Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging material production, in particular to a novel compounding method based on a high-barrier rigid material on a solvent-free compounding machine.
Background
At present, the general structures of seed packaging manufacturers are OPP/VMPET/PE and PET/PA/PE, and with increasing north market demand, the material structure of PET/PA/PE occupies most of products, and because north air temperature is lower, the material structure cannot be changed.
The structure is compounded on a dry compound machine in the past, and the compound on the solvent-free surface is considered in the later period, which pays attention to environmental protection and reduces the production cost.
The high-barrier rigid structure is compounded on a solvent-free compound machine, so that two difficulties of difficult process control and difficult production organization exist, and a complete and reliable solution is not formed for years, wherein materials similar to PA, PET and the like have relative rigidity, poor hard ductility and air permeability, and large surface tension, the glue is relatively difficult to spread, and larger rubber roll hardness and pressure are needed in the coating compounding process to promote the glue spreading effect; when PA/PET is compounded, the air permeability of the two materials is poor, air or gas clamped between the two film materials is difficult to discharge, and white spots and bubbles are inevitably generated after compounding and curing, so that the high-quality requirement of a compound product is difficult to achieve, and the product quality is influenced. Therefore, in view of the above drawbacks, it is necessary to design a new compounding method based on high barrier rigid material on a solvent-free compounding machine.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a novel compounding method based on a high-barrier rigid material on a solvent-free compounding machine comprises the following steps of rubber roll state regulation, compounding speed regulation, winding state regulation, blanking state regulation and placement state regulation;
(step 1) rubber roll state regulation and control: selecting a rubber roller with higher hardness and pressure for coating and compounding according to the property of the high-barrier rigid material;
(step 2) composite speed regulation: the compounding speed is between 100 and 150m/min, the rolling appearance state is checked in the compounding process, and the rolling appearance state is gradually adjusted upwards from 100m/min, namely the compounding speed capable of realizing stable batch production is determined;
(step 3) regulation and control of rolling state: in the solvent-free compounding process, dynamic rolling tension and rolling taper adjustment are carried out, and the stretching and extending adaptability of the two film materials is ensured;
(step 4) controlling the blanking state: when the materials are discharged from the machine, the double-sided adhesive tape is firstly used for tightly adhering, the composite coil materials are firmly adhered, then the winding tension is released, and the paving effect of the composite coil materials is improved by means of the adhering firmness of the double-sided adhesive tape;
(step 5) adjustment and control of placement state: and (4) hanging and placing the composite coil stock in a curing chamber to achieve the curing purpose.
Further, the hardness of the rubber roller in the step (1) is enhanced by 20-30%, and the pressure of the rubber roller is enhanced by 10-15%.
Further, the checking mode of the compound process in the step (2) is carried out through a vision probe, and whether the paving performance of the rolling appearance state reaches the standard or not is scanned.
Further, the dynamic rolling tension and rolling taper adjustment in the step (3) adopts the range values of the initial diameter of the preset taper and the rolling initial tension, the taper diameter and the rolling tension are detected in real time in the compounding process, and intervention regulation and control are performed when the deviation reaches the critical point of the range value, so that the dynamic rolling tension and the rolling taper are returned to the range value.
Further, the curing temperature in the step (5) is 30-35 ℃, and the curing time is 10-15 hours.

1. the method has the advantages that firstly, the hardness and the pressure of the rubber roller are enhanced, the composite adhesion of the two film materials in the composite process can be improved, the problem that air or gas clamped between the two film materials is difficult to discharge due to poor air permeability of the two materials during PA/PET composite is optimized, and the product defect that white spots or bubbles appear after curing is effectively avoided or greatly reduced to a certain extent.
2. And secondly, the winding appearance state can be detected in the compounding process, stable batch production can be realized by adjusting the compounding speed or adopting a gradual upward adjustment method, and the stretching and extending adaptability of the two film materials can be ensured by combining dynamic winding tension and winding taper adjustment.
3. And finally, the double-sided adhesive tape is used for pasting during blanking and used for hanging and curing during placement, so that the paving effect of the composite coil stock is ensured to the greatest extent, and the problems of splitting, deformation and the like are effectively avoided.
