In this way, when the first switch 24 is closed, the first relay 281 and the second relay 282 can be simultaneously controlled to be energized with the external power source 61, so as to ensure that the coil of the first relay 281 and the coil of the second relay 282 are both energized and then closed, and further, the control circuit 23 can smoothly conduct the first conductor 221 and the second conductor 222, so as to ensure that the second conductor 222 is energized with the first conductor 12, and after the first power plug-in component 10 and the second power plug-in component 20 are plugged in, two adjacent display units can keep a good energized state.

Similarly, when the first switch 24 is turned off, the relay 28 can be controlled to turn off the control circuit 23, so that the first switch 24 or the relay 28 or the control circuit 23 is detected.
As shown in fig. 4 and 10, the second conductive member 22 further includes an insulating base 223 movably disposed on the second seat 21, and the second conductive member 222 is floatingly disposed on the insulating base 223. It should be noted that the second conductor 222 further includes a flexible neutral wire, a flexible live wire and a flexible ground, which are respectively electrically connected to the neutral wire column, the live wire column and the ground column, and the flexible neutral wire, the flexible live wire and the flexible ground can be freely deformed in a telescopic manner, so that the second conductor 222 can move back and forth along with the insulating base 223, and the second conductor 222 can be switched between the first on position and the first off position.
As shown in fig. 4 and 10, in order to prevent the insulating base 223 from deflecting during the movement of the second housing 21, the second power plug assembly 20 further includes a guiding structure disposed between the second housing 21 and the insulating base 223. In this way, the guide posts are fixedly connected to the insulating base 223, and in the process that the insulating base 223 moves in the second seat 21, since the guide posts can move in the guide holes along the axes of the guide holes, the insulating base 223 is limited to move only along the axes of the guide holes, so that the insulating base 223 can move smoothly in the second seat 21.
Of course, in the embodiment not shown in the drawings, the guiding posts are disposed on the second base, and the guiding posts are disposed on the insulating base.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 8 to 10, a mounting hole is provided in the second seat 21, the trigger includes an abutting rod 26, and the abutting rod 26 movably penetrates through the mounting hole. The second conductive member 22 further includes an insulating base 223 movably disposed on the second housing 21, and the second conductive member 222 is floatably disposed on the insulating base 223. It is more convenient for the ejector pin 26 to trigger the first switch member 24 to close or open.
The provision of the insulating matrix 223 described above facilitates carrying the second electrical conductor 222. Specifically, the second electrical conductor 222 is completely floating within the insulating base 223 by installation and clearance orientation within the insulating base 223 and spring retention by post springs within the insulating base 223. The second conductor 222 is placed in the insulating base 223, and then the column spring is placed, and then the insulating base 223 is sewn in a riveting closing manner.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 8 to 10, the first driving rod 251 and the first rocker 252 are driven and matched to resemble a lever principle, so that the first driving member 25 drives the second conductor 222 to move, which is more labor-saving. In order to enable the second conductor 222 to move more smoothly, the number of the first driving members 25 and the number of the second force application members 17 (see below) are two, the two first driving members 25 are abutted against the two second force application members 17 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the two first driving members 25 are respectively located on two sides of the second conductor 222. Of course, in the embodiment not shown in the drawings, the number of the first driving member and the second force application member may not be limited to two, but may be one, three, and more.
In this embodiment, the first tilting plate 252 includes a first plate section, a rotating shaft and a second plate section, which are connected in sequence, an obtuse included angle is formed between the first plate section and the second plate section, the rotating shaft is rotatably disposed in the second seat 21, the first plate section abuts against the first driving rod, and the second plate section abuts against the second conductor 222. The second seat body 21 comprises a seat body base body and a bottom plate covered on the seat body base body, a first arc-shaped concave portion is arranged in the seat body base body, a second arc-shaped concave portion is arranged on the surface, facing the first arc-shaped concave portion, of the bottom plate, and the rotating shaft is clamped between the first arc-shaped concave portion and the second arc-shaped concave portion. Like this, first arc concave part and second arc concave part all cooperate with the side surface of pivot, avoid first wane 252 to rock around the axis swing in-process of pivot to make first wane 252 swing more steady, can improve wobbling sensitivity, and then make the easy driven second conductor 222 of first wane 252 remove.
Specifically, the insulating base 223 includes a base block and first and second bumps disposed on opposite sides of the base block. The first tilting plates 252 are two, the second segment of one first tilting plate 252 abuts against the lower surface of the first protrusion, and the second segment of the other first tilting plate 252 abuts against the lower surface of the second protrusion.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 8 to 10, when the first power plug assembly 10 is spaced apart from the first driving rod 251 and the abutting rod 26, the first driving rod 251 is located at a first initial position, and the abutting rod 26 is located at a second initial position. When the second conductor 222 is in the first conducting position, the first driving rod 251 is in the first end position. When the first switch member 24 is closed, the abutting lever 26 is in the second end position. When the first power plug assembly 10 is mated with the second power plug assembly 20, the first switch member 24 is closed prior to the first conductive member 12 and the second conductive member 222 being brought into contact; when the first power plug assembly 10 is separated from the second power plug assembly 20, the first conductor 12 and the second conductor 222 are separated prior to the first switching member 24 being opened. When the first driving rod 251 is located at the first initial position and the abutting rod 26 is located at the second initial position, one end of the first driving rod 251 facing the first seat 11 protrudes out of one end of the abutting rod 26 facing the first seat 11. The first travel L1 of the first driving lever 251 from the first initial position to the first end position is greater than the second travel L2 of the abutment rod 26 from the second initial position to the second end position.
Of course, in the embodiment not shown in the drawings, one end of the first driving rod facing the first seat body protrudes out of one end of the supporting rod facing the first seat body. As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 8 to 10, the second power plug assembly 20 further includes a first elastic member 29 disposed in the mounting hole, and the first elastic member 29 applies an elastic force to the abutting rod 26 toward the first seat 11. When the first power plug assembly 10 is separated from the second power plug assembly 20, the propping rod 26 can automatically return under the action of the elastic force applied by the first elastic member 29 to the propping rod 26, and the propping rod 26 can float in the first seat 11.

The first force application member 13 can push the abutting rod 26 to drive the abutting rod 26 to move, and the second elastic member 15 applies elastic force to the first force application member 13 towards the abutting rod 26. Thus, under the action of the elastic force of the second elastic member 15, the first force application member 13 can float in the first mounting seat 14 along the Y-axis direction in fig. 4, and in the process that the second conductive body 222 moves from the first off position to the first on position, because the second elastic member 15 applies the elastic force toward the abutting rod 26 to the first force application member 13, the first force application member 13 always presses the abutting rod 26 downward, so that the abutting rod 26 is clamped between the first switch member 24 and the first force application member 13, and the first force application member 13 pushes the abutting rod 26 to make the abutting rod 26 quickly push the first switch member 24 to be closed or opened. After the two adjacent display units are detached, the first force application piece 13 can be retracted into the first mounting seat 14 after being collided, so that the first force application piece 13 can be prevented from penetrating out of the first mounting seat 14 to generate interference.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 8 to 10, the first force application member 13 can be in surface-to-surface contact fit with the abutting rod 26. It should be noted that, the first force application member 13 can be in point-surface contact with the abutting rod 26, which means that one end of the first force application member 13 facing the abutting rod 26 has a first spherical surface, one end of the abutting rod 26 facing the first force application member 13 has a first plane or a first concave arc surface, and a contact manner between the first spherical surface and the first plane or the first concave arc surface is point-surface contact. The first spherical surface protrudes from the surface of the first seat body 11 facing the second seat body 21, the second seat body 21 is further provided with a first avoidance hole avoiding the propping rod 26, the surface of the side edge of the display unit facing the first seat body 11 is provided with a first avoidance inner concave arc surface avoiding the first spherical surface, the first avoidance hole is located in the first avoidance inner concave arc surface, when the second conductor 222 is located at the first disconnection position, one end of the propping rod 26 with the first plane extends into the first avoidance inner concave arc surface, and the first plane is lower than or parallel to the surface of the side edge of the display unit facing the first seat body 11.
The second elastic member 15 is a spring or an elastic body. The first force application member 13 is preferably a first force application rod. The first power plug-in assembly 10 further includes a first stop ring disposed at the mouth of the first mounting seat 14, a second stop ring matched with the first stop ring is disposed on the sidewall of the first force application rod, and the first spherical surface can penetrate through the first mounting seat 14 through the central hole of the first stop ring. Gap orientation is carried out through the first mounting seat 14 and the second stopping ring, elastic force limitation is synchronously carried out through the second elastic piece 15, the elastic force of the second elastic piece 15 is enabled to be pressed down through the second stopping ring and tail gap orientation of the first force application rod is guaranteed, and the first force application rod completely floats in the first mounting seat 14.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 8 to 10, the first power plug assembly 10 further includes a second mounting seat 16 spaced apart from the first base 11, a second force applying member 17 movably disposed in the second mounting seat 16, and a third elastic member 19 disposed in the second mounting seat 16. The second force application member 17 can push against the first driving rod 251 to drive the first driving rod 251 to move, and the third elastic member 19 applies an elastic force to the second force application member 17 toward the first driving member 25. Thus, under the action of the elastic force of the third elastic member 19, the second force application member 17 can float in the first mounting seat 14 along the Y-axis direction in fig. 4, and in the process that the second conductor 222 moves from the first off position to the first on position, because the third elastic member 19 applies the elastic force toward the first driving rod 251 to the second force application member 17, the second force application member 17 always presses the first driving rod 251 downward, so that the first driving rod 251 is sandwiched between the first rocker 252 and the second force application member 17, and after the second force application member 17 pushes against the first driving rod 251, the first driving rod 251 quickly pushes the first end of the first rocker 252 to swing around the rotating shaft thereof. After the two adjacent display units are detached and the second force application member 17 is collided, the second force application member can be retracted into the first mounting seat 14 to avoid the interference caused by the second force application member 17 penetrating the first mounting seat 14.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, and 8 to 10, the second force application member 17 can be in point-surface contact engagement with the first driving member 25. It should be noted that the second force application member 17 can be in point-surface contact with the first driving rod 251, that is, one end of the second force application member 17 facing the first driving rod 251 has a second spherical surface, one end of the first driving rod 251 facing the second force application member 17 has a second plane or a second concave arc surface, and a contact manner between the second spherical surface and the second plane or the second concave arc surface is point-surface contact. The second spherical surface protrudes from the surface of the first seat body 11 facing the second seat body 21, the second seat body 21 is further provided with a second avoidance hole for avoiding the first driving rod 251, the surface of the side edge of the display unit facing the first seat body 11 is provided with a second avoidance inner concave arc surface for avoiding the second spherical surface, the second avoidance hole is located in the second avoidance inner concave arc surface, when the second conductor 222 is located at the first disconnection position, one end of the first driving rod 251 with the second plane extends into the second avoidance inner concave arc surface, and the second plane is lower than or parallel to the surface of the side edge of the display unit facing the first seat body 11.
The third elastic member 19 is a spring or an elastic body. The second force application member 17 is preferably a second force application rod. The first power plug-in assembly 10 further includes a third stop ring disposed at the mouth of the second mounting seat 16, a fourth stop ring matched with the third stop ring is disposed on the sidewall of the second force application rod, and the second spherical surface can penetrate through the second mounting seat 16 through the central hole of the third stop ring. Gap orientation is carried out through the second mounting seat 16 and the fourth stopping ring, elastic force limitation is synchronously carried out through the third elastic piece 19, the elastic force of the third elastic piece 19 is guaranteed to be pressed down through the fourth stopping ring and tail gap orientation of the second force application rod is guaranteed, and the second force application rod completely floats in the second mounting seat 16.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 8 to 10, the second power plug assembly 20 further includes a fourth elastic member 201 disposed between the second seat 21 and the second conductor 222, and the fourth elastic member 201 applies an elastic force to the second conductor 222 along a direction away from the first seat 11. Thus, under the action of the elastic force of the fourth elastic element 201, the second conductor 222 can float in the second seat 21 along the Y-axis direction of fig. 4, and in the process that the second conductor 222 moves from the first on position to the first off position, the fourth elastic element 201 applies the elastic force to the second conductor 222 along the direction away from the first seat 11, so that the second conductor 222 is quickly separated from the first conductor 12. After the two adjacent display units are detached, the second conductor 222 can be kept at the first disconnection position, so that the second conductor 222 is prevented from penetrating through the second base 21 to be damaged or generate interference. The fourth elastic member 201 is a spring or an elastic body, and when the fourth elastic member 201 is a spring, the spring may preferably be a compression spring, and the compression spring is installed above the insulating base, but of course, in an embodiment not shown in the drawings, the spring may preferably be a tension spring, and the tension spring is installed below the insulating base.
In this embodiment, a third avoiding hole for avoiding the second conductor 222 is formed in the second seat 21, a first assembling hole for installing the fourth elastic element 201 is formed in the second seat 21, and the first assembling hole and the third avoiding hole are communicated with each other.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 8 to 10, when the second conductive member 222 is at the first conductive position, the second conductive member 222 is in point-surface contact with the first conductive member 12. It should be noted that the point-to-surface contact between the second conductor 222 and the first conductor 12 means that one end of the second conductor 222 facing the input tab conductor 121 has a third spherical surface, one end of the input tab conductor 121 facing the second conductor 222 has a third plane or a third concave arc surface, and the contact manner between the third spherical surface and the third plane or the third concave arc surface is point-to-surface contact. During the process of assembling two adjacent display units together, the second conductor 222 with the third spherical surface smoothly passes through the second base 21 to be in point-plane contact with the input flap conductor 121 with the third plane, so that the second conductor 222 is in the first conducting position. During the process of detaching two adjacent display units, the second conductor 222 with the third spherical surface is smoothly retracted into the second seat 21 to be separated from the input flap conductor 121 with the third plane, so that the second conductor 222 is in the first open position.
Specifically, the second seat 21 is provided with a third avoiding hole for avoiding the second conductor 222, and in the process that two adjacent display units are assembled together and the second conductor 222 moves from the first off position to the first on position, after a part of the third spherical surface of the second conductor 222 is in sliding contact with the hole wall of the third avoiding hole, the moving direction of the second conductor 222 is rapidly adjusted, so that the axis of the second conductor 222 is parallel to the axis of the third avoiding hole, and the second conductor 222 can smoothly pass through the third avoiding hole and penetrate out of the second seat 21 to be in point-surface contact fit with the input folding conductor 121.
Of course, in an embodiment not shown in the drawings, the second power plug assembly further includes a fourth elastic element disposed between the second seat and the second conductor, and the fourth elastic element applies an elastic force to the second conductor in a direction away from the first seat. Or when the second conductor is at the first conduction position, the second conductor is in point-surface contact fit with the first conductive piece.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 8 to 10, in the process of assembling two adjacent display units together, when the first power plug assembly 10 is mated with the second power plug assembly 20, the second force application member 17 pushes the first driving rod 251 to move downward and push the first end of the first rocker 252 to swing around the swing axis of the first rocker 252, and the second end of the first rocker 252 swings around the swing axis of the first rocker 252 and pushes the second conductor 222 upward and move toward the first conductor 12, at this time, the first driving rod 251 passes through the first moving stroke L1 to switch the second conductor 222 from the first off position to the first on position; in the process of switching the second conductor 222 from the first off position to the first on position, the first force applying member 13 pushes the propping rod 26 downwards to move downwards, the propping rod 26 pushes the first switch member 24 to close, the first relay 281 and the second relay 282 are both connected with the external power source 61, to control the coil of the first relay 281 and the coil of the second relay 282 to be energized and then closed, the first input conductor 2211 and the first output conductor 2221 are conductively connected through the first control conductor 231, by conductively connecting the second input conductor 2212 and the second output conductor 2222 via the second control conductor 232, the second conductor 222 remains in the first conductive position, the prop rod 26 further passes through a second moving stroke L2 to enable the second electrical conductor 222 and the first electrical conductor 12 to be energized, and the first power plug assembly 10 and the second power plug assembly 20 are plugged together. In this process, since the first conductive member 12 and the second conductive member 22 are in contact conduction before the first switching member 24 is closed, the two display units mounted when the first switching member 24 is opened are not energized, and only the two display units mounted when the first switching member 24 is closed are energized, thereby reducing the possibility of safety accidents.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 8 to 10, when the first power plug assembly 10 is separated from the second power plug assembly 20 during the detachment of two adjacent display units, the acting force applied by the first force applying member 13 to the abutting rod 26 and the acting force applied by the second force applying member 17 to the first driving rod 251 are gradually reduced, the abutting rod 26 is reset upwards under the action of the elastic force applied by the second elastic member 15, the first switch member 24 is switched from the closed state to the open state after losing the trigger force, at this time, the first relay 281 and the second relay 282 are both disconnected from the external power source 61, so as to control the coil of the first relay 281 and the coil of the second relay 282 to be disconnected after losing the power, at this time, the first control conductor 231 is disconnected from the first input conductor 2211 and the first output conductor 2221, the second control conductor 232 is disconnected from the second input conductor 2212 and the second output conductor 2222, and since the second moving stroke L2 of the supporting rod 26 is smaller than the first moving stroke L1 of the first driving rod 251, the second conductor 222 and the first conductive member 12 are powered off first, and in the process of powering off the second conductor 222 and the first conductive member 12, under the action of the elastic force applied to the second conductor 222 by the fourth elastic member 201, the second conductor 222 pushes the second end of the first rocker 252 downwards to swing around the swing axis of the first rocker 252 and pushes the first end of the first rocker 252 upwards to move the first driving rod 251 upwards, and since the second moving stroke L2 of the supporting rod 26 is smaller than the first moving stroke L1 of the first driving rod 251, when the supporting rod 26 is switched from the second end position to the second initial position, and the first driving rod 251 is switched from the first end position to the first initial position, the second conductor 222 is switched from the first conducting position to the first off position after being powered off from the first conducting position, at this time, the first power plug assembly 10 and the second power plug assembly 20 are separated, and the adjacent two display units can be separated.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 8-10, during the process that two adjacent display units are assembled together and the second conductor 222 moves from the first off position to the first on position, the second spherical surface of the second force application member 17 can be directly in point-surface contact fit with the second plane of the first drive lever 251, or the second spherical surface of the second force application member 17 moves on the surface of the side edge of the display unit facing the first seat 11, and smoothly slides into the second avoidance concave arc surface to be in point-surface contact fit with the second plane of the first driving rod 251, so that the first driving rod 251 moves downward relative to the first housing 11 and presses down the first end of the first rocker 252, so that the first end of the first rocker 252 swings around the rotation axis thereof, and the second end of the first rocker 252 pushes the second conductor 222 to move upward relative to the second seat 21, so that the second conductor 222 is located at the first conducting position; and the first spherical surface of the first force application member 13 can directly contact and cooperate with the first plane of the abutting rod 26, or the first spherical surface of the first force application member 13 moves on the surface of the side edge of the display unit facing the first seat 11 and smoothly slides into the first avoidance concave arc surface to contact and cooperate with the first plane of the abutting rod 26, so that the abutting rod 26 moves downward relative to the first seat 11 and presses the first switch member 24 downward, so that the first switch member 24 is closed to control the relay 28 to conduct the control circuit 23.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, and 8 to 10, in the process that two adjacent display units are detached and the second conductor 222 moves from the first on position to the first off position, a part of the first spherical surface of the first force application member 13 slides on the first avoiding concave arc surface and gradually separates from the first plane of the abutting rod 26, and the first spherical surface of the first force application member 13 can be quickly retracted into the first installation seat 14 to avoid interference with the second seat 21 when being collided, so as to improve the smoothness of the detachment process. After the upward pushing force is applied by the first elastic member 29, the end of the abutting rod 26 with the first plane is extended into the first avoiding concave arc again. And a part of the second spherical surface of the second force application member 17 slides on the second avoidance concave arc surface and is gradually separated from the second plane of the first driving rod 251, and the second spherical surface of the second force application member 17 can be quickly retracted into the second mounting seat 16 to avoid interference with the second seat body 21 when being collided, so that the smoothness of the dismounting process is improved. After the first driving rod 251 pushes upward at the first end of the first rocker 252, the end of the first driving rod 251 with the second plane extends into the second avoiding concave arc again. Meanwhile, the second conductor 222 with the first spherical surface is smoothly retracted into the second seat 21 to be separated from the input flap conductor 121 with the third plane, so that the second conductor 222 is in the first open position.
In the process of assembling the two adjacent display units, the second conductor 222 can float in the second seat 21 along the Y-axis direction of fig. 4, and the second conductor 222 can smoothly perform point-surface contact with the first conductive member 12; the second force application member 17 can float in the second mounting seat 16 along the Y-axis direction in fig. 4, and the second force application member 17 can smoothly perform point-surface contact engagement with the first driving rod 251; the first force application member 13 can float in the first mounting seat 14 in the Y-axis direction of fig. 4, and the first force application member 13 can smoothly engage with the abutting rod 26 in point-surface contact. Thus, there is no interference between the second power plug assembly 20 and the first power plug assembly 10, and the second power plug assembly 20 can be quickly inserted into the first power plug assembly 10. Also, the second power plug assembly 20 can be quickly separated from the first power plug assembly 10 during the above-described detachment of the adjacent two display units. In this way, the second power plug assembly 20 and the first power plug assembly 10 can be automatically connected, so that the power supplies on the two display units can be automatically and electrically connected, the second power plug assembly 20 does not need to be manually plugged and pulled by a field worker, and the field worker can conveniently assemble or disassemble the two display units along the Y-axis direction of fig. 4.

When the connecting conductor moves to be separated from the input and output tab conductors 121 and 122, respectively, the input and output tab conductors 121 and 122 are disconnected from each other, so that the first conductive member 12 is in a disconnected state. And because the input folded-tab conductor 121 and the output folded-tab conductor 122 are both stamped parts, they can be easily bent, and are convenient to assemble in the first seat 11, and at the same time, the second conductor 222 penetrates the second seat 21 and is convenient to contact and conduct with the input folded-tab conductor 121. Because input folded-sheet conductor 121 and output folded-sheet conductor 122 are stamping parts, it is easy to machine and form, and is suitable for mass production. Of course, in an embodiment not shown in the figures, the first power plug assembly further comprises a second switching element capable of putting the first conductive element itself in a conducting state or in an off state. Or the first conductive piece comprises an input folded-sheet conductor and an output folded-sheet conductor which are arranged in the first base body, the input folded-sheet conductor and the output folded-sheet conductor are disconnected, the second switch piece comprises a connecting conductor arranged in the first base body and an operating key for driving the connecting conductor to move, and when the connecting conductor moves to be matched with the input folded-sheet conductor and the output folded-sheet conductor, the connecting conductor can be conducted with the input folded-sheet conductor and the output folded-sheet conductor through the connecting conductor.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7 and 17 to 23, the insertion structure further includes: a first signal jack module 30 and a second signal jack module 40. The first signal plug assembly 30 includes a third housing 31 and a first signal transmission member 32 disposed on the third housing 31. The second signal plug assembly 40 includes a fourth base 41, a second signal transmission member 42 disposed on the fourth base 41, and a second driving member 43 movably disposed on the fourth base 41. The second signal transmission member 42 has a second conducting position penetrating through the fourth seat 41 and in conducting contact with the first signal transmission member 32 and a second disconnecting position retracted into the fourth seat 41 and separated from the first signal transmission member 32, and the second driving member 43 is movable to drive the second signal transmission member 42 to move toward or away from the first signal transmission member 32 so as to switch the second signal transmission member 42 between the second conducting position and the second disconnecting position.
In this embodiment, the first signal plug assembly 30 of the plug structure of the LED display device may be mounted on one side edge of two adjacent display units, and the second signal plug assembly 40 of the plug structure of the LED display device may be mounted on the other side edge of two adjacent display units. When two adjacent display units are assembled together, the second driving member 43 is activated to drive the second signal transmission member 42 to move toward the first signal transmission member 32 so as to switch the second signal transmission member 42 to the second conducting position, and the first signal plug assembly 30 and the second signal plug assembly 40 are plugged together. Like this, when two adjacent display element assemblies, through first power grafting subassembly 10 and second power grafting subassembly 20 to inserting make two adjacent display element realize the circular telegram, through the first signal grafting subassembly 30 and the second signal grafting subassembly 40 to inserting make two adjacent display element realize signal transmission, simplified the wiring operation for the connection of power cord and signal line is all simple, and two adjacent display element assemblies are more simple and convenient, have promoted assembly efficiency. The adjacent two display units may be the first display unit 51 and the fourth display unit 54 in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 7 and 19 to 21, the second signal plug assembly 40 further includes a fifth elastic member 44 disposed between the fourth housing 41 and the second signal transmission member 42, and the fifth elastic member 44 applies an elastic force to the second signal transmission member 42 in a direction away from the third housing 31. Thus, under the elastic force of the fifth elastic element 44, the second signal transmission element 42 can float in the fourth seat 41 along the X-axis direction of fig. 7, and in the process that the second signal transmission element 42 moves from the second on position to the second off position, the fifth elastic element 44 applies the elastic force to the second signal transmission element 42 along the direction departing from the third seat 31, so that the second signal transmission element 42 is rapidly separated from the first signal transmission element 32. And after two adjacent display units are disassembled, the second signal transmission member 42 can be kept at the second disconnection position, so as to avoid the second signal transmission member 42 from penetrating through the fourth seat 41 to be damaged or generate interference. The fifth elastic member 44 is a spring or an elastic body, and when the fifth elastic member 44 is a spring, the spring may preferably be a compression spring, and the compression spring in fig. 20 is installed above the insulating body (see below), but of course, in an embodiment not shown in the drawings, the spring may preferably be a tension spring, and the tension spring is installed below the insulating body.
In this embodiment, a fourth avoiding hole for avoiding the signal needle is formed in the fourth seat 41, and a second assembling hole for installing the fifth elastic element 44 is formed in the fourth seat 41. A guiding structure is arranged between the fourth seat 41 and the insulating body, and the guiding structure is the same as the guiding structure between the second seat 21 and the insulating base 223.
As shown in fig. 7 and 19 to 21, the first signal transmission member 32 includes a first signal PCB, and a surface of the first signal PCB facing the second signal transmission member 42 is a gold-plated surface. The signal pin is floatably disposed with respect to the insulative body in a moving direction of the insulative body. The second driving member 43 is movable to drive the insulating body to move toward the first signal transmission member 32, so that the signal pin is in contact with and conducted with the first signal transmission member 32. The second driving member 43 is movable to drive the insulating body to move away from the first signal transmission member 32, so as to separate the signal pin from the first signal transmission member 32. The fourth housing 41 includes a housing and a cover plate covering the opening of the housing, and a part of the second signal transmission member 42 and a part of the second driving member 43 are located in the housing. In the process of assembling two adjacent display units together, the signal pin with the fourth spherical surface smoothly passes through the fourth base 41 to be in point-surface contact fit with the first signal PCB board with a gold sinking surface, so that the second signal transmission member 42 is in the second conduction position. During the process of detaching two adjacent display units, the signal pin with the fourth spherical surface is smoothly retracted into the fourth seat 41 to be separated from the first signal PCB board with the gold-sinking surface, so that the second signal transmission member 42 is in the second disconnected position.
Specifically, a fourth avoiding hole for avoiding the signal pin is formed in the fourth seat 41, and when two adjacent display units are assembled together and the second signal transmission member 42 moves from the second off position to the second on position, a part of a fourth spherical surface of the signal pin makes sliding contact with a hole wall of the fourth avoiding hole, the moving direction of the signal pin is rapidly adjusted, so that the axis of the signal pin is parallel to the axis of the fourth avoiding hole, and the signal pin can smoothly penetrate out of the fourth seat 41 through the fourth avoiding hole to be in point-surface contact fit with the first signal PCB board.

Or when the second signal transmission piece is positioned at the second conduction position, the second signal transmission piece is in point-surface contact fit with the first signal transmission piece;
as shown in fig. 7 and 19 to 21, the second driving element 43 includes a second driving rod 431 movably disposed through the fourth seat 41 and a second tilting plate 432 swingably disposed in the fourth seat 41, a first end of the second tilting plate 432 abuts against the second driving rod 431, a second end of the second tilting plate 432 abuts against the second signal transmission element 42, and the second driving rod 431 moves to press a first end of the second tilting plate 432, so as to drive the second tilting plate 432 to swing and to drive the second signal transmission element 42 to switch from the second off position to the second on position.
In this embodiment, the second driving rod 431 and the second rocker 432 are driven and matched by a lever-like principle, so that the second driving member 43 drives the second signal transmission member 42 to move, which is more labor-saving. In order to enable the second signal transmission member 42 to move more smoothly, two second driving members 43 and two third force application members 33 (see below) are provided, the two second driving members 43 and the two third force application members 33 are in one-to-one abutting arrangement, and the two second driving members 43 are respectively located at two sides of the second signal transmission member 42. Of course, in the embodiment not shown in the drawings, the number of the second driving member and the third force application member may not be limited to two, but may be one, three, and more.
As shown in fig. 7 and 19 to 21, the first signal plug assembly 30 further includes a third mounting seat 35 spaced apart from the third seat 31, a third force application member 33 movably located in the third mounting seat 35, and a sixth elastic member 34 disposed in the third mounting seat 35, wherein the sixth elastic member 34 applies an elastic force to the third force application member 33 toward the second driving member 43. Thus, the third force application member 33 can float in the third mounting seat 35 along the X-axis direction of fig. 7 under the action of the elastic force of the sixth elastic member 34, and in the process of moving the second signal transmission member 42 from the second off position to the second on position, the sixth elastic member 34 applies the elastic force toward the second driving rod 431 to the third force application member 33, so that the third force application member 33 always presses the second driving rod 431 down, so that the second driving rod 431 is sandwiched between the second rocker 432 and the third force application member 33, and after the third force application member 33 pushes the second driving rod 431, the second driving rod 431 quickly pushes the first end of the second rocker 432 to swing around the swing axis. After the two adjacent display units are detached and the third forcing member 33 is collided, the third forcing member 33 can be retracted into the third mounting seat 35 to avoid interference caused by the third forcing member 33 penetrating the third mounting seat 35.
As shown in fig. 7 and 19 to 21, the third urging member 33 can be in point-surface contact with and engaged with the second driving member 43. It should be noted that the third force application member 33 can be in point-surface contact with the second driving rod 431, that is, one end of the third force application member 33 facing the second driving rod 431 has a fifth spherical surface, one end of the second driving rod 431 facing the third force application member 33 has a fourth plane or a fourth concave arc surface, and a contact manner between the fifth spherical surface and the fourth plane or the fourth concave arc surface is point-surface contact. The sixth elastic member 34 is a spring or an elastic body. The third force application member 33 is preferably a third force application rod. The first signal plug-in assembly 30 further includes a fifth stop ring disposed at the mouth of the third mounting seat 35, a sixth stop ring matched with the fifth stop ring is disposed on the sidewall of the third force applying rod, and the fifth spherical surface can penetrate through the third mounting seat 35 through the center hole of the fifth stop ring.
As shown in fig. 7 and 19 to 21, in the process that the adjacent two display units are assembled together and the second signal transmission member 42 is moved from the second off position to the second on position, the fifth spherical surface of the third force application member 33 can be directly in point-surface contact fit with the fourth plane of the second drive rod 431, or the fifth spherical surface of the third force application member 33 is moved on the surface of the fourth seat body 41 facing the gold-sunk surface of the first signal PCB board, and smoothly slides into the third avoidance concave arc surface to be in point-surface contact fit with the fourth plane of the second driving rod 431, so that the second driving lever 431 moves leftward with respect to the sinker surface of the first signal PCB and presses down the first end of the second rocker 432, so that the first end of the second rocker 432 swings around the rotating shaft thereof, and the second end of the second rocker 432 pushes the second signal transmission member 42 to move rightward relative to the fourth seat 41, so that the second signal transmission member 42 is in the second conducting position.
As shown in fig. 7 and 19 to 21, in the process that two adjacent display units are detached and the second signal transmission member 42 moves from the second on position to the second off position, a part of the fifth spherical surface of the third force application member 33 slides on the third avoiding concave cambered surface and gradually separates from the fourth plane of the second driving rod 431, and the fifth spherical surface of the third force application member 33 can be quickly retracted into the third mounting seat 35 to avoid interference with the fourth seat body 41 when being collided, so that the smoothness of the detaching process is improved. After the first end of the second rocker 432 is pushed to the right, the end of the second driving rod 431 with the fourth plane protrudes into the third avoiding concave arc again. At the same time, the second conductive body 222 with the third spherical surface is smoothly retracted into the fourth seat 41 to be separated from the input tab conductor 121 with the third plane, so that the second signal transmission member 42 is in the second off position.
In the process of assembling the two adjacent display units, the second signal transmission member 42 can float in the fourth seat 41 along the X-axis direction of fig. 7, and the second signal transmission member 42 can smoothly perform point-surface contact with the first signal transmission member 32; the third force application member 33 can float in the third mounting seat 35 along the X-axis direction of fig. 7, and the third force application member 33 can smoothly perform point-surface contact fitting with the second driving rod 431, there is no interference between the first signal plug assembly 30 and the second signal plug assembly 40, and the second signal plug assembly 40 can be quickly inserted into the first signal plug assembly 30. Also, the second signal plug assembly 40 can be quickly separated from the first signal plug assembly 30 during the above-described detachment process between the adjacent two display units. In this way, the second signal plug assembly 40 and the first signal plug assembly 30 can be automatically connected, so that signals on the two display units can be automatically transmitted, the second signal plug assembly 40 does not need to be manually plugged and pulled by field personnel, and the field personnel can assemble or disassemble the two display units along the X-axis direction of fig. 7 conveniently.

Of course, the inserting structure can also be installed at the rear side of the lamp panel module.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the process of assembling the fourth display unit 54, the third display unit 53, the second display unit 52 and the first display unit 51 together along the circumferential direction, since the second conductor 222 can float in the second seat 21 along the Y-axis direction of fig. 4, the second conductor 222 can smoothly perform point-surface contact matching with the first conductive member 12; the second force application member 17 can float in the second mounting seat 16 along the Y-axis direction in fig. 4, and the second force application member 17 can smoothly perform point-surface contact engagement with the first driving rod 251; the first force applying member 13 can float in the first mounting seat 14 in the Y-axis direction of fig. 4, and the first force applying member 13 can smoothly engage with the abutting rod 26 in point-surface contact. In this way, there is no interference between the second power plug assembly 20 and the first power plug assembly 10, and the second power plug assembly 20 can be quickly inserted into the first power plug assembly 10 in the X-axis direction or the Y-axis direction or in any one of the directions of rays drawn from the vertex of the angle formed by the X-axis and the Y-axis. Meanwhile, since the second signal transmission member 42 can float in the fourth seat 41 along the X-axis direction of fig. 7, the second signal transmission member 42 can smoothly perform point-surface contact matching with the first signal transmission member 32; the third force application member 33 can float in the third mounting seat 35 along the X-axis direction of fig. 7, and the third force application member 33 can smoothly perform point-surface contact fitting with the second driving rod 431, there is no interference between the first signal plug assembly 30 and the second signal plug assembly 40, and the second signal plug assembly 40 can be quickly inserted into the first signal plug assembly 30 along the X-axis direction or the Y-axis direction or along any radial direction drawn from the vertex of the angle formed by the X-axis and the Y-axis. In this way, the second power plug assembly 20 and the first power plug assembly 10, and the first signal plug assembly 30 and the second signal plug assembly 40 are plugged together, and the first display unit 51 can be quickly and accurately assembled to the second display unit 52 and the fourth display unit 54 along the X-axis direction or the Y-axis direction, or along any ray direction drawn from the vertex of the angle formed by the X-axis and the Y-axis.
