performing real-time calculation analysis on the operation data of the plurality of devices to generate operation analysis information, judging whether operation abnormity exists according to the operation analysis information, and prompting abnormal operation when the operation abnormity exists;
uploading the plurality of equipment operation data to a cloud end to generate a plurality of equipment historical data, analyzing the plurality of equipment historical data to generate a plurality of equipment state prediction information, and performing abnormity early warning according to the plurality of equipment state prediction information.

The industrial equipment internet cloud management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of respectively establishing data transmission channels with a plurality of industrial equipment and the step of obtaining the equipment operation data of the plurality of industrial equipment according to the plurality of data transmission channels specifically comprises the following steps:
respectively establishing data transmission channels with a plurality of industrial devices;
sending a data transmission instruction to the industrial equipment according to the data transmission channels;
and acquiring equipment operation data sent by the industrial equipment according to the data transmission instruction.

The internet cloud management method for industrial equipment according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing real-time calculation analysis on the operation data of the plurality of pieces of equipment to generate operation analysis information, judging whether an operation abnormality exists according to the operation analysis information, and performing an abnormal operation prompt when the operation abnormality exists specifically includes the steps of:
performing instant calculation analysis on the operation data of the equipment to generate a plurality of operation analysis information;
judging whether equipment operation abnormity exists or not according to the operation analysis information;
when equipment operation is abnormal, generating an abnormal operation prompt and sending the abnormal operation prompt to corresponding industrial equipment;
and when the equipment is not abnormally operated, the abnormal operation prompt is not generated.

generating a plurality of device state prediction information by analyzing a plurality of the device history data;
judging whether an abnormal trend exists or not according to the state prediction information of the equipment;
and when the abnormal trend exists, performing abnormal early warning on the corresponding industrial equipment.

the instant operation analysis unit is used for carrying out instant calculation analysis on the operation data of the equipment to generate operation analysis information, judging whether the operation is abnormal or not according to the operation analysis information, and carrying out abnormal operation prompt when the operation is abnormal;
the state prediction analysis unit is used for uploading the plurality of equipment operation data to a cloud end, generating a plurality of equipment historical data, analyzing the plurality of equipment historical data, generating a plurality of equipment state prediction information, and performing abnormity early warning according to the plurality of equipment state prediction information.
