In order to solve the problem that the prior gas water heater is arranged inside a water storage cylinder and when water containing impurities enters the water storage cylinder for filtering, a large amount of scale is easily generated on the inner wall of the water storage cylinder to influence the service life of the water heater, please refer to the figures 4-7, the following preferred technical scheme is provided:

step four: when the user feels that the temperature of the hot water is too high or insufficient, the water tap 11 is intermittently and continuously controlled to be turned on or off for a plurality of times, the characteristic time is continuously kept for each time of turning on/off, the water tap 11 causes the water flow or water pressure change in the control valve tube 6 after each time of turning on/off, and the detection probe 10 outputs a level signal to the control chip module 7 after detecting the water flow or water pressure change;
step five: after receiving the level signal, the control chip module 7 transmits a Bluetooth signal to the intelligent controller 2 on the outer wall of the water heater main body 1 by using the wireless module 8, and after receiving the Bluetooth signal, a control chip in the intelligent controller 2 performs regular analysis on the signal by using software of the control chip, and after finding a preset signal instruction, the control chip controls the opening of the air inlet valve pipe 24 to adjust the pure water heating temperature in the U-shaped pipe 20.
