After the spraying is finished, an operator needs to perform air drying operation on the nail body 11 by using air drying equipment (not shown in the figure), so that the nail body 11 is dried in the air drying equipment at the air drying temperature of 25-86 ℃ for 30-60 min. The first paint layer and the second paint layer of the nail plate body 11 are air-dried and hardened, the first paint layer forms a first concave-convex micro-structural layer 21 (shown in figure 4) arranged on the front surface 111 of the nail plate body 11, the second paint layer forms a second concave-convex micro-structural layer 22 (shown in figure 4) arranged on the back surface 112 of the nail plate body 11, and the thickness of the first concave-convex micro-structural layer 21 and the thickness of the second concave-convex micro-structural layer 22 are 10-40 mu m. After the air drying is finished, an operator can irradiate the first concave-convex microstructure layer 21 and the second concave-convex microstructure layer for 225 s-30 s by using light curing equipment, the irradiation light wave band is 320-409 nm, and the light energy is 1KW +. The first concave-convex microstructure layer 21 and the second concave-convex microstructure layer 22 can be further hardened and cured after photocuring operation, and after photocuring is completed, the required artificial nail plate 1 is prepared.
