Abstract

In the transportation process, the surface of the automobile bumper is in static friction with the surface of the conveying belt 5, and sliding friction cannot be generated to cause scraping of the surface of the automobile bumper.
Further, in order to reduce and detect the area, avoid being infected with the dust, 5 surfaces of conveyer belt are equipped with two outstanding strips 51 that are parallel to each other, the upper surface of outstanding strip 51 with the car bumper contact is built on stilts the car bumper is avoided the car bumper with 5 surfaces of conveyer belt or 1 surface direct contact of mounting bracket.

When any one of the photosensitive switches 6 fails, in order to avoid an inconvenience of subsequent taking due to an excessive positional change of the automobile bumper when it stops, a distance between the photosensitive switch 6 at the end of the transportation terminal of the transmission unit and the photosensitive switch 6 at the side of the terminal of the transmission unit in the transportation direction of the transmission unit is smaller than the width of the automobile bumper. This does not result in any excessive change in the stop position.
In order to keep synchronous operation, the driving roller 3 is fixedly provided with a chain wheel 7, the driven roller 4 is fixedly provided with a chain wheel 7, and the inner side of the conveying belt 5 is provided with a chain 8 matched with the chain wheel 7. The chain 8 is embedded in the inner surface of the conveying belt 5 and synchronously runs with the conveying belt 5, and the chain 8 is wrapped on two chain wheels 7 respectively arranged on the driving roller 3 and the driven roller 4.
As another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, in order to reduce the pulling force of the outer peripheral edge of the protrusion strip 51 at the bending portion of the conveyor belt 5, the projection of the protrusion strip 51 in a plan view is corrugated. In this way, the belt 5 is bent when it is in the position of the drive roller 3 or the driven roller 4, and the corrugated projecting strip 51 is partially unfolded to counteract the expansion of the curved outer periphery.

The rotating disc 10 rotates around the axis of the vertical rod 11, and the telescopic rod 13 telescopically controls the size of an included angle between the vertical rod 11 and the transverse rod 12; the suction cup 14 is directly connected to the bumper of the vehicle by suction.
Further, in order to increase the adjustment range, the transverse bar 12 is of a telescopic structure.
