The application discloses a control method and device of an image acquisition device, a storage medium and an electronic device, which relate to the technical field of smart families, and the method comprises the following steps: determining whether a target object is located in a collection area corresponding to an intelligent mirror or not through a light sensor of the intelligent mirror; under the condition that the target object is located in the acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror; acquiring action information of the target object through the image acquisition device; according to the corresponding relation stored in the intelligent mirror, the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is determined, and the image acquisition device is controlled to execute the photographing instruction.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a control method and device of an image acquisition device, a storage medium and an electronic device.
Background
The mirror is used as a daily article at all times. In the era of rapid development of science and technology, mirrors are also accelerated to merge into life, and 3D body-sensing fitting mirrors, health monitoring mirrors, security integrated mirrors and the like appear.
The prior art mainly aims at the function of the mirror to be expanded, such as functions of dressing and trying on the mirror, internet of things security protection, weather forecast and the like are added, and a method for quickly capturing images of the mirror is not described. And the operation mode of present intelligent mirror is mainly through operation modes such as touch-sensitive screen, infrared, and these operation modes are still very loaded down with trivial details, especially in the aspect of shooing very little, are difficult to catch the strange interesting moment fast.
Aiming at the problems that in the related art, the operation mode of an intelligent mirror is complicated, particularly, the operation mode is not good in the aspect of photographing, and the instant fun is difficult to capture quickly, and an effective solution is not provided yet.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a control method and device of an image acquisition device, a storage medium and an electronic device, and at least solves the problems that in the related art, an intelligent mirror is complex in operation mode, particularly in the aspect of poor photographing, and a fancy moment is difficult to capture quickly.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a control method of an image capturing apparatus, including: determining whether a target object is located in a collection area corresponding to an intelligent mirror or not through a light sensor of the intelligent mirror; under the condition that the target object is located in the acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror; acquiring action information of the target object through the image acquisition device; and determining a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information according to the corresponding relation stored in the intelligent mirror, and controlling the image acquisition device to execute the photographing instruction.
In an exemplary embodiment, the step of determining the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information according to the correspondence stored in the intelligent mirror includes at least one of: under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with the first action in the corresponding relation, determining that the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is used for acquiring a first image of the target object; under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with a second action in the corresponding relation, determining that a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is used for continuously acquiring a plurality of second images of the target object; under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with a third action in the corresponding relation, determining that a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is a third image of the target object acquired after a preset time; and under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with the fourth action in the corresponding relation, determining that the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is to delete the acquired fourth image of the target object.
In an exemplary embodiment, after controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further includes: determining identity information of the target object according to the acquired image information of the target object, wherein the image information at least comprises one of the following items: the first image, the second image, the third image, the fourth image; establishing a connection relation between the intelligent mirror and the terminal equipment corresponding to the identity information through a communication gateway; and sending the image information to the terminal equipment through the connection relation.
In an exemplary embodiment, after controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further includes: determining emotion information of the target object according to the acquired image information of the target object, wherein the image information at least comprises one of the following: the first image, the second image, the third image, the fourth image; playing corresponding multimedia data according to the emotion information, wherein the multimedia data at least comprises one of the following data: audio data, video data, text data.
In an exemplary embodiment, after controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further includes: determining again whether the target object is located in the acquisition area by the light sensor of the smart mirror; determining a first duration for which the target object is not located in the acquisition region if the target object is not located in the acquisition region; and under the condition that the first duration is longer than a first preset duration, closing the image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror.
In an exemplary embodiment, before controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further includes: acquiring brightness information corresponding to the acquisition area; under the condition that the brightness information is determined to be smaller than first preset brightness, controlling the intelligent mirror to start a light supplementing function; and sending second prompt information to the target object under the condition that the brightness information is determined to be larger than second preset brightness, wherein the second prompt information is used for reminding the target object that the brightness of the acquisition area exceeds the second preset height.
In one exemplary embodiment, the image capture device that activates the intelligent mirror comprises: determining a second duration of time that a target object is located in a collection area corresponding to the intelligent mirror when the light sensor determines that the target object is located in the collection area; and the magnitude relation between the second duration and a second preset duration; and under the condition that the size relation indicates that a second duration of the target object in the acquisition area is longer than a second preset duration, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror.
According to another embodiment of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a control apparatus of an image capturing apparatus, including: the determination module is used for determining whether a target object is located in a collection area corresponding to the intelligent mirror through a light sensor of the intelligent mirror; the starting module is used for starting the image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror under the condition that the target object is located in the acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror; the acquisition module is used for acquiring the action information of the target object through the image acquisition device; and the control module is used for determining a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information according to the corresponding relation stored in the intelligent mirror and controlling the image acquisition device to execute the photographing instruction.
According to still another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is configured to execute the control method of the image capturing apparatus when running.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic apparatus, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the control method of the image capturing apparatus through the computer program.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether a target object is positioned in a collection area corresponding to an intelligent mirror is determined through a light sensor of the intelligent mirror; under the condition that the target object is located in the acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror; acquiring action information of the target object through the image acquisition device; determining a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information according to the corresponding relation stored in the intelligent mirror, and controlling the image acquisition device to execute the photographing instruction; by adopting the technical scheme, the problem that the intelligent mirror is complex in operation mode, particularly, the problem that the fancy moment is difficult to capture quickly in the aspect of photographing is solved, and the intelligent photographing is realized by identifying the action information of the target object, so that the use experience of the target object on the intelligent mirror is improved.

According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a control method of an image capturing apparatus. The control method of the image acquisition device is widely applied to full-House intelligent digital control application scenes such as intelligent homes (Smart Home), intelligent homes, intelligent Home equipment ecology, intelligent House (Intelligent House) ecology and the like. Alternatively, in this embodiment, the control method of the image capturing apparatus may be applied to a hardware environment formed by the terminal device 102 and the server 104 as shown in fig. 1. In the present embodiment, a control method of an image capturing apparatus is provided, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of the control method of the image capturing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, where the flowchart includes the following steps:

and S208, determining a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information according to the corresponding relation stored in the intelligent mirror, and controlling the image acquisition device to execute the photographing instruction.
Through the steps, whether the target object is located in the acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror is determined through the optical sensor of the intelligent mirror; under the condition that the target object is located in the acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror; acquiring action information of the target object through the image acquisition device; the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is determined according to the corresponding relation stored in the intelligent mirror, and the image acquisition device is controlled to execute the photographing instruction, so that the problems that in the related art, the operation mode of the intelligent mirror is complicated, particularly, in the aspect of photographing, the fancy moment is difficult to capture quickly are solved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the step of determining the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information according to the correspondence stored in the intelligent mirror includes at least one of: under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with the first action in the corresponding relation, determining that the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is used for acquiring a first image of the target object; under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with a second action in the corresponding relation, determining that a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is used for continuously acquiring a plurality of second images of the target object; under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with a third action in the corresponding relation, determining that a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is a third image of the target object acquired after a preset time; and under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with the fourth action in the corresponding relation, determining that the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is to delete the acquired fourth image of the target object.
That is to say, determining a photographing instruction corresponding to the motion information according to the correspondence stored in the intelligent mirror, and controlling the intelligent mirror to acquire one first image of the target object, or to continuously acquire a plurality of second images of the target object, or to acquire a third image of the target object after a preset time, or to delete the acquired fourth image of the target object, for example, when a downward gesture of the target object is recognized, acquiring one first image of the target object; continuously acquiring a plurality of second images of the target object under the condition that an OK gesture of the target object is recognized; acquiring a third image of the target object after a preset time under the condition that an upward gesture of the target object is recognized; and deleting the acquired fourth image of the target object under the condition that the x gesture of the target object is recognized.
In an exemplary embodiment, after controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further includes: determining identity information of the target object according to the acquired image information of the target object, wherein the image information at least comprises one of the following items: the first image, the second image, the third image, the fourth image; establishing a connection relation between the intelligent mirror and the terminal equipment corresponding to the identity information through a communication gateway; and sending the image information to the terminal equipment through the connection relation.
That is to say, the image information collected by the image collecting device identifies the identity information of the target object in the image, and the terminal device corresponding to the identity information establishes the connection relationship between the intelligent mirror and the terminal device through the communication gateway to send the image information to the terminal device, so that the terminal device stores the image information.
In an exemplary embodiment, after controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further includes: determining emotion information of the target object according to the acquired image information of the target object, wherein the image information at least comprises one of the following: the first image, the second image, the third image, the fourth image; playing corresponding multimedia data according to the emotion information, wherein the multimedia data at least comprises one of the following data: audio data, video data, text data.
That is, emotion information of the target object is acquired through the image information, and multimedia data is played according to the emotion information, so that in the case where the target object is depressed in emotion, joyful emotion is quickly restored.
In an exemplary embodiment, after controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further includes: determining again whether the target object is located in the acquisition area by the light sensor of the smart mirror; determining a first duration for which the target object is not located in the acquisition region if the target object is not located in the acquisition region; and under the condition that the first duration is longer than a first preset duration, closing the image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror.
That is, in case that the target object is not located in the collection area of the intelligent mirror for a long time, the image collecting device of the intelligent mirror is turned off to reduce the energy consumption of the intelligent mirror.
In an exemplary embodiment, before controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further includes: acquiring brightness information corresponding to the acquisition area; under the condition that the brightness information is determined to be smaller than first preset brightness, controlling the intelligent mirror to start a light supplementing function; and sending second prompt information to the target object under the condition that the brightness information is determined to be larger than second preset brightness, wherein the second prompt information is used for reminding the target object that the brightness of the acquisition area exceeds the second preset height.
That is to say, when the brightness in any one of the plurality of images is less than a first preset brightness (it can be understood that the indoor brightness is too dark), the intelligent mirror corresponding to the image acquisition device is controlled to start the light supplement function, and when the brightness in any one of the plurality of images is less than the first preset brightness (it can be understood that the indoor brightness is too bright), the mobile terminal corresponding to the image acquisition device is rotated to acquire an image with normal brightness, or second prompt information is sent to the target object to prompt the target object that the brightness of the acquisition area exceeds the second preset height.

In one exemplary embodiment, the image capture device that activates the intelligent mirror comprises: determining a second duration of time that a target object is located in a collection area corresponding to the intelligent mirror when the light sensor determines that the target object is located in the collection area; and the magnitude relation between the second duration and a second preset duration; and under the condition that the size relation indicates that a second duration of the target object in the acquisition area is longer than a second preset duration, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror.
That is, in case that the target object is located in the collection area of the intelligent mirror for a long time, the image collecting device of the intelligent mirror is turned on to reduce the energy consumption of the intelligent mirror.
In order to better understand the process of the control method of the image capturing device, the following describes a flow of the implementation method of the control of the image capturing device with reference to an optional embodiment, but the flow is not limited to the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention.

In this embodiment, a control method of an image capturing device is provided, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a control method of an image capturing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, specifically including the following steps:
step 1: the intelligent mirror recognizes that a person is in front of the intelligent mirror through the optical sensor, and automatically starts a photographing mode of the intelligent mirror;
step 2: the user makes a gesture in front of the mirror to act;
and step 3: when the user is satisfied with the image in the mirror, shooting a photo gesture to send a photo instruction;
and 4, step 4: the intelligent mirror recognizes the gesture and starts a camera to take a picture;
and 5: the intelligent mirror is sent to the mobile phone through the intelligent home gateway;
step 6: the intelligent mirror photographing mode is automatically closed when the optical sensor identifies that no person is in front of the mirror.
The intelligent mirror is low in manufacturing cost, only hardware such as an optical sensor and a camera is needed to be added, the manufacturing cost is low, photos can be captured quickly, and the intelligent mirror can be shared with a mobile phone through a home gateway to help vast users to leave more wonderful moments.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

By the device, whether the target object is located in the acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror is determined by the optical sensor of the intelligent mirror; under the condition that the target object is located in the acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror; acquiring action information of the target object through the image acquisition device; the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is determined according to the corresponding relation stored in the intelligent mirror, and the image acquisition device is controlled to execute the photographing instruction, so that the problems that in the related art, the operation mode of the intelligent mirror is complicated, particularly, in the aspect of photographing, the fancy moment is difficult to capture quickly are solved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining module is configured to one of: under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with the first action in the corresponding relation, determining that the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is used for acquiring a first image of the target object; under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with a second action in the corresponding relation, determining that a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is used for continuously acquiring a plurality of second images of the target object; under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with a third action in the corresponding relation, determining that a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is a third image of the target object acquired after a preset time; and under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with the fourth action in the corresponding relation, determining that the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is to delete the acquired fourth image of the target object.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: a sending module, configured to determine identity information of the target object according to the acquired image information of the target object, where the image information at least includes one of: the first image, the second image, the third image, the fourth image; establishing a connection relation between the intelligent mirror and the terminal equipment corresponding to the identity information through a communication gateway; and sending the image information to the terminal equipment through the connection relation.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the playing module is used for determining emotion information of the target object according to the acquired image information of the target object, wherein the image information at least comprises one of the following items: the first image, the second image, the third image, the fourth image; playing corresponding multimedia data according to the emotion information, wherein the multimedia data at least comprises one of the following data: audio data, video data, text data.
In an exemplary embodiment, the activation module is configured to determine again whether the target object is located in the acquisition area by the light sensor of the smart mirror; determining a first duration for which the target object is not located in the acquisition region if the target object is not located in the acquisition region; and under the condition that the first duration is longer than a first preset duration, closing the image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining module is configured to obtain brightness information corresponding to the collecting area; under the condition that the brightness information is determined to be smaller than first preset brightness, controlling the intelligent mirror to start a light supplementing function; and sending second prompt information to the target object under the condition that the brightness information is determined to be larger than second preset brightness, wherein the second prompt information is used for reminding the target object that the brightness of the acquisition area exceeds the second preset height.
In an exemplary embodiment, the starting module is used for determining a second duration of time that a target object is located in a collection area corresponding to the intelligent mirror when the light sensor determines that the target object is located in the collection area; and the magnitude relation between the second duration and a second preset duration; and under the condition that the size relation indicates that a second duration of the target object in the acquisition area is longer than a second preset duration, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining module is further configured to, in a case that it is determined that the target object in any one of the plurality of image information is occluded by an obstacle, send a prompt message to the target object to move the target object away from the occlusion; under the condition that the proportion of the target object in any image is determined to be not in accordance with the preset proportion, sending prompt information to the target object according to the proportion of the target object in any image so as to enable the target object to move forwards or backwards and further enable the proportion of the target object in any image to be in accordance with the preset proportion; and sending prompt information to the target object according to the human body proportion of the target object under the condition that the human body proportion of the target object is determined not to accord with the preset proportion, so that the target object adjusts the angle of the image acquisition device, and further the human body proportion of the target object accords with the preset proportion.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium including a stored program, where the program executes the method of any one of the above.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store program codes for performing the following steps:
s1, determining whether the target object is located in the acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror through the optical sensor of the intelligent mirror;
s2, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror under the condition that the target object is located in an acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror;
s3, acquiring the action information of the target object through the image acquisition device;
and S4, determining a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information according to the corresponding relation stored in the intelligent mirror, and controlling the image acquisition device to execute the photographing instruction.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, determining whether the target object is located in the corresponding collection area of the intelligent mirror through the optical sensor of the intelligent mirror;
s2, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror under the condition that the target object is located in an acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror;
s3, acquiring the action information of the target object through the image acquisition device;
and S4, determining a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information according to the corresponding relation stored in the intelligent mirror, and controlling the image acquisition device to execute the photographing instruction.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Optionally, the specific examples in this embodiment may refer to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)
1. A method for controlling an image capturing apparatus, comprising:
determining whether a target object is located in a collection area corresponding to an intelligent mirror or not through a light sensor of the intelligent mirror;
under the condition that the target object is located in the acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror;
acquiring action information of the target object through the image acquisition device;
and determining a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information according to the corresponding relation stored in the intelligent mirror, and controlling the image acquisition device to execute the photographing instruction.
2. The method for controlling the image capturing device according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the photographing instruction corresponding to the motion information according to the correspondence stored in the intelligent mirror includes at least one of:
under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with the first action in the corresponding relation, determining that the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is used for acquiring a first image of the target object;
under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with a second action in the corresponding relation, determining that a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is used for continuously acquiring a plurality of second images of the target object;
under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with a third action in the corresponding relation, determining that a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is a third image of the target object acquired after a preset time;
and under the condition that the action information is determined to be consistent with the fourth action in the corresponding relation, determining that the photographing instruction corresponding to the action information is to delete the acquired fourth image of the target object.
3. The method for controlling the image capturing apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further comprises:
determining identity information of the target object according to the acquired image information of the target object;
establishing a connection relation between the intelligent mirror and the terminal equipment corresponding to the identity information through a communication gateway;
and sending the image information to the terminal equipment through the connection relation.
4. The method for controlling the image capturing apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further comprises:
determining emotion information of the target object according to the acquired image information of the target object;
playing corresponding multimedia data according to the emotion information, wherein the multimedia data at least comprises one of the following data: audio data, video data, text data.
5. The method for controlling the image capturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein after controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further comprises:
determining again whether the target object is located in the acquisition area by the light sensor of the smart mirror;
determining a first duration for which the target object is not located in the acquisition region if the target object is not located in the acquisition region;
and under the condition that the first duration is longer than a first preset duration, closing the image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror.
6. The method for controlling the image capturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein before controlling the image capturing apparatus to execute the photographing instruction, the method further comprises:
acquiring brightness information corresponding to the acquisition area;
under the condition that the brightness information is determined to be smaller than first preset brightness, controlling the intelligent mirror to start a light supplementing function;
and sending second prompt information to the target object under the condition that the brightness information is determined to be larger than second preset brightness, wherein the second prompt information is used for reminding the target object that the brightness of the acquisition area exceeds the second preset height.
7. The method for controlling an image capturing device according to claim 1, wherein activating the image capturing device of the intelligent mirror includes:
determining a second duration of time that a target object is located in a collection area corresponding to the intelligent mirror when the light sensor determines that the target object is located in the collection area; and the magnitude relation between the second duration and a second preset duration;
and under the condition that the size relation indicates that a second duration of the target object in the acquisition area is longer than a second preset duration, starting an image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror.
8. A control device of an image pickup device, comprising:
the determination module is used for determining whether a target object is located in a collection area corresponding to the intelligent mirror through a light sensor of the intelligent mirror;
the starting module is used for starting the image acquisition device of the intelligent mirror under the condition that the target object is located in the acquisition area corresponding to the intelligent mirror;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the action information of the target object through the image acquisition device;
and the control module is used for determining a photographing instruction corresponding to the action information according to the corresponding relation stored in the intelligent mirror and controlling the image acquisition device to execute the photographing instruction.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program is operable to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 7 by means of the computer program.
