The controller of the operation machine can acquire the current operation working condition through manual input of a user or sensing of a sensor, then determine an operation duration adjustment coefficient corresponding to the current operation working condition, and adjust the standard required operation duration of the current maintenance node according to the operation duration adjustment coefficient to obtain the operation duration threshold of the current maintenance node.
For example, 5 service nodes may be provided for the excavator, each service node having a standard requirement of 100 hours of operation. The working conditions of the excavator comprise excavating working conditions, crushing working conditions, land leveling working conditions and the like. The adjustment coefficient of the operation duration corresponding to the excavation operation working condition is 1, the adjustment coefficient of the operation duration corresponding to the crushing operation working condition is 0.8, and the adjustment coefficient of the operation duration corresponding to the land leveling operation working condition is 1.2. When the excavator is in the crushing operation working condition, the standard required operation time of the current maintenance node is multiplied by the operation time adjustment coefficient corresponding to the crushing operation working condition, and the operation time threshold of the current maintenance node is obtained and is 80 hours.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 2 is a second schematic flow chart of the work machine maintenance reminding method provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the execution main body in the diagram includes a controller of the work machine, an engineer terminal, a user terminal, and a work machine remote monitoring system. The main body for executing the method for reminding the maintenance of the working machine is a controller of the working machine.
And triggering to enter the current maintenance node after the controller of the working machine judges that the operation duration is greater than or equal to the operation duration threshold of the working machine at the current maintenance node. The method comprises the steps that a controller of the working machine sends maintenance requirements to a remote monitoring system of the working machine, the remote monitoring system of the working machine generates a service order and distributes the service order to an engineer terminal, and after the order is received by a service engineer, execution time is filled in and the service order is sent to the controller of the working machine.
The user terminal may also create a service order by itself, send the service order to the engineer terminal, fill in the execution time after the order is received by the service engineer, and send the service order to the controller of the work machine.
In the construction operation, the user terminal can also forcibly eliminate the display of the maintenance reminding information by sending a message elimination instruction.
Particularly, if the user does not want to perform maintenance on the work machine, a maintenance cancellation command may be sent to the engineer terminal through the user terminal, and the maintenance reminding information may be eliminated after confirmation by the service engineer.
Based on any of the embodiments, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a work machine maintenance reminding system provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the system includes:
a duration acquisition module 310, configured to acquire an operation duration of the work machine;
the order obtaining module 320 is configured to obtain a service order within a maintenance time period corresponding to a current maintenance node if the operation duration is greater than or equal to an operation duration threshold of the working machine at the current maintenance node;
the demand judging module 330 is configured to determine whether the service order meets a maintenance demand of the work machine at a current maintenance node based on the order type and the service item of the service order;
a maintenance reminding module 340, configured to set a maintenance state of the work machine based on an execution time of the service order if the service order meets the maintenance requirement; and if the service order does not meet the maintenance requirement, displaying maintenance reminding information.
In the maintenance reminding system for the operating machine, provided by the embodiment of the invention, if the operating duration of the operating machine is greater than or equal to the operating duration threshold of the operating machine at the current maintenance node, a service order in a maintenance time period corresponding to the current maintenance node is obtained, whether the service order meets the maintenance requirement of the operating machine at the current maintenance node is determined according to the order type and the service item of the service order, and if the service order meets the maintenance requirement, the maintenance state of the operating machine is set according to the execution time of the service order; if the service order does not meet the maintenance requirement, maintenance reminding information is displayed, and due to the fact that the maintenance time node of the operation machine is considered and the actual maintenance condition of the operation machine is also considered, whether maintenance reminding is carried out on the user or not can be accurately judged, information interference caused to an operator is reduced, the maintenance reminding effect of the operation machine is improved, and the operation efficiency of the operation machine is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the demand determination module is configured to:
if a service order with an order type meeting the preset order type exists and a service item in the service order comprises a maintenance inspection item and/or an accessory replacement item of the current maintenance node, determining that the service order meets the maintenance requirement;
wherein the preset order type includes at least one of maintenance, repair and inspection.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the system further comprises:
a cancellation module for
Receiving a message elimination instruction;
responding to the message elimination instruction, and pushing warning information corresponding to the maintenance reminding information;
receiving a message elimination confirmation instruction;
and eliminating the maintenance reminding information based on the message elimination confirmation instruction.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the order acquisition module is configured to:
acquiring a time point corresponding to the condition that the operation duration is equal to the operation duration threshold of the current maintenance node;
and determining a maintenance time period corresponding to the current maintenance node based on the time point and a preset time interval threshold, and acquiring a service order in the maintenance time period.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the system further comprises:
an operation duration determination unit for

Specifically, controller 420 may be a vehicle controller in a work machine, or may be another onboard controller in a work machine.
According to the operation machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the controller is arranged on the body, and the controller executes the operation machine maintenance reminding method, so that the information interference on operators is reduced, the maintenance reminding effect is improved, and the operation efficiency is improved.

1. A work machine maintenance reminding method, comprising:
acquiring the operation duration of the operation machine;
if the operation duration is greater than or equal to the operation duration threshold of the operation machine at the current maintenance node, acquiring a service order in a maintenance time period corresponding to the current maintenance node;
determining whether the service order meets the maintenance requirement of the working machine at the current maintenance node based on the order type and the service items of the service order;
if the service order meets the maintenance requirement, setting a maintenance state of the working machine based on the execution time of the service order; and if the service order does not meet the maintenance requirement, pushing maintenance reminding information.
2. The work machine maintenance reminder method of claim 1, wherein said determining whether the service order satisfies the maintenance needs of the work machine at the current maintenance node based on the order type and the service items of the service order comprises:
if a service order with an order type meeting a preset order type exists and a service item in the service order comprises a maintenance inspection item and/or an accessory replacement item of the current maintenance node, determining that the service order meets the maintenance requirement;
wherein the predetermined order type includes at least one of maintenance, repair and inspection.
3. The work machine maintenance alert method of claim 1, wherein after said pushing maintenance alert message, said method further comprises:
receiving a message elimination instruction;
responding to the message elimination instruction, and pushing warning information corresponding to the maintenance reminding information;
receiving a message elimination confirmation instruction;
and eliminating the maintenance reminding information based on the message elimination confirmation instruction.
4. The work machine maintenance reminding method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein if the operation duration is greater than or equal to an operation duration threshold of the work machine at a current maintenance node, acquiring a service order within a maintenance time period corresponding to the current maintenance node comprises:
acquiring a time point corresponding to the operation duration equal to the operation duration threshold of the current maintenance node;
and determining a maintenance time period corresponding to the current maintenance node based on the time point and a preset time interval threshold, and acquiring a service order in the maintenance time period.
5. A work machine maintenance reminder method according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the operating duration threshold for the current maintenance node is determined on the basis of the following steps:
acquiring the current operation condition of the operation machine and the standard required operation duration of the current maintenance node;
determining an operation duration adjustment coefficient corresponding to the current operation condition;
and determining the threshold value of the operation duration of the current maintenance node based on the operation duration adjustment coefficient and the standard required operation duration of the current maintenance node.
6. A work machine maintenance reminder system, comprising:
the duration acquisition module is used for acquiring the operation duration of the operation machine;
the order obtaining module is used for obtaining a service order in a maintenance time period corresponding to the current maintenance node if the operation duration is greater than or equal to an operation duration threshold of the working machine at the current maintenance node;

7. A working machine comprising a working machine body, and a controller provided on the working machine body, the controller executing the working machine maintenance reminding method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the work machine maintenance reminding method according to any of claims 1 to 5 when executing the program.
9. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a work machine maintenance reminder method according to any of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements a work machine maintenance reminder method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
