In addition, during purging, the blower unit allows air to flow from the opening of the lower buffer chamber, through the blower, into the upper buffer chamber (in this case, the opening of the upper buffer chamber is closed by the sponge portion, and no air leakage occurs), and to be ejected from the nozzle, thereby realizing purging. When the functional unit at the cover part at the other side needs to be blown, the cleaning part moves downwards, so that the fan rotates reversely, air is introduced from the buffer chamber at the upper part, and the nozzle of the buffer chamber at the lower part is discharged to perform blowing.

the multifunctional lamp post is provided with an upper accommodating space and a lower accommodating space, the upper accommodating space and the lower accommodating space are provided with side openings, the functional lamp post is hinged with a rotating ring, two cover parts are fixed at the rotating ring, one cover part can seal the side openings of the upper accommodating space, and the other cover part can seal the side openings of the lower accommodating space; the bottom of the lower lamp post is provided with a bottom flange, the top of the lower lamp post and the bottom of the upper lamp post are respectively provided with a first fixing flange, and the top and the bottom of the functional lamp post are respectively provided with a second fixing flange fixedly connected with the first fixing flange; the upper lamp post is an L-shaped lamp post, the LED lamp cap is fixed at the end part of the upper lamp post, and the solar panel is connected with the upper lamp post through a solar panel bracket; the lower lamp post is internally provided with a storage battery accommodating cavity, and the storage battery is arranged in the storage battery accommodating cavity; the second fixing flanges at the top end and the bottom end of the functional lamp post are respectively fixed with a rectangular frame-shaped surrounding frame; the functional lamp post is a cylindrical lamp post, the rotating ring is an elliptical ring, the rotating ring is connected with the functional lamp post through two rotating shafts, and the two rotating shafts are positioned on two sides of the functional lamp post; the cover part is in a cambered surface shape; the cover part is connected with the rotating ring through a connecting plate; the connecting plate is fixedly connected with a locking plate through an L-shaped connecting block, a fixing bolt is arranged at the locking plate, and a threaded hole matched with the fixing bolt is formed at the functional lamp post; the functional lamp post can be in a transportation state and an installation state, wherein in the transportation state, the two covers respectively seal the side opening of the upper accommodating space and the side opening of the lower accommodating space; in the installation state, the locking plates corresponding to the two cover parts are fixedly locked with the functional lamp post; the cover part is connected with a bearing plate through a first connecting rod, the bearing plate is fixedly provided with a plurality of bottom plates, the bottom plates are connected with a mounting plate through a second connecting rod, and the mounting plate is used for mounting a control unit and a wireless communication unit; in the installation state, the bearing plates corresponding to the two cover parts are parallel to the second fixing flange at the bottom end of the functional lamp post; the functional lamp post is provided with a vertical connecting through groove for communicating the upper accommodating space with the lower accommodating space; the cleaning unit comprises a fan unit and two sliding frame units, wherein air outlets are formed in the top end and the bottom end of the fan unit, air injection units are connected with the air outlets in the top end and the bottom end of the fan unit through corrugated connecting pipes, and each air injection unit comprises a buffer chamber connected with the corrugated connecting pipes, a nozzle connected with the buffer chamber and a rotating plate connected with the buffer chamber; the sliding frame units are connected with the fan units through connecting frames, the two sliding frame units are in one-to-one correspondence with the two air injection units, and the rotating plate is hinged with the corresponding sliding frame units through hinge components; two fixing plates are fixed at the carriage unit, springs are connected to the fixing plates, and the rotating plate is located between the two springs; the U-shaped limiting rods can be abutted against the nozzles of the corresponding air injection units, the U-shaped frames are provided with sponge parts, the two buffer chambers and the two U-shaped frames correspond to each other one by one, the buffer chambers are provided with openings, and the openings of the buffer chambers can be closed by the sponge parts at the corresponding U-shaped frames; the sliding frame is provided with a rack, two sides of the sliding frame are provided with limiting plugboards, the connecting through groove is provided with two groups of driving assemblies, the two groups of driving assemblies are in one-to-one correspondence with the two sliding frames, and each driving assembly comprises a limiting plate, a strip containing groove, a driving motor and a gear, the limiting plate is fixed on the connecting through groove, the cross section of the limiting plate is L-shaped, the limiting plate is matched with the limiting plugboards, the strip containing groove is communicated with the connecting through groove and is used for containing the rack, and the gear is driven by the driving motor and is matched with the rack; when no external force exists, the nozzle is in a horizontal state; when the sliding frame moves towards the corresponding U-shaped limiting rod, the U-shaped limiting rod can be abutted against the nozzle, and the included angle between the nozzle and the horizontal plane is larger than 45 degrees.
