Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the attached drawings and specific embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to the child cart shown in fig. 1 to 5, it includes a frame 10 as a product rack, and a seat device 20 provided on the frame 10 for carrying a child. The seat device 20 comprises a seat 1 and a backrest 2, wherein the seat 1 extends along the front-back direction, the backrest 2 extends along the up-down direction, the backrest 2 is arranged at the rear side of the seat 1, and the angle relative to the seat 1 can be adjusted, so that different use requirements of sitting or lying of a child when the child is positioned on the seat device 20 can be met. The seating unit 20 further includes a tray 3, and the tray 3 is disposed so as to be foldable with respect to the backrest 2.
The seat device 20 further comprises a seat cloth cover 4 fixedly arranged on the frame 10, the frame 10 is provided with two groups of side bars 101 which are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side, the left side and the right side of the seat cloth cover 4 are fixedly connected with the side bars 101 at the two sides, and the backrest 2 and the supporting plate 3 are arranged on the seat cloth cover 4. The seat cover 4 has at least a connecting section 41 located above the pallet 3, and the upper end of the connecting section 41 is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the frame 10.
The seat device 20 has a first use state and a second use state, when the seat device 20 is in the first use state, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a first included angle alpha is formed between the seat 1 and the backrest 2, the seat device 20 is mainly used for a child to lie down, at this time, the supporting plate 3 is unfolded relative to the backrest 2 and is located above the backrest 2, and the connecting section 41 and the supporting plate 3 extend along the same length direction, so as to form a protection for the upper part of the head of the child lying on the seat device 20 above the backrest 2. When the seat device 20 is in the second use state, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, a second included angle β is formed between the seat 1 and the backrest 2, and the angle value of the second included angle β is smaller than that of the first included angle α, so that the seat device 20 is used for sitting and standing a child. At this time, the pallet 3 is folded against the backrest 2, so that the connecting section 41 of the seat cloth cover 4 is drawn downward to be folded against the frame 10.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 5, the tray 3 is disposed above the backrest 2 so as to be foldable with respect to the backrest 2, the backrest 2 having a backrest surface against which the seat apparatus 20 rests, that is, a front side surface of the backrest 2, and the tray 3 is stacked on a front side of the backrest surface of the backrest 2 in a thickness direction when the seat apparatus 20 is in the second use state.
The supporting plate 3 comprises at least one supporting plate which can be folded relative to the backrest 2, in this embodiment, the supporting plate 3 comprises an upper supporting plate 31 and a lower supporting plate 32 which can be folded relatively, the lower part of the lower supporting plate 32 is connected with the upper part of the backrest 2, and the upper supporting plate 31 and the lower supporting plate 32 are directly connected in a soft way through the seat cloth cover 4, in other embodiments, the lower supporting plate 32 and the backrest 2 and/or the upper supporting plate 31 and the lower supporting plate can be connected in a rotating way through a pivot member such as a rotating shaft.
In the first use state of the seat device 20, the connecting section 41, the upper supporting plate 31 and the lower supporting plate 32 are sequentially distributed along the same length direction and are positioned above the backrest 2; in the second use state of the seat device 20, the upper and lower trays 31 and 32 are folded relatively and sequentially stacked on the front side of the backrest surface of the backrest 2, so that the connecting section 41 is pulled to be in a relatively flat state. Here, the length of the upper plate 31 is longer than the length of the lower plate 32, the entire length of the lower plate 32 is stacked and folded with the upper portion of the backrest 2 in the thickness direction, the lower portion of the upper plate 31 is stacked and folded on the front side of the lower plate 32, and the upper portion of the upper plate 31 is higher than the upper portion of the backrest 2, so that the support length of the backrest 2 can be extended.
In this way, when the seat device 20 is converted from the first use state to the second use state, only the backrest 2 is required to be driven to rotate forwards by a certain angle, the upper supporting plate 3 is folded and overturned to be stacked on the front side of the backrest surface of the backrest 2 along the length direction under the action of self gravity, so that the connecting section 41 on the upper part of the seat cloth cover 4 is pulled to be in a relatively flat state, and the influence on the attractiveness of the whole child trolley due to stacking and folding above the seat cloth cover 4 is avoided.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the child stroller of the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 mainly in the arrangement of the pallet 3. In this embodiment, the supporting plate 3 includes four sub supporting plates 33 which can be folded relatively in the longitudinal direction, and the four sub supporting plates 33 are flexibly connected directly through the seat cloth cover 4.
In the first use state of the seat device 20, as shown in fig. 6, all the sub-trays 33 are sequentially distributed from top to bottom in the length direction and are all located above the backrest 2; in the second use state of the seat device 20, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, all the sub-trays 33 are stacked on top of each other in the thickness direction on the front side of the backrest surface of the backrest 2.
In the present embodiment, the four sub-trays 33 have the same length, and are all stacked on the upper portion of the backrest 2 in the longitudinal direction in the second use state.
In other embodiments, only a part of the sub-supporting plates 33 are stacked and folded relative to the backrest 2 when the seat apparatus 20 is in the second use state, so as to ensure that the connecting section 41 is pulled and is in a flat state.
In other embodiments, the number of sub-trays 33 may be other, and at least one sub-tray 33 and more may be provided as needed in actual use.
In some other embodiments, not shown, the supporting plate 3 may be configured to be foldable along its length, so that when the seat device 20 is in the second use state, the supporting plate 3 is folded over the backrest 2 along the length, and the connection section 41 of the seat cloth cover 4 is pulled to be in a relatively flat state.
In other embodiments, the seating apparatus 20 may be provided on a child product such as a child seat bag, or on other strollers and other types of child products for sitting or lying.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and to implement the same, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
