In the invention, when in use, as shown in fig. 4, a data wire end to be injected is placed in a die cavity 14 of a lower die 2 through a through hole 20, after the injection of the previous group of data wires is finished and taken out, the lower die 2 and a rectangular plate 19 are pulled apart and respectively embedded with a first rectangular groove 11 and a second rectangular groove 12, in the process, a first spring 21 is deformed, and through the limiting action of the rectangular plate 19, a wire rod of the data wire can be embedded with a wire groove 15 without complicated operation, so that the extrusion damage during the injection is avoided, then a hydraulic cylinder 6 is started to start the injection, firstly, an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 6 drives a mounting plate 7 to move downwards through a hydraulic telescopic rod 8, the mounting plate 7 indirectly drives an extrusion plate 25 to contact with an operation table 3 firstly, and the extrusion plate 25 can extrude, limit and fix the lower die 2 through the reaction force of a third spring 26, avoid its unevenness to lead to it not matching with last mould 10, rectangle slide bar 35 shifts down and produces relative displacement with second slider 36 simultaneously, until rectangle slide bar 35 drives second slider 36 and shifts down, second slider 36 drives spacing rectangle piece 28 displacement through transfer line 37, spacing rectangle piece 28 drives first extrusion piece 29 through the fourth spring and extrudees first fixed block 16, second extrusion piece 30 extrudees second fixed block 18, thereby reach and extrude spacingly and fixedly to the left and right directions of bed die 2, avoid it and go up the mould 10 and mismatch.

An injection molding device for high-definition data line processing comprises a base (1) and a lower die (2) and is characterized in that an operation table (3) is fixedly connected to the top of the base (1), a plurality of limit slide bars (4) are fixedly connected to the top of the base (1), the top ends of the limit slide bars (4) are fixedly connected with a same top plate (5), a hydraulic cylinder (6) is fixedly mounted at the top of the top plate (5), a same mounting plate (7) is slidably mounted on the limit slide bars (4), a hydraulic telescopic rod (8) is welded on an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder (6), the bottom end of the hydraulic telescopic rod (8) is fixedly connected with the top of the mounting plate (7), a fixing plate (9) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting plate (7), an upper die (10) is arranged at the bottom of the fixing plate (9), a first rectangular groove (11) and a second rectangular groove (12) are formed in the top of the operation table (3), first rectangle recess (11) cooperate with bed die (2), and recess (13) have been seted up at the top of bed die (2), and recess (13) cooperate with last mould (10), and a plurality of die cavity (14) have been seted up to one side of bed die (2), and a plurality of die cavities (14) all put through with recess (13), and a plurality of wire casings (15) have been seted up to one side that first rectangle recess (11) and second rectangle recess (12) are close to each other.

The injection molding device for high-definition data line processing according to claim 1, wherein the two ends of the lower mold (2) are fixedly connected with first fixing blocks (16), the two first fixing blocks (16) are provided with sliding holes, the two sliding holes are internally provided with sliding rods (17) in a sliding manner, one ends of the two sliding rods (17) are fixedly connected with second fixing blocks (18), one side of each of the two second fixing blocks (18) is fixedly connected with the same rectangular plate (19), one side of each rectangular plate (19) is provided with a plurality of through holes (20), and the through holes (20) are matched with the mold grooves (14).
