As shown in fig. 1 to 6, for example, the locking member 39 includes a first sliding portion 41, a second sliding portion 42 and a limiting portion 43, the first sliding portion 41 and the second sliding portion 42 are arranged side by side at an interval, the second sliding portion 42 is arranged below the limiting portion 43 and arranged at an interval with the limiting portion 43, the first sliding portion 41, the second sliding portion 42 and the limiting portion 43 are respectively provided with a slope structure for guiding the self-locking pin 36, a sliding groove 38 for the self-locking pin 36 to slide is formed between the first sliding portion 41, the second sliding portion 42, the limiting portion 43 and the bracket body 37, and the self-locking pin 36 can slide in the sliding groove 38 and realize a locking or resetting state under the action of the first sliding portion 41, the second sliding portion 42 and the limiting portion 43.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, exemplarily, a bracket mounting post 44 for mounting the self-locking bracket 35 and a spring mounting groove 45 formed around the bracket mounting post 44 are provided in the middle of the elastic cover bracket 22, the self-locking bracket 35 is fixed on the bracket mounting post 44 by a screw and a bracket gasket 351, the movable portion 28 of the elastic cover 25 is connected with the self-locking bracket 35 by a self-locking pin 36, and the spring 23 is sleeved outside the movable portion 28, so that two ends of the spring 23 are respectively abutted to the bottom of the pressing portion 27 and the bottom of the spring mounting groove 45.
As shown in fig. 1-6, in an embodiment, the elastic cover 25 further has a reinforcing column 46, the elastic cover bracket 22 is correspondingly provided with a reinforcing groove 47, the reinforcing column 46 is disposed on a side surface of the pressing portion 27 facing the elastic cover bracket 22, and when the elastic cover 25 is assembled with the elastic cover bracket 22, the reinforcing column 46 is embedded in the reinforcing groove 47 and can move up and down in the reinforcing groove 47 along with the up and down movement of the elastic cover 25. The connection strength and the position stability of the elastic cover bracket 22 and the elastic cover 25 are further enhanced through the matching of the reinforcing column 46 and the reinforcing groove body 47, and the problem that the elastic cover 25 and the elastic cover bracket 22 are staggered after the use time is prolonged and the pressing times are increased is avoided; in addition, a certain auxiliary effect can be provided for the up-and-down movement of the self-locking pin 36, which is beneficial to maintaining the movement stability of the self-locking pin 36, and finally, the components in the cup cover structure 100 can stably operate and accurately reset while realizing stable assembly.
As shown in fig. 1-6, in an embodiment, the smart module 2 further includes a hall switch module 18 and a magnet (not shown) for detecting the opening/closing state of the elastic cover 25 assembly, the magnet is disposed inside the reinforcing column 46, and the hall switch module 18 is electrically connected to the control main board 3 and disposed at a position corresponding to the position of the reinforcing column 46. When the elastic cover 25 moves up and down under the driving of the self-locking assembly, the magnet piece in the reinforcing column 46 moves up and down along with the elastic cover 25, and the hall switch module 18 judges whether the elastic cover 25 is opened or not by detecting the approach or the distance of the magnet piece and feeds back the detection result to the control main board 3. Illustratively, the Hall switch module 18 may employ a BL-HE-DH627S sensor.
Illustratively, the water amount monitoring assembly 5 is activated to monitor the water amount in the cup body structure 200 by detecting whether the elastic cap 25 is opened. It can be understood that when the elastic cover 25 is opened, it means that the user needs to drink water or add water into the cup body structure 200, that is, the amount of water in the cup body structure 200 will change, and the amount of water therein needs to be monitored. Based on this, can set up corresponding monitoring program, monitor the operation of opening and closing of bullet lid 25, when monitoring that bullet lid 25 opens and when opening the back and close, just start water yield monitoring subassembly 5 and monitor the water yield value in cup structure 200, all the other times can not initiate the monitoring operation to the water yield in cup structure 200 automatically. The device can reduce the water quantity monitoring times and effectively reduce the power consumption and the error detection probability of the whole machine. It should be understood that the opening of the elastic cap 25 is only an example, and the design based on the principle of monitoring whether the cup structure 200 is converted from the non-sealing state to the sealing state and further monitoring the water level inside the cup structure 200 is within the protection scope of the present invention.
In other embodiments, a three-axis acceleration sensor may be disposed in the lid structure 100 or the cup structure 200 to monitor the physical state of the lid structure 100 or the cup structure 200, and feed back the monitoring result to the control motherboard 3, and the control motherboard 3 determines the physical state (stable standing or moving or tilting, etc.) of the cup structure 200 or the lid structure 100 according to the monitoring result. When the cup body structure 200 is in a horizontal standing state, the main board 3 is controlled to start the water amount monitoring assembly 5 to monitor the water amount value in the cup body structure 200. This setting is just to start the water yield monitoring when guaranteeing that cup structure 200 is in the level state of stewing, because the surface of water in cup structure 200 is steady, relatively level this moment, and laser sensor 8 can detect the water yield in cup structure 200 according to the laser rangefinder principle more accurately. Illustratively, the three-axis acceleration sensor can adopt an SC7A20 digital three-axis acceleration sensor chip.
The three conditions are included, one is that only a three-axis acceleration sensor is arranged in the cup cover structure 100, the other is that only a three-axis acceleration sensor is arranged in the cup body structure 200, and the third is that the three-axis acceleration sensors are arranged in both the cup cover structure 100 and the cup body structure 200. It can be understood that, if the water level monitoring device is only arranged in the lid structure 100, the control main board 3 needs to determine the open or closed state of the lid structure 100 and the cup structure 200 by combining the above-mentioned thimble assembly 19 in the preset program, that is, when the lid structure 100 and the cup structure 200 are in the closed state and the lid structure 100 is in the horizontal state, the water level monitoring is started.
In the second case, because the laser sensor 8 is fixed in the lid structure 100, if the lid structure 100 and the cup structure 200 are in an open state, the laser sensor 8 cannot directly irradiate the inside of the cup structure 200, and therefore, the lid structure 100 and the cup structure 200 are also guaranteed to be in a closed state, so that the accuracy of monitoring the water amount by the laser sensor 8 can be ensured. In a similar manner, the control main board 3 also needs to determine the open or closed state of the cup lid structure 100 and the cup body structure 200 by combining the above-mentioned thimble assembly 19 in the preset program, that is, when the cup lid structure 100 and the cup body structure 200 are in the closed state, and the cup body structure 200 is in the horizontal state, the water amount monitoring is started.
In the third situation, the preset program can judge whether the cup lid structure 100 and the cup body structure 200 are in the horizontal state directly according to the three-axis acceleration sensor without monitoring whether the cup lid structure 100 and the cup body structure 200 are in the closed state, and when the two are in the horizontal state, the water amount monitoring is started. It can be understood that the third case is an expansion scheme based on the inventive concept of the present application, and is not a preferred embodiment of the present application. The first and second cases are preferred.
