As shown in fig. 1 to 22, the intubation device integrating a catheter, a guide wire and a puncture needle according to the present invention integrates needle puncture, guide wire pushing and catheter pushing, and includes a housing 1, the housing 1 includes two upper housing 11 and a lower housing 12 which are separately arranged in an opposing manner, a receiving cavity 13 is provided in the upper housing 11 and the lower housing 12, a first end of the upper housing 11 is connected to a first end of the lower housing 12, a second end of the lower housing 12 is wrapped and extended upward from two sides of the upper housing 11 and then bent inward to form a sliding slot 14, a sliding rail 16 protruding upward is provided above the upper housing 11 corresponding to the sliding slot 14, and a second end of the upper housing 11 is bent inward after extending outward from a terminal of the sliding slot 14 to form a separation slot 15;
the needle seat 3, the anti-acupuncture component 4, the pushing seat 5 and the catheter component 6 are sequentially arranged in the accommodating cavity 13 from the first end to the second end; the needle seat 3 is connected with the lower shell 12; the anti-acupuncture component 4, the pushing seat 5 and the catheter component 6 are connected, a puncture needle is arranged on the needle seat 3, and the puncture needle penetrates through the anti-acupuncture component 4, the pushing seat 5 and the catheter component 6 to be arranged;

Meanwhile, because the MC catheter is longer than the PIVC catheter, the needle tube of the conventional MC catheter is very slender and easy to bend during puncture, and the failure rate is high. The intubation device integrating the catheter, the guide wire and the puncture needle into a whole has the advantages that during puncture, the distance from the needle point to the ring-holding part is short, the puncture needle is not easy to bend, and the puncture success rate is high.
When the guide wire pushing assembly is pushed to the final state, the guide pushing plate pushes the guide wire to be pushed out from the inner hole of the needle tip of the puncture needle, the sliding block 84 is located in the separation groove of the upper shell 11, and at the moment, the second ends of the upper shell 11 and the lower shell 12 are in the separation state.
The guide push plate comprises a guide limit plate 86 and a push plate 91, the second end of the guide limit plate 86 is connected with the first end of the guide wire push rod 81 in the push groove 85, an open guide limit groove 88 is downwards arranged on one side of the guide limit plate 86, and a limit block 89 is arranged below the middle part of the guide limit groove; the push plate 91 is connected to direction limiting plate 86 first end, and push plate 91 deviates from the vertical propelling movement strip 93 that is equipped with of seal wire 90 one end.
One end of the push plate 91 close to the guide wire 90 is provided with a guide strip 92, and the guide wire 90 is arranged between the guide strip 92 and the push strip 93.
A fixing block 87 is clamped on the inner wall of the middle part of the upper shell 11, the fixing block 87 is connected with a guide wire 90, a guide wire hole is formed in the middle part of the fixing block 87 and fixedly connected with the guide wire 90, fixing clamping tables 94 are arranged on two sides of the fixing block 87 in an outward extending mode, and the fixing clamping tables 94 are inclined fixing clamping tables 94 with gradually increasing widths from top to bottom;
corresponding to the fixed clamping platform 94, the upper housing 11 is correspondingly provided with two clamping plates 17 arranged side by side, and the two clamping plates 17 correspondingly form a clamping platform groove 18.
The bottom of the guide limit plate is provided with a guide rail 96, the upper part of the fixed block is provided with a guide groove 95 corresponding to the guide rail 96, and the guide rail 96 is matched with the guide groove; the guide grooves may be acoustically provided with guide blocks 97, corresponding to the guide blocks 97, the middle of the guide rail 96 is provided with a guide groove 98, and the guide blocks are arranged in a manner of being matched with the guide groove 98.
A needle-prick prevention assembly 4 is arranged between the needle base 3 and the pushing base 5, a puncture needle penetrates through the needle-prick prevention assembly 4 and is arranged, the needle-prick prevention assembly 4 comprises a needle-prick prevention base 41, a needle-prick prevention elastic sheet 42 is arranged in the needle-prick prevention base 41, a first end of the needle-prick prevention elastic sheet 42 is provided with an elastic sheet base 43, and the elastic sheet base 43 is clamped with the needle-prick prevention base 41; a connecting sheet 44 is obliquely arranged below the elastic sheet seat 43 from bottom to top, the tail end of the connecting sheet 44 is upwards protruded to be provided with a connecting clamping table 45, and the second end of the connecting clamping table 45 is downwards bent to be provided with an anti-acupuncture sheet 46;
the top of the anti-needling seat 41 is provided with an anti-needling slot 47 corresponding to the connecting clamping table 45, the first end of the pushing seat 5 is sleeved with the anti-needling seat 41, the first end of the pushing seat 5 is provided with a connecting clamping slot 52 corresponding to the anti-needling slot 47, and the connecting clamping table 45 extends out of the anti-needling slot 47 to be matched with the connecting clamping slot 52 to clamp the pushing seat 5;
the puncture needle 2 comprises a needle point 21, a flat position 22 is arranged close to the needle point 21, a limiting hole 421 is formed in one end, far away from the connecting clamping table 45, of the elastic sheet seat 43 corresponding to the flat position 22, and the limiting hole 421 is used for limiting the flat position 22. The other end of the spring seat is provided with a through hole 422 corresponding to the limiting hole 421, the flat position 22 can pass through the through hole 422, and the flat position 22 can not pass through the limiting hole 421.
Through holes are formed in two ends of the anti-puncture seat 41, the through holes comprise a first through hole 411 and a second through hole 412, and the puncture needle penetrates through the first through hole 411 and the second through hole 412.
The second end of the connecting clamping table 45 is provided with an anti-needling piece 46 in a downward inclined bending mode, and the bottom of the anti-needling piece 46 is provided with an anti-needling table 48 in an inward bending mode after being bent downward.
The periphery of the second end of the anti-needling seat 41 is provided with a sleeved outer groove 49 which is correspondingly sleeved with the outer groove 49, the first end of the pushing seat 5 is provided with a sleeved inner groove 55, and the sleeved outer groove 49 is matched with the sleeved inner groove 55.
The needle seat 3 comprises a connector 31, a limiting fixing platform 32 and a guide groove 34 which are sequentially arranged, the connector 31 is fixedly connected with the puncture needle, the limiting fixing platform 32 is clamped with the shell in a matching mode, and the guide groove 34 is used for limiting and guiding the guide wire 90.
A positioning sleeve 33 is arranged outside the guide groove 34, and a connecting block 35 is arranged between the positioning sleeve 33 and the guide groove 34; the middle part of the positioning sleeve 33 extends outwards to be matched with the lower shell 12 and is provided with a buckle 36.
The catheter assembly 6 comprises a catheter seat 61, wherein the first end of the catheter seat 61 is tightly connected with the pushing seat 5 through a luer taper joint 54; the second end of the catheter holder 61 is provided with a catheter 62, and the catheter 62 is sleeved outside the puncture needle.
In the initial state of the product, the protective sleeve 7 can be sleeved outside the puncture needle.
Working process or working principle:
step one, the second end of the shell is held by hand, which can also be called as the far end of the shell in medicine, the puncture needle is punctured into the blood vessel of the patient, and the blood passes through the notch at the far end of the puncture needle 2 and overflows to the near end along the space between the puncture needle and the catheter. And step two, pushing the guide wire push rod from the first end to the second end of the pushing groove 19 along the sliding rail of the upper shell, at the moment, converting the clamping jaw of the guide wire push rod into the separation groove of the upper shell from being matched with the sliding groove of the lower shell, and separating the upper shell from the lower shell. In parallel with this operation, the guide wire pusher causes the guide wire to move towards the second end of the housing, so-called distally in medicine, and the guide wire extends from the needle hub.
When the product is used, the guide wire extends out of the puncture needle and enters the blood vessel to guide the insertion of the next catheter, so that the risk of damaging the blood vessel wall by directly inserting the catheter is effectively reduced.
And step three, the first end of the shell is held by one hand, the operation wing of the pushing seat is held by the other hand, the anti-acupuncture component and the catheter component are driven to be pushed to the far end from the initial position, the catheter component moves together with the catheter, the head of the puncture needle retracts into a connecting clamping table and an anti-acupuncture sheet of the anti-acupuncture component, the connecting clamping table correspondingly retracts from the anti-acupuncture groove and the connecting clamping groove, the pushing seat is connected with the anti-acupuncture seat to be failed, the pushing seat is continuously pushed to drive the catheter to enter the blood vessel completely, and the pushing seat is separated from the anti-acupuncture seat.
In the process that the pushing seat pushes towards the near end from the initial position, the needle point position gradually retracts into the connecting clamping table and the anti-acupuncture sheet from the catheter, the catheter seat, the pushing seat and the anti-acupuncture seat, the connecting clamping table resets and retracts from the anti-acupuncture groove and the connecting clamping groove, and the pushing seat and the anti-acupuncture seat are connected and fail.
When the pjncture needle was worn to adorn in preventing the acupuncture subassembly, the deformation took place for preventing the acupuncture shell fragment, and the joint calliper platform takes place deformation card and goes into in preventing acupuncture groove and the draw-in groove, plays the effect of connecting the propelling movement seat and preventing the acupuncture subassembly.
After the needle point of the puncture needle retracts into the anti-acupuncture shell fragment, the anti-acupuncture shell fragment resets, the puncture needle cannot pass through the puncture hole of the anti-acupuncture shell fragment, therefore, the puncture needle cannot withdraw from the anti-acupuncture shell fragment, the needle point is already wrapped by the connecting clamping table and the anti-acupuncture shell fragment, the needle point cannot penetrate out of the anti-acupuncture seat, namely, the needle point can only be positioned inside the anti-acupuncture shell fragment, and therefore the anti-acupuncture effect is achieved.
And step four, retaining the catheter seat, the catheter and the pushing seat, and removing the rest parts.
Step five, the catheter seat and the pushing seat are respectively held by two hands to rotate oppositely, and the catheter seat and the pushing seat are separated; and (5) retaining the guide pipe, removing the pushing seat and finishing the operation.
The description of the directions and the relative position relationship of the structures in the present invention, such as the description of the front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower, does not limit the present invention, and is only for the convenience of description.

Claims (10)

1. An intubation device integrating a catheter, a guide wire and a puncture needle into a whole is characterized by comprising a shell (1), wherein the shell (1) comprises an upper shell (11) and a lower shell (12) which are arranged oppositely and can be separated, a containing cavity (13) is arranged in the upper shell (11) and the lower shell (12), the first ends of the upper shell (11) and the lower shell (12) are connected, the second end of the lower shell (12) is wrapped and extended upwards from the two sides of the upper shell (11) and then is bent inwards to form a sliding groove (14), a sliding rail (16) protruding upwards is arranged above the upper shell (11) corresponding to the sliding groove (14), and the second end of the upper shell (11) is extended outwards from the tail end of the sliding groove (14) to the two sides and then is bent inwards to form a separation groove (15);
a needle seat (3), a pushing seat (5) and a catheter component (6) are sequentially arranged in the accommodating cavity (13) from the first end to the second end; the needle seat (3) is connected with the lower shell (12); the pushing seat (5) is connected with the catheter component (6), a puncture needle is arranged on the needle seat (3), and the puncture needle penetrates through the anti-puncture component (4), the pushing seat (5) and the catheter component (6) to be arranged;
a guide wire pushing assembly (8) penetrates through the upper shell (11), the guide wire pushing assembly (8) comprises a guide wire (90), the guide wire (90) is made of a soft elastic material, and the guide wire (90) penetrates through the needle seat (3), the puncture needle, the anti-puncture assembly (4), the pushing seat (5) and the catheter assembly (6) to be arranged; the guide wire pushing assembly (8) further comprises a guide wire push rod (81), a push rod clamping jaw (82) is arranged at the second end of the guide wire push rod (81), and the push rod clamping jaw (82) comprises a sliding channel (83) matched with the sliding rail (16); a sliding block (84) matched with the sliding groove (14) and the disengaging groove (15) is arranged outwards on the outer side of the push rod clamping jaw (82); go up casing (11) middle part and offer push away groove (85), guide wire push rod (81) first end in push away groove (85) internal connection direction push pedal, the direction push pedal is located in last casing (11), the direction push pedal is used for propelling movement seal wire (90).
