannot slide relative to the lower push rod 21, and the carrying handle assembly 2 is maintained in the contracted state.
The child safety seat further comprises a second locking mechanism for locking the relative positions of the push down rod 21 and the seat body 1 such that the handle assembly 2 cannot rotate relative to the seat body 1. When the carrying handle assembly 2 is at the first pushing gear position, the second pushing gear position, the carrying gear position, the first anti-tilting gear position, the second anti-tilting gear position and the folding gear position, the second locking mechanism is in a locking state.
The second locking mechanism includes a second locking piece 5, and the second locking piece 5 is fitted over the first shaft 31 and is slidably provided between the lower push rod 21 and the seat body 1 in the axial extending direction of the first shaft 31. When the second lock mechanism is in the locked state, the second locking piece 5 is engaged with the push-down lever 21 and the seat body 1, respectively. When the second locking mechanism is in the unlocked state, the second locking piece 5 engages with one of the push-down lever 21 and the seat body 1 and disengages from the other.
In this embodiment, the second locking member 5 is provided with locking teeth, and the lower push rod 21 and the seat body 1 are both provided with tooth grooves matched with the locking teeth. When the second lock mechanism is in the locked state, the lock teeth on the second locking member 5 are engaged with the push down lever 21 and the tooth grooves on the seat body 1, respectively. When the second locking mechanism is in the unlocked state, the locking teeth on the second locking member 5 are engaged with the notches on one of the two members of the seat body 1 and the push-down lever 21, and disengaged from the notches on the other member.
In the present embodiment, when the second lock mechanism is in the unlocked state, the engagement between the second locking piece 5 and the lower push rod 21 is released, and the second locking piece is engaged with the seat body 1.
The child safety seat further includes a second elastic member (not shown in the drawings), and both end portions of the second elastic member are provided on the second locking member 5 and the seat body 1, respectively. The elastic force of the second elastic member is used to urge the second locking member 5 to slide in a direction in which the second locking mechanism is in a locked state.
The child safety seat further comprises an unlocking button 6 for actuating the second locking mechanism to unlock, the unlocking button 6 is slidably arranged on the lower push rod 21 or the seat body 1, and the unlocking button 6 is matched with the second locking piece 5. In this embodiment, the unlock button 6 is slidably disposed on the lower push rod 21, and the unlock button 6 and the second locking member 5 are abutted and engaged with each other, and both slide in the same direction.
The child safety seat further includes a third locking mechanism that locks the position of the second locking piece 5 in a state where the second locking mechanism is locked, so that when the unlocking button 6 is pressed, the second locking piece 5 cannot slide in the axial direction of the first shaft 31, and the second locking mechanism is unlocked.
The third locking mechanism includes a third locking piece 71 slidably provided on the second locking piece 5, and when the third locking mechanism is in a locked state, the third locking piece 71 is engaged with the push-down lever 21 and/or the seat body 1, and when the unlock button 6 is pressed due to the blocking of the third locking piece 71, the second locking piece 5 cannot slide in the length extending direction of the first shaft 31. When the third locking mechanism is in the unlocked state, the third locking piece 71 is disengaged from both the lower push rod 21 and the seat body 1, and at this time, the unlocking button 6 can be pressed to slide the second locking piece 5 out of engagement with the lower push rod 21, even if the second locking mechanism is unlocked.
Specifically, the lower push rod 21 is provided with a second locking groove 211, and when the third locking mechanism is in the locked state, one end portion of the third locking member 71 is inserted into the second locking groove 211. When the third locking mechanism is in the unlocked state, the third locking piece 71 is disengaged from the second locking groove 211.
The third locking member 71 is provided with a groove 711 extending in the sliding direction thereof, and the seat body 1 is provided with the column portion 13. When the third lock mechanism is in the locked state, the position of column portion 13 is shifted from the position of groove 711, one end surface of third lock member 71 abuts against column portion 13, and the left and right movement of third lock member 71 is restricted by the block of column portion 13. When the third locking mechanism is in the unlocked state, the column portion 13 corresponds to the position of the slit 711, and the cross-sectional area of the column portion 13 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the slit 711.
The child safety seat further includes a third elastic member 72, and both end portions of the third elastic member 72 are respectively provided on the third locking member 71 and the second locking member 5. The elastic force of the third elastic member 72 serves to urge the third locking member 71 to slide in a direction in which the third locking member 71 is inserted into the second locking groove 211.
When the handle assembly 2 is in the push-to-shift position and the handle assembly 2 is in the extended state, the third locking piece 71 causes one end of the third locking piece 71 to be inserted into the second locking groove 211 under the elastic force of the third elastic piece 72, and one end face of the third locking piece 71 abuts against the column portion 13 of the seat body 1, that is, the third locking mechanism is in the locked state. At this time, the second locking member 5 cannot be slid along the first shaft 31 by pressing the unlocking button 6, that is, the second locking mechanism is kept in the locked state, and the handle assembly 2 cannot be rotated relative to the seat body 1 to adjust the shift position.
The lower end of the upper push rod 22 is provided with a second engaging portion 222 matching with the second locking groove 211, and when the handle assembly 2 is in the extended state, the second engaging portion 222 is far away from the second locking groove 211. When the upper push rod 22 slides downward relative to the lower push rod 21 to switch the handle assembly 2 from the extended state to the retracted state, the second engaging portion 222 is gradually inserted into the second locking groove 211 and abuts against the third locking member 71. When the upper push rod 22 continues to slide downward relative to the lower push rod 21, the third locking member 71 is driven to slide downward relative to the second locking member 5 until the handle assembly 2 is in the retracted state. At this time, the third locking piece 71 is disengaged from the second locking groove 211, and the column portion 13 of the seat body 1 corresponds to the position of the groove 711 of the third locking piece 71, that is, the third locking mechanism is in the unlocked state.
