A method for replacing a guide rail in an elevator track, based on which the elevator track comprises: a plurality of T-shaped hollow guide rails which are arranged up and down and connected end to end, and corresponding guide rail pressing blocks and guide rail brackets; be provided with T shape cavity in the hollow guide rail of T type, T type cavity includes: the bottom cavity corresponding with the installation bottom surface and the upper portion cavity corresponding with the track face, the connection structure between the adjacent T type hollow guide rail includes: the upper T-shaped hollow guide rail is provided with an upper bearing plate at the lower port of a bottom cavity of the upper T-shaped hollow guide rail, the outer end of the upper bearing plate is provided with a bayonet, and the upper bearing plate is provided with upper mounting threaded holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the upper mounting through holes; the hollow guide rail of T type of below is provided with the lower bolster with upper padding plate matched with in the up end department of its T type cavity, and this lower bolster includes: the fixture block extends upwards into the upper cavity of the T-shaped hollow guide rail, the bottom of the fixture block protrudes outwards and corresponds to the bayonet of the upper backing plate, and the lower backing plate is provided with lower mounting threaded holes which correspond to the lower mounting through holes one to one; the lower T-shaped hollow guide rail is provided with two rows of at least two lower mounting through holes on the mounting bottom surface along the length direction of the T-shaped hollow guide rail, wherein the lower mounting through holes in the lower row are guiding sliding long holes, at least one of the lower mounting through holes in the upper row is a round hole, and a protruding blocking part is arranged on the bottom wall of the bottom cavity of the lower T-shaped hollow guide rail and is positioned below the lower mounting through holes, so that the guiding sliding long holes are always aligned with corresponding lower mounting threaded holes in the lower cushion plate in the process of falling of the lower cushion plate until being blocked and placed on the protruding blocking part; the connecting plate is provided with mounting through holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with upper mounting through holes on the upper T-shaped hollow guide rail and lower mounting through holes on the lower T-shaped hollow guide rail, the mounting through holes face to upper mounting threaded holes on the upper backing plate, fastening bolts are selected to penetrate through the corresponding mounting through holes on the connecting plate and the upper mounting through holes on the upper T-shaped hollow guide rail, the fastening bolts are screwed into the upper mounting threaded holes on the upper backing plate and face to lower mounting threaded holes on the lower backing plate, the fastening bolts are selected to penetrate through the corresponding mounting through holes on the connecting plate and the lower mounting through holes on the lower T-shaped hollow guide rail and are screwed into the lower mounting threaded holes of the lower backing plate, and the clamping blocks are clamped in bayonets of the upper backing plate; the method for replacing the guide rail in the elevator track comprises the following specific steps:
1) dismounting the T-shaped hollow guide rail to be replaced, namely replacing all fastening bolts at the lower end of the guide rail, so that the T-shaped hollow guide rail to be replaced is separated from the corresponding connecting plate;
2) the T-shaped hollow guide rail below the guide rail, namely the upper row of fastening bolts at the upper end of the lower guide rail, is dismounted, the lower row of fastening bolts is loosened, the lower cushion block in the lower guide rail falls down and leans against the raised blocking part, and at the moment, the lower cushion block in the lower guide rail retracts into the lower guide rail;
3) two rows of fastening bolts at the lower end of the upper guide rail, namely the T-shaped hollow guide rail above the guide rail to be replaced, are dismounted, so that the upper guide rail is separated from the corresponding connecting plate;
4) two rows of fastening bolts at the upper end of the guide rail to be replaced are dismounted, so that the guide rail to be replaced is separated from the corresponding connecting plate;
5) loosening a guide rail pressing block on the guide rail to be replaced, taking out the guide rail to be replaced, and then putting a lower cushion block into a new T-shaped hollow guide rail, namely the upper port of the T-shaped cavity of the new guide rail, so that the lower cushion block slides and leans against the raised blocking part;
6) clamping a new guide rail between an upper guide rail and a lower guide rail, placing an upper connecting plate at the joint of the upper guide rail and the new guide rail, selecting a fastening bolt to penetrate through the connecting plate to be inserted into a lower row of guide sliding long holes at the upper end of the new guide rail and to be pre-tightened in a corresponding lower mounting threaded hole on a lower cushion block, lifting the lower cushion block and the connecting plate through the fastening bolt to clamp a clamping block on the lower cushion block in a clamping opening of an upper cushion plate in the upper guide rail, then, screwing all fastening bolts at the upper end of the new guide rail, and then screwing all fastening bolts at the lower end of the upper guide rail to fix the new guide rail and the upper guide rail together;
7) lifting a lower cushion block and a corresponding connecting plate in the lower guide rail to enable a clamping block on the lower cushion block to be clamped into a clamping opening of an upper cushion plate in the new guide rail, then screwing all fastening bolts at the upper end of the lower guide rail, and then screwing all fastening bolts at the lower end of the new guide rail to enable the new guide rail and the lower guide rail to be fixed together;
8) and screwing down the guide rail pressing block on the new guide rail to fix the new guide rail on the corresponding guide rail bracket.
2. The method for replacing a guide rail in an elevator track according to claim 1, wherein the connecting plate is further provided at both sides thereof with flanges respectively fitted to side surfaces of the T-shaped hollow guide rail adjacent to the installation bottom surface.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein at least two of the two rows of mounting holes are diagonally oriented.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein at least two of the two rows of lower mounting holes are diagonally arranged.
5. The method for replacing a guide rail in an elevator track according to claim 1, wherein the fixture block is specifically installed in a manner that: the outer end of the lower backing plate is provided with an installation notch matched with the fixture block, and the bottom of the fixture block is clamped in the installation notch of the lower backing plate.
6. The method for replacing a guide rail in an elevator track according to claim 1, wherein the engaging piece is integrally protruded outward.
7. The method for replacing a guide rail in an elevator track according to claim 1, wherein the upper plate is fixed to a lower end of a bottom cavity of the upper T-shaped hollow guide rail by riveting.
8. The method for replacing a guide rail in an elevator track according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the raised barrier is a stamped projection, a shutter, or a screw.
