In this embodiment, if the actual length of the continuous casting billet is greater than the lower limit of the length of the rolled piece and less than the upper limit of the length of the rolled piece, determining that the corrected length of the continuous casting billet of the target runner is 0; if the actual length of the continuous casting billet is smaller than or equal to the lower limit of the length of the rolled piece, determining the corrected length of the continuous casting billet of the target runner according to the actual length of the continuous casting billet, the lower limit of the length of the rolled piece and the correction coefficient; and if the actual length of the continuous casting billet is greater than or equal to the upper limit of the length of the rolled piece, determining the corrected length of the continuous casting billet of the target runner according to the actual length of the continuous casting billet, the upper limit of the length of the rolled piece and the correction coefficient.

TABLE 1
For example, taking a bar 18mm steel bar as an example, the total rolling length of a 150×150 continuous casting blank with a length of 12m is about 1080m, and 12 90m rolled pieces can be theoretically sheared into multiple lengths. However, the last length of the continuous casting billet and the rolled piece are often insufficient or obviously more than 90m due to the fluctuation of the sizes of the continuous casting billet and the rolled piece. At this time, a lower limit Lx=Lb+A of the length of the rolled piece can be set 1 =1080+0.3= 1080.3m, setting the final product length upper limit ls=lb+a2=1080+0.9= 1080.9m.
For another example, the actual length of the casting blank is measured to be between 1080.3 and 1080.9m, and the corrected length of the casting blank can be determined to be 0. If the length of the casting blank in a certain flow path is 1075.3m, the correction length lp= (Lx-Lsj) × = (1080.3-1075.3) ×11.5=57.5 (mm), and if the length of the casting blank in a certain flow path is 1090.9m, the correction length lp= (Ls-Lsj) × = (1080.9-1090.9) ×11.5 = -115 (mm).
In one embodiment of the present application, the method for correcting the actual length of the continuous casting billet according to the corrected length of the continuous casting billet may include: if the correction length of the continuous casting billet is negative, reducing the absolute value of the correction length of the continuous casting billet according to the actual length of the continuous casting billet; if the correction length of the continuous casting blank is a positive number, the absolute value of the correction length of the continuous casting blank is increased for the actual length of the continuous casting blank.
For example, if the length of a cast slab product in a certain runner is 1075.3m, the corrected length lp= (Lx-Lsj) × = (1080.3-1075.3) ×11.5=57.5 (mm), and the corresponding cast slab length is manually or automatically increased by 57.5mm. If the length of a continuous casting slab in a certain runner is 1090.9m, the correction length lp= (Ls-Lsj) × = (1080.9-1090.9) ×11.5 = -115 (mm), and the corresponding length of the continuous casting slab is manually or automatically reduced by 115mm.
Other embodiments of the present application will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the embodiments disclosed herein. This application is intended to cover any variations, uses, or adaptations of the application following, in general, the principles of the application and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice within the art to which the application pertains.
It is to be understood that the present application is not limited to the precise arrangements and instrumentalities shown in the drawings, which have been described above, and that various modifications and changes may be effected without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the application is limited only by the appended claims.
