Abstract
The invention relates to an enamel cup based on a portable heating unit and a manufacturing method thereof. Many current common functional chefs machines basically have the functions of stirring, heating, intelligent control, interaction and the like. However, in the enamel process, a high temperature sintering step is required.

The invention provides an enamel cup based on a portable heating unit, which comprises a cup body, the heating unit fixed at the bottom of the cup body and a sealing cover covering the outside of the heating unit.

s2, coating an enamel coating on the inner wall of the cup body, and sintering and curing;
s3, assembling a heating unit between the first tubular component and the second tubular component;
and S4, welding a bottom cover to the lower ends of the first tubular member and the second tubular member, so that the outer edge of the bottom cover is welded with the first tubular member, and the inner edge of the bottom cover is welded with the second tubular member.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment discloses an enamel cup based on a portable heating unit, comprising a cup body 1, a heating unit 2 fixed on the bottom of the cup body 1, and a sealing cover covering the heating unit 2, wherein the inner wall of the cup body 1 is provided with an enamel coating, and the sealing cover comprises a tubular part I3 welded on the lower surface of the bottom of the cup body 1, a tubular part II 6 and a bottom cover 4 welded on the lower ends of the tubular part I3 and the tubular part II 6; the second tubular part 6 is positioned inside the first tubular part 3; the heating unit 2 is fixed inside the first tubular member 3, the bottom cover 4 is annular, the outer edge of the bottom cover is welded with the first tubular member 3, and the inner edge of the bottom cover is welded with the second tubular member 6; the tubular part I3, the tubular part II 6 and the bottom cover 4 form the sealed housing, and an annular installation space is formed in the sealed housing; the heating unit 2 is fixed inside the annular installation space

The inner wall of the cup body 1 is coated with an enamel coating, and the first tubular part 3 and the second tubular part 6 are welded before sintering and curing, so that the enamel coating is prevented from being damaged at high temperature when the first tubular part 3 and the second tubular part 6 are welded. The heating unit 2 and the bottom cover 4 are installed after the enamel coating is manufactured, so that the electronic components on the heating unit 2 are prevented from being damaged when the enamel coating is manufactured. It is achieved that an enamel coating can be made on the cup body 1 carrying the heating unit 2.
