The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the electric heater is used and installed, the sliding main plate 1721 is matched with the ball 1723 on the inner side of the movable clamping plate 1722 to move on the installation long rail plate 1724 and drive the secondary expansion link 171 to adjust the position, then the bolt at the joint of the main plate 1721 and the movable clamping plate 1722 is screwed down to fix the position, then the rotating head 1725 and the U-shaped supporting seat 1727 are rotated to adjust the angle of the secondary expansion link 171, finally the bolts on the installation plate 1726 and the U-shaped supporting seat 1727 are screwed down to fix the position, the secondary expansion link 171 and the supporting box 175 are moved again after secondary adjustment so as to enable the vacuum chuck 179 to be tightly attached to the installation position, then the bolts on the secondary expansion link 171 and the inclined plate 173 are screwed down to fix again, finally the negative pressure pump 1710 is driven to be matched with the suction box 177 so as to enable the vacuum chuck 179 to adsorb the column installation position, meanwhile, the control valve 178 is closed to seal the vacuum chuck 179, and when the electric heater works after the installation, the electric heater main body 10 generates heat and is matched with the installation frame 12 and the protection steel mesh 13 to be used for heating, when the electric heater main body 10 is not used and needs maintenance, the pulling rod 1162 is pressed and rotated, so that the transverse rod 1165 corresponds to the sliding side groove 1168, then the pulling rod 1162 is released, the transverse rod 1165 is driven to be separated from the mounting barrel 1166 through the elastic force of the compression spring 1164, then the sealing bolt 16 is loosened to be separated from the mounting hole 113, and therefore the electric heater main body 10 can be maintained and overhauled by firstly turning over the turning cover 14 and then turning over the protection box 111 again.
