The working principle is as follows: when the concrete mixer for the pervious concrete construction material preparation is used, firstly, a user firstly places the whole device shown in figure 1 in a working area stably, adds the material into the outer shell 1, switches on the motor 7, the stirring blade 9 rotates to stir the material, simultaneously, the stirring rod 8 controls the upper connecting rod 10 and the lower connecting rod 12 which are arranged outside to rotate, the first gear block 14 is meshed with the first gear 15 to drive the first gear 15 to rotate in a forward and reverse alternating manner, so that the screw rod 16 rotates in a forward and reverse alternating manner, the moving seat 17 reciprocates left and right, further, the mixing rod 18 and the mixing plate 19 reciprocate left and right to stir the material in a pushing manner, the second gear block 28 is meshed with the second gear 26, so that the second gear 26 can be driven to rotate, the second gear 26 controls the coaxially connected stirring plate 25 to rotate to mix and stir the material, the hydraulic cylinder 23 is opened, the stirring mechanism and the mixing mechanism which are arranged on the inner side wall below the supporting plate 4 are moved out of the outer shell 1, the mixing mechanism on the mounting seat 3 is moved out of the outer shell 1, and the mixing mechanism and the inner wall of the stirrer are cleaned.

Claims (9)
1. A concrete mixer for pervious concrete construction materials comprises an outer shell (1), wherein an underframe (2) is installed on the lower side of the outer shell (1), a hydraulic cylinder (23) is installed on the upper right side of the outer shell (1), the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder (23) is connected with a mounting plate (24), and meanwhile, a mounting seat (3) is installed at the other end of the mounting plate (24);
the method is characterized in that: further comprising:
the supporting plate (4) is connected to the outer side of the lower end of the mounting seat (3), and a clamping block (5) for clamping and positioning is mounted on the lower side of the other end of the supporting plate (4);
the clamping groove (6) is formed in the upper side of the outer shell (1), and the clamping groove (6) is connected with the clamping block (5) in a clamping mode;
the motor (7) is fixed inside the mounting seat (3) through bolts, the output end of the motor (7) is connected with a stirring rod (8), and a stirring blade (9) is installed on the outer side below the stirring rod (8);
the stirring device comprises an upper connecting rod (10) connected to the outer side above the stirring rod (8), the other side of the stirring rod (8) is connected with a lower connecting rod (12), the lower connecting rod (12) is arranged below the upper connecting rod (10), an upper fixing plate (11) and a lower fixing plate (13) are respectively installed at the other ends of the upper connecting rod (10) and the lower connecting rod (12), and first tooth blocks (14) are installed on the lower side of the upper fixing plate (11) and the upper side of the lower fixing plate (13);
the screw rod (16) is rotatably connected to the top of the inner side of the supporting plate (4), the other end of the screw rod (16) is in keyed connection with a first gear (15), and the first gear (15) and the first gear block (14) are in meshed connection with each other;
the moving seat (17) is in threaded connection with the outer side of the screw rod (16), a mixing rod (18) is connected to the lower side of the moving seat (17), and a mixing plate (19) is mounted at the other end of the mixing rod (18);
the adjusting plate (27) is installed on the inner side wall above the supporting plate (4), and the second tooth block (28) is installed on the outer side of the adjusting plate (27).

The concrete mixer for pervious concrete construction materials according to claim 1, wherein: the material mixing plate (19) is further provided with a limiting block (20), the limiting block (20) is connected to one side, away from the stirring blades (9), of the material mixing plate (19) in a sliding mode, the end portion of the limiting block (20) is hinged to a limiting rod (21), and the other end of the limiting rod (21) is hinged to the inner side wall of the lower end of the supporting plate (4);
the middle part of gag lever post (21) is rotated and is connected with bull stick (22), just stirring board (25) are installed in the outside of bull stick (22), simultaneously the last key-type of bull stick (22) is connected with second gear (26).

The concrete mixer for pervious concrete construction materials according to claim 1, wherein: the supporting plate (4) is distributed at equal angles relative to the longitudinal center line of the mounting seat (3), and the outer side wall below the supporting plate (4) is attached to the inner side wall of the outer shell (1).

The concrete mixer for pervious concrete construction materials according to claim 1, wherein: the depression cross sections of the upper fixing plate (11) and the lower fixing plate (13) which are distributed in a vertically staggered mode are both arc-shaped structures, and the first tooth blocks (14) are distributed at equal angles at the joints of the upper fixing plate (11) and the lower fixing plate (13) and the first gear (15).

The concrete mixer for pervious concrete construction materials according to claim 1, wherein: the mixing rods (18) distributed in the same group are distributed on the mixing plate (19) in a staggered mode, and the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the mixing plate (19) are of an inclined structure.

The concrete mixer for pervious concrete construction materials as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the main section of the limiting block (20) is of a side T-shaped structure, and the limiting block (20) penetrates through the side wall of the material mixing plate (19) and is connected with the material mixing plate (19) in a sliding mode.
7. The concrete mixer for pervious concrete construction materials as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the limiting rod (21) is hinged between the limiting block (20) and the lower end of the supporting plate (4), and the rotating rod (22) penetrates through the middle of the limiting rod (21).

The concrete mixer for pervious concrete construction materials as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the stirring plates (25) are symmetrically distributed about the transverse central line of the limiting rod (21), and the top surfaces of the stirring plates (25) and the limiting rod (21) in a folded state form an X-shaped structure.

The concrete mixer for pervious concrete construction materials as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the second gear blocks (28) are distributed at the joint of the adjusting plate (27) and the second gear (26) at equal intervals, and the second gear (26) and the stirring plate (25) are in coaxial connection.
