Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field, in particular to an automatic transitional sewage homogenization recycling system and a using method thereof.
Background
The generation of sewage is an unavoidable problem of all mixing stations, and the recycling of sewage is also an environmental requirement. However, a contradiction always occurs in the sewage treatment process: when the production is low, the sewage consumption is low, the tank washing of the agitating truck is increased, the sewage is stored in no place, the sewage cannot flow out of a factory area, and the sewage can only be loaded by the agitating truck to be transported and stored elsewhere, so that the risk is increased and the cost is increased; when the production capacity is high, the sewage is not enough, only tap water is used, and the production cost is increased.
In the process of storing sewage, the sewage cannot be forbidden to move in a homogenizing tank (tank), and must be continuously stirred to prevent precipitation, so that the hardening and solidification phenomena are avoided. When the sand content of the stirring tank is too high and the concentration is too high, the stirring knife cannot stir sewage in the sewage tank, and under the condition that the motor trips and stops rotating and cannot be found in time, the sewage is precipitated and solidified, so that the sewage is difficult to treat, manpower excavation is needed, and the problem that the sand-stone separator cannot be used for a long time is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses an automatic transitional sewage homogenization recycling system and a using method thereof, which solve the problem of sewage treatment, reduce the consumption of a stirring truck for transferring sewage, improve the consumption of sewage and reduce the production cost. In addition, through installation automatic control system, prevent that artificial misoperation from appearing, promoted production efficiency.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an automatic transitional sewage homogenizing and recycling system comprises a sewage homogenizing tank, a sewage homogenizing pool and an automatic control system;
a stirrer is arranged in the sewage homogenizing tank, and pipeline interfaces are arranged on the bottom surface and the top surface; the sewage homogenizing tank is arranged below the sewage homogenizing tank; a water pumping pipe and a water discharging pipe are arranged between the sewage homogenizing tank and the sewage homogenizing pool; one end of the water pumping pipe is connected to the bottom of the sewage homogenization tank, the other end of the water pumping pipe is connected to a pipeline interface on the top surface of the sewage homogenization tank, and the middle part of the water pumping pipe is provided with an electric butterfly valve; one end of the drain pipe is connected with the sewage homogenization tank, the other end of the drain pipe is connected with a pipeline interface at the bottom surface of the sewage homogenization tank, and the middle part of the drain pipe is provided with a sewage pump;
the automatic control system comprises a PLC controller and a liquid level sensor; the sewage homogenization tank and the sewage homogenization tank are respectively provided with a liquid level sensor, and the liquid level sensors are connected with the PLC; the stirrer, the sewage pump and the electric butterfly valve are respectively connected with the PLC.
The invention further discloses that the lower end of the sewage homogenizing tank is provided with supporting legs. The supporting legs support the sewage homogenization tank from the ground, so that the sewage homogenization tank can be prevented from being collided in daily use. On the other hand, the sewage homogenizing tank and the sewage homogenizing pool form larger height difference, so that the sewage in the sewage homogenizing tank can conveniently flow into the sewage homogenizing pool.
The invention further discloses that the electric butterfly valve, the water pumping pipe and the water discharging pipe are respectively provided with a flowmeter; the flow meter is connected with the PLC; the stirrer and the sewage pump are respectively provided with an alarm module, and the alarm modules are connected with the PLC.
The flowmeter monitors the flow of the electric butterfly valve, the water pumping pipe and the water discharging pipe during working. When the electric butterfly valve, the water pumping pipe or the water draining pipe is blocked, the PLC system gives an alarm to inform workers of overhauling. The alarm module monitors the working conditions of the stirrer and the sewage pump, and when the stirrer or the sewage pump breaks down, the PLC system gives an alarm to inform workers of overhauling.
The use method of the automatic transitional sewage homogenization recycling system comprises the following steps:
1) detecting the sewage reserve of the sewage homogenization tank: a liquid level sensor arranged in the sewage homogenization tank detects the sewage storage amount of the sewage homogenization tank;
2) transferring the sewage in the sewage homogenizing tank to a sewage homogenizing tank: when the sewage storage capacity of the sewage homogenization tank exceeds 90% of the sewage capacity of the sewage homogenization tank, starting a sewage pump by using the PLC, and pumping the sewage from the sewage homogenization tank to a sewage homogenization tank by using the sewage pump through a water pumping pipe; when the sewage storage amount of the sewage homogenizing pool is less than 30% of the sewage capacity of the sewage homogenizing pool, the sewage pump stops working;
3) the sewage homogenization tank stores sewage: when sewage exists in the sewage homogenization tank, the PLC starts the stirrer to stir the sewage; a liquid level sensor arranged on the sewage homogenization tank detects the sewage storage amount of the sewage homogenization tank, and when the sewage storage amount of the sewage homogenization tank exceeds 90% of the capacity, the sewage homogenization tank stops receiving sewage from the sewage homogenization tank;
4) the sewage homogenization tank returns sewage to the sewage homogenization tank: when the sewage storage capacity of the sewage homogenization tank is less than 30%, the electric butterfly valve is opened, and the sewage in the sewage homogenization tank is put into the sewage homogenization tank through the drain pipe.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the sewage treatment device has the advantages that the sewage homogenization tank and the sewage homogenization tank are arranged for storing and transferring sewage, so that the problem of sewage treatment is well solved, the consumption of the sewage transferred by the stirring truck is reduced, the sewage consumption is increased, the tap water consumption is reduced, and the production cost is greatly reduced. In addition, through installing automatic control system, reduced intensity of labour, prevent that artificial misoperation from appearing, promoted production efficiency.
2. The invention monitors the working state of the equipment and the pipeline by installing the flowmeter and the alarm module. When equipment and pipelines break down, the system can remind workers of the fact that the equipment breaks down in time and process the equipment in time, fault enlargement is avoided, accident processing time is shortened, and the equipment is guaranteed to be recovered to be normally used in a short time.
