Meanwhile, after production is finished, an operator is required to clean and maintain substances such as smoke dust and smoke dust attached to the surface of the cutter roller, and maintenance workload is large.

The knife roll cleaning device of the ion bar shredder according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the blowing air path comprises an air source pipeline, an electromagnetic valve and two air-through connectors; one end of the air source pipeline is connected with a total air source, the other end of the air source pipeline is connected with the two air connectors, the two air connectors are provided with connecting branch pipes, and the connecting branch pipes are connected with the compressed air interface;
the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the air source pipeline and is used for realizing the communication or the cut-off of the air source pipeline.

The knife roll cleaning and blowing device of an ion bar type filament cutter according to claim 8, wherein the blowing gas circuit further comprises a pressure gauge and a pressure regulating valve, the pressure gauge and the pressure regulating valve are both arranged on the gas source pipeline and are positioned between the total gas source and the electromagnetic valve, and the pressure gauge is positioned at the rear side of the pressure regulating valve and is used for monitoring the change of the gas pressure in the gas source pipeline in real time.
10. The knife roll cleaning device for an ion bar cutter according to claim 9, wherein said blowing air path further includes a manual ball valve and an air filter, both of said manual ball valve and said air filter being disposed on said air supply pipe between said total air supply and said pressure regulating valve, said manual ball valve being disposed on a front side of said air filter for blocking said air supply pipe.
