2.2) during welding, controlling the interlayer temperature of the welding seam to be not lower than the preheating temperature, and ensuring that the inner hole and the upper part of the surfacing layer have enough machining allowance after the integral surfacing is finished;
2.3) and after all the wear surfaces of the valve holes (61) are subjected to surfacing welding, performing heat treatment at 550-600 ℃ for 6 hours from outside to inside through a heating tool (5), performing slow cooling to 250 ℃, integrally covering and cooling to room temperature by adopting heat-insulating cotton, detecting and detecting defects, machining the surfacing welding seams of the wear surfaces of the valve holes (61), comparing by adopting a conforming sample plate, and recovering the use tolerance size.
