Claims (9)

1. An open operation dissector comprises a shell (1), wherein both sides of the shell (1) are respectively provided with a functional end and a communication end, and is characterized in that,
be provided with circuit board (2) in casing (1), still be provided with first switch (3) and second switch (4) on casing (1) lateral wall, first switch (3) are applicable to the switch-on the electrocoagulation function of circuit board (2), second switch (4) are applicable to the switch-on the electrocoagulation function of circuit board (2), wherein:
the communication end is provided with a communication pipe (5), and the functional end is provided with a functional port (6);
a cleaning pipe (7) is arranged in the shell (1), one end of the cleaning pipe (7) is communicated with the communicating pipe (5), and the other end of the cleaning pipe (7) penetrates out of the functional port (6) to be freely arranged;
a cutter cylinder (8) is arranged in the shell (1), the cutter cylinder (8) is sleeved outside the cleaning pipe (7), the cutter cylinder (8) is electrically connected with the circuit board (2), and a rotating device and an offset device which are connected with the cutter cylinder (8) are also arranged in the shell (1);
the offset device is suitable for controlling the cutter cylinder (8) to offset along the axial direction of the cleaning pipe (7);
the rotating device is suitable for controlling the cutter cylinder (8) to rotate; an electric knife (10) assembly is arranged at one end of the knife cylinder (8) close to the functional port (6) in an extending mode;
the rotating device comprises a rotating wheel (13) which is arranged on the shell (1) in a rotating mode, rotating teeth (14) are arranged on the rotating wheel (13), rotating steps (15) are arranged on the side wall of the cutter barrel (8), transmission teeth (16) matched with the rotating teeth (14) are arranged on the rotating steps (15), and one end, away from the rotating steps (15), of the rotating wheel (13) penetrates through the shell (1) to be freely arranged.

An open surgical dissector according to claim 1, characterized in that the electrotome (10) assembly comprises an electrotome (10) and a connecting block (9), one end of the connecting block (9) is fixedly connected with the cutter cylinder (8), and the free end of the connecting block (9) is provided with a clamping groove (11); the electric knife (10) is provided with a clamping block (12) matched with the clamping groove (11).

An open surgical dissector according to claim 1, characterized in that the offset device comprises an offset block (17), a sliding block (18) is arranged on the offset block (17), a sliding groove (19) matched with the sliding block (18) is arranged on the side wall of the shell (1) along the axial direction of the cleaning tube (7), the offset block (17) is arranged on the outer side of the shell (1), a 'U' -shaped pushing block (20) is further arranged at one end, far away from the offset block (17), of the sliding block (18), an offset ring (21) is arranged on the side wall of the cutter cylinder (8), the offset ring (21) is matched with the 'U' -shaped pushing block (20), and anti-skid patterns (22) are further arranged on the offset block (17).

An open surgical dissector according to claim 2, characterized in that the circuit board (2) is electrically connected with a connecting spring (23), the connecting spring (23) is electrically connected with the knife cylinder (8), and the knife cylinder (8), the connecting block (9) and the electric knife (10) are electrically connected.

An open surgical dissector according to claim 1, characterized in that the circuit board (2) is further provided with a power line (24) in a communicating manner, the power line (24) is freely arranged to penetrate through the casing (1), and the free end of the power line (24) is provided with a power plug (25).
6. An open surgical dissector according to claim 1, characterized in that the free end of the cleaning tube (7) is arranged in a hollow hemispherical shape, and the side wall of the free end of the cleaning tube (7) is provided with a plurality of communication ports (26).
7. An open surgical dissector according to claim 6, characterized in that the end of the communicating tube (5) remote from the cleaning tube (7) is provided with a three-way valve (27) in communication.

An open surgical dissector according to claim 6, characterized in that a concentration tube (28) is coaxially arranged in the free end of the cleaning tube (7) and the cleaning tube (7), one end of the concentration tube (28) is fixedly connected with the free end of the cleaning tube (7), the other end of the concentration tube (28) is provided with a guiding cone (29), the guiding cone (29) extends obliquely outwards along the end of the concentration tube (28) to be fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cleaning tube (7), a plurality of auxiliary holes (30) are arranged on the guiding cone (29), a plurality of sealing cushions (31) matched with the auxiliary holes (30) are arranged on the inner wall of the guiding cone (29), and the sealing cushions (31) are suitable for sealing the inner part of the guiding cone (29) towards the outer direction of the guiding cone (29).

An open surgical dissector according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that a first positioning sleeve (32) and a second positioning sleeve (33) are further arranged in the housing (1), the first positioning sleeve (32) is sleeved outside the cleaning tube (7), and the second positioning sleeve (33) is sleeved outside the cutter cylinder (8).
