The preparation equipment comprises the following working steps:

s2, the stirring motor 401 operates to drive the stirring rod 404 to rotate, so that the stirring blade 405 uniformly stirs the crushed materials, the fan 107 operates to suck the dust floating above the inside of the equipment main body 1 through the air outlet 106, the dust enters the inside of the dust treatment box 7 through the air conveying pipe 108, the dust reacts with the solution inside the dust treatment box 7, the disinfection lamp 708 disinfects the dust, the treated gas moves upwards, the filtering and adsorbing net 704 filters and adsorbs impurities and peculiar smell in the gas, and the purified gas is discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe 711;
s3, a user operates the control panel 103 to open the electric control valve 116, the prepared composite material is discharged from the discharge pipe 115 through the discharge port 114 to be processed in the next step, the air cylinder 6 works to push the piston rod 601 to drive the material pushing plate 602 to send the composite material left at the bottom of the equipment main body 1 to the discharge pipe 115, and accumulation and blockage in the equipment main body 1 are prevented;
s4, the driving slider 502 moves on the sliding rail seat 501 to move and drive the scraper 505 to reciprocate in the vertical direction, the scraper 506 scrapes off materials attached to the outer wall of the cavity 5, the driving pump 802 operates to extract clean water inside the water storage tank 8, the clean water enters the water pipe 804 through the transmission pipe 803, is sprayed out from the cleaning nozzle 805 to flush residual materials inside the device body 1, sewage is discharged through the discharge pipe 115, the handle 706 is pulled to drive the frame 702 to drive the moving block 703 to move outwards inside the moving groove 701, and the filtering and adsorbing net 704 is cleaned and replaced.
