Claims (6)
1. A beverage for removing free radicals by using compound SOD of protein chrysanthemum and astaxanthin is characterized in that the beverage is prepared by processing the raw materials of the protein chrysanthemum, the natural haematococcus pluvialis astaxanthin and purified water.
2. The preparation method of the beverage for removing free radicals from the compound SOD of the protein chrysanthemum and the astaxanthin is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) taking whole plant of the protein chrysanthemum including stems, leaves, flowers and fruits, and coarsely crushing by using a crusher;
(2) soaking 6-10% of the crude protein chrysanthemum powder in 90-94% of purified water, and finely grinding the soaked crude protein chrysanthemum powder into slurry for the second time;
(3) squeezing and filtering the slurry at normal temperature to obtain clear filtrate;
(4) adding 0.5% natural Haematococcus pluvialis astaxanthin powder into the filtrate to obtain a double-material mixed solution;
(5) homogenizing the mixed solution by a homogenizer;
(6) placing the homogenized double-material mixed liquor into a sterilizer for quantitative and timed disinfection;
(7) after detecting that each index is qualified, filling the mixture into a filling machine and sealing the bottle;
(8) packaging and warehousing after quality inspection.
3. The method for preparing a beverage for scavenging free radicals from SOD complex with both feverfew and astaxanthin according to claim 2, wherein the step (1) comprises pulverizing with a pulverizer of Chinese herbs to a particle size of 2-4 mm.

The method for preparing a beverage for scavenging free radicals from SOD complex with protein chrysanthemum and astaxanthin according to claim 2, wherein 8% of crude protein chrysanthemum powder is taken in step (2), and after 92% of purified water is added and soaked for 18-22 hours, the crude protein chrysanthemum powder is ground into slurry through secondary fine grinding.
5. The method for producing a beverage containing a compound SOD with free radicals, which is prepared from feverfew and astaxanthin according to claim 2, wherein the homogenizer is a high-pressure nano homogenizer, and the mixed solution is homogenized to a particle size of 100nm or less.
6. The beverage for scavenging free radicals, which is prepared from the compound SOD of the protein chrysanthemum and the astaxanthin according to claim 1, is characterized in that the auxiliary function of the beverage is to scavenge free radicals of human bodies and improve the systemic immune function of the public.
