Description

Expired credit card replacement method, expired credit card replacement device, expired credit card replacement apparatus, expired credit card replacement medium, and program product
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of financial technology, and more particularly, to a method, apparatus, device, medium, and program product for replacing an expired credit card.
Background
Currently, the validity period of the physical card of most commercial bank credit cards is specified based on the time of a CA key certificate provided by the international card organization. Depending on the requirements of the card organization, the credit card expiration date is about 5 to 10 years. According to the business process of card changing due in the existing commercial bank, the bank generally reminds the user of the card changing to be about by sending short messages, outgoing calls and other contact modes in advance of 1-2 months, and then a bank starts the work of manufacturing a new replaced card and sending the new replaced card before the expiration (for example, 1 month). According to the regulation in the business card service supervision and management method of commercial banks: the method is characterized in that the card holder is provided with a card starting function, and the card holder can start the card to be used after the card holder is activated for newly issued credit cards, lost and changed cards, damaged and changed cards, expired and changed cards and the like. If the user finishes starting the new card when the old card is not due, the bank can automatically stop using the old card to finish the card changing operation; if the user does not start the card after the validity period of the old card expires, the old card stops using due, the new card does not start yet, and the user can continue to use the card for payment after actively finishing card starting. The replacement of the credit card needs to be carried out through the processes of card making, mailing, card receiving and card starting, the process is long, if the original card of the user has services such as signing and binding the card by three parties, withholding for paying and the like, the payment service is interrupted due to the expiration of the card, the user experience is poor, and even the user is lost.
Since the first credit card is born in 1985, the credit card industry in China is rapidly developed, and the scale and the transaction amount of issuing the card by each bank are rapidly broken through. However, under the influence of Chinese economy acceleration gear shifting, mobile payment rising, Internet loan products such as 'flower' and 'white stripe' and the like, the development mode of the credit card industry is changed from 'race circle' to 'fine tillage and fine farming', continuous innovation is realized in multiple links such as customer acquisition, product, operation, wind control and the like, the overall development is relatively mature, and the stage of increment slowing and stock playing is entered. Therefore, how to provide stereoscopic and integrated financial products and services for high-quality users includes improving user experience in the process of exchanging credit cards of users in batches to achieve the purpose of recovering the users in stock, and is a problem that various commercial banks need to think at present.

Fig. 2 schematically shows a flowchart of a method for replacing a due credit card according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the expired credit card replacement method of this embodiment includes operations S210 to S240, and the transaction processing method may be sequentially performed.
In operation S210, information screening authorization of the user is acquired, and the user whose physical credit card is expired is periodically screened.
In the disclosed embodiment, when regularly screening users with entity credit card expired, if the user information acquisition is involved, the user's consent or authorization can be obtained. For example, a request for obtaining user information may be issued to the user before operation S210. In case that the user information can be acquired with the user' S consent or authority, operation S210 is performed.
In operation S210, users whose entity cards expire within a preset period are screened, and the users have no bad record within the credit card lifetime. For example, the good-quality user who is about to expire in two months and the entity credit card can be screened out through big data mining, and preferably, the user who is not overdue and has normal card and account states is taken as the good-quality user, and the list is screened out.
According to the regulation of the bank and prison, when the customer service changes, the customer can handle the card only by the agreement of the customer, so the customer needs to communicate with the customer through intelligent outbound equipment, and the card can be handled for the long-term effective service for the customer after the confirmation.
In operation S220, a first authorization acquisition request is sent to the user to acquire a first credit card service deferral authorization of the user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the user is screened out, the credit card information of the user, including the identity information of a trusted mobile phone and the like, can be sent to the bank intelligent outbound device for outbound contact. After the intelligent bank calling-out equipment receives the user list and the user information sent by the bank credit card expiration processing equipment, the intelligent bank calling-out equipment dials the mobile phone of the user one by one, after the mobile phone is switched on, the user information is verified, the fact that a receiver is the user of the credit card which is about to expire is confirmed, and the user is inquired whether the user is willing to accept the service of the card 'long-term validity'. Optionally, the manner of sending the first authorization acquisition request to the user may further include communication manners such as a short message, a mail, and a designated credit card software product.
After the first credit card service deferral authorization of the user is acquired, operations S230 to S240 are performed to defer the credit card service of the user.
In operation S230, an electronic information card activation authorization of a user is acquired, and an electronic credit card for online payment is created for the user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after obtaining the user authorization, the user authentication information and the user feedback information are recorded, the card changing work is processed one month before the expiration date of the credit card, the electronic credit card is generated and the user is informed, so that the user can use the electronic credit card to carry out online payment. Furthermore, the user can pay offline by using an electronic credit card through a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone.
It should be noted that if the user is not authorized, the user needs to replace the new physical credit card according to the normal credit card replacement process.
In operation S240, the entity card remanufacturing authorization of the user is obtained, and a new entity credit card is manufactured and issued to the user for the user to pay offline.
In this embodiment, while providing the electronic credit card for the user, the card making and mailing process of the physical credit card can be started to ensure the physical card payment experience of the user.
Alternatively, the electronic credit card and the physical credit may be associated cards of the same account under the name of the user, the card numbers are the same, but the media forms are different.
Alternatively, the electronic credit card and the physical credit may be associated cards of different accounts under the user name, with different card numbers and different media forms
When the user obtains a new physical credit card, the bank needs to authorize the activation of the new physical credit card based on the activation of the user. The user can normally use the physical credit card after the credit card is activated, which includes operations S241 to S243.
In operation S241, confirmation card receipt information returned by the user is acquired, and the confirmation card receipt information is used to identify that the user has received a new physical credit card.
In operation S242, after the card receipt confirmation information is acquired, first activation request information is sent to the user to request authorization to activate a new physical credit card.
In operation S243, first confirmation activation information returned by the user is acquired, and a new physical credit card is activated.
Specifically, after receiving the credit card in the form of an entity, the user can send card receiving confirmation information to a bank on line or in channels such as a counter and a self-service terminal; after receiving the card receiving confirmation information, the bank sends first activation request information to the user through the mobile terminal or the network so as to enable the card. After the card is started, the effective form of the credit card of the user is converted into a form in which the solid form and the digital form coexist, and the user can pay by using the card in the solid form and can also continue to pay online by using the card in the digital form.
According to the updating method of the expired credit card provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, before the new entity credit card is not started, the electronic credit card can be provided for the user to pay, even if the old entity credit card is expired, the payment can be continued without interruption, so that the situation that the use of the user is influenced due to the fact that the card is not replaced in time is avoided, and the payment experience of the user is improved; the method completes the preparation of new entity credit while providing the electronic credit card for the user so as to meet the requirement of the user on using the entity card.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of a method for replacing a due credit card according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the expired credit card replacement method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include operations S310 to S330 in addition to operations S210 to S240.
In operation S310, if the user has a bad record within the life span of the credit card, a prompt message is sent to the user to prompt the user to process the bad record.
In this embodiment, according to operation S210, in the process of the credit card system completing the screening of the expired credit card users, users with bad records, for example, users with overdue payment records, can be screened out from the system, and such users are notified to process their overdue records as soon as possible, for example, payment is cleared, and corresponding credit certificates are provided.
In operation S320, a bad record processing request of the user is obtained, and a bad record is checked before the expiration of the physical credit card.
In operation S330, after the audit of the bad record passes, a first credit card service deferral authorization of the user is acquired to provide the user with a due credit card replacement service.
If the user can process the bad records in time, the user is proved to have potential development value, therefore, the user is provided with the corresponding replacement service after the user passes the bad record audit, and the user viscosity is increased.
Such users can only change cards through normal credit card change procedures if the user cannot process the associated bad records.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flowchart of a method of replacing a due credit card according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, in addition to operations S210 to S240 and operations S310 to S330, after the user acquires a new physical credit card and returns the receipt confirmation information to the credit card system, the expired credit card replacement method may further include operations S410 to S430.
In operation S410, electronic credit card authority information, which indicates whether the user selects to close the electronic credit card, returned by the user is received.
In operation S420, if the user selects to turn off the electronic credit card, a seller process is performed on the electronic credit card.
In operation S430, if the user does not select to turn off the electronic credit card, both the current electronic credit card and the new physical credit card can provide the user with credit card service.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving the credit card in the solid form, the user can start the card online or in channels such as a counter and a self-service terminal, and after starting the card, the effective form of the credit card of the user is converted into the form in which the solid form and the digital form coexist, so that the user can pay by using the card in the solid form and can also continue to pay online by using the electronic card in the digital form.
Further, if the user does not wish to continue using the electronic credit card after receiving the physical credit card, the user can submit an application to the bank or the card issuer to stop the usage right of the electronic credit card account and use only the physical credit card.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, if a user selects to close an electronic credit card, before the next expiration of a physical credit card, an activation request message is sent to the user, prompting the user to activate the electronic credit card, so as to start the electronic credit card to provide a credit card payment service for the user.
Alternatively, if the user does not wish to continue using the electronic credit card after receiving the physical form of the credit card, the user may voluntarily lift an application to the bank or issuer to suspend use of the electronic credit card account. Before the next expiration of the physical credit card, the user may lift an application to the bank or issuer to restart the electronic credit card account to ensure normal payment use until the expired physical credit card is not replaced.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the electronic credit card and the physical credit card may belong to the same credit card account, the electronic credit card having an expiration date that is separate from the physical credit card. Since the validity periods of the electronic credit card and the physical credit card are independent of each other, when one of them expires, the other can still be used normally, thereby extending the time limit for the user to use the credit card account.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a flowchart of a method of expired credit card replacement according to a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic credit card deferral processing method, including operations S510 to S520.
In operation S510, before the electronic credit card expires, a second authorization acquisition request is sent to the user to acquire a second credit card service deferral authorization of the user.
In operation S520, a second credit card service deferral authorization of the user is acquired, and the validity period of the electronic credit card is extended.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the electronic credit card has the same usage right as the physical credit card, and thus the usage period is also set. Unlike a physical credit card, an electronic credit card does not need to change the media form, and only needs to acquire the delay authorization of a user to prolong the validity period.
Based on the expired credit card replacing method, the disclosure also provides an expired credit card replacing device. The apparatus will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 6.
