As shown in fig. 4-7, the cover plate 8 is further provided with a vertically downward insertion opening 7 corresponding to the position of the notch 25c, and the insertion opening 7 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 4; the cover plate 8 is correspondingly provided with a socket 7, so that the adjusting sliding plate 5 can be inserted into the socket 7 from the position of a notch 25c on the seat back covering cloth 25. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the cover plate 8 comprises a cover plate upper part 8a and a cover plate lower part 8 b; wherein the rear end surface of the upper cover plate part 8a protrudes backwards from the rear end surface of the lower cover plate part 8 b; so that a flange 14 is formed between the cover upper part 8a and the cover lower part 8b, said socket 7 being able to be arranged at an intermediate position of this flange 14. The cover plate 8 is wrapped in the chair back covering cloth 25, and the rear end face of the upper part 8a of the cover plate is flush with the rear end face of the chair back component 1; after the chair back covering cloth 25 is coated on the chair back component 1, the back side part 25b of the chair back covering cloth 25 is not uneven, so that the surface of the chair back covering cloth 25 is flat, the structural integrity is good, and the structure is attractive. The adjusting sliding plate 5 can penetrate into the inserting opening 7 from bottom to top and is connected and matched with the lumbar support 2. Then, the adjusting sliding plate 5 can move up and down along the inserting opening 7 without arranging an exposed sliding groove. After the handheld supporting plate 6 is connected, the handheld supporting plate 6 is positioned at the position of the lower cover plate part 8b, and the lower cover plate part 8b is designed to be thinner and lighter; therefore, the handheld supporting plate 6 can be attached to the chair back component 1 more, and the gap is eliminated.

A caulking groove 22 for the elastic clamping ring 20 to be embedded and a connecting column 23 positioned at the center of the caulking groove 22 are arranged on the connecting seat 21; the elastic retainer ring 20 is directly sleeved on the connecting column 23 and is embedded in the caulking groove 22; and after the elastic collar 20 is embedded in the embedding groove 22, the side of the elastic collar 20 close to the adjusting sliding plate 5 is contacted with the adjusting sliding plate 5. And the front ends of the two connecting seats 21 are further connected with a limiting plate 24, two sides of the limiting plate 24 are respectively connected to the connecting seats 21 through screws, and the limiting plate 24 can limit the elastic retainer ring 20 to be separated from the connecting seats 21. The positioning clamping grooves 5a are arc-shaped grooves, and the positioning clamping grooves 5a are longitudinally arranged at intervals on two sides of the adjusting sliding plate 5; when the adjusting sliding plate 5 slides up and down relative to the cover plate 8, the elastic clamping rings 20 acting on two sides can be simultaneously extruded to elastically deform, so that the adjusting sliding plate 5 has good damping feeling in the sliding process; and when the adjusting sliding plate 5 is in a free state, the elastic clamping rings 20 on the two sides are respectively clamped with the positioning clamping grooves 5a on the two sides of the adjusting sliding plate 5, so that the adjusting sliding plate 5 stays at any adjusting position. The structure design is ingenious, and a locking or unlocking device is not required to be additionally arranged; the sliding of the adjusting sliding plate 5 or the stopping of the adjusting sliding plate 5 can be controlled at any time by utilizing the elastic deformation of the elastic clamping ring 20, thereby conveniently adjusting the height of the waist rest 2.
As shown in fig. 1-7, the lumbar support 2, the adjustment slide 5 and the cover 8 are assembled in advance, and then the cover 8 is attached to the seat back assembly 1. The chair back covering cloth 25 is attached to the outer surface of the chair back component 1, and the chair back covering cloth 25 covers the chair back component 1 and the cover plate 8; the notch 25c of the back part 25b of the chair back covering cloth 25 can just coincide with the socket 7 on the cover plate 8; as shown in fig. 3 and 5, after the seat back covering cloth 25 is covered on the seat back assembly 1, only the notch 25c of the back side portion 25b of the seat back covering cloth 25a is exposed, so that the structure is very simple and beautiful. Accordingly, the bottom of the adjustment slide 5 is exposed to the outside of the seat back cover 25, and the portion of the adjustment slide 5 exposed to the outside of the seat back cover 25 is in contact with the rear portion 25b of the seat back cover 25 a. A connecting block 26 extending backwards is arranged at the bottom of the adjusting sliding plate 5, a connecting sleeve 27 extending forwards is correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the front end of the handheld supporting plate 6, and when the handheld supporting plate is connected, the connecting block 26 is in front-back insertion fit with the connecting sleeve 27, so that the handheld supporting plate 6 and the adjusting sliding plate 5 are close to each other in front-back manner; then, the screw is arranged on the hand-held supporting plate 6 and the connecting block 26 from back to front in a penetrating way, so that the hand-held supporting plate and the connecting block are fixedly connected. After the connection is finished, the rear end of the handheld supporting plate 6 is also connected with a decorative rear cover 3, so that connection traces such as screws can be further hidden, and the surface of the handheld supporting plate 6 is smooth; and (5) beautifying the appearance.
After the handheld supporting plate 6 is connected, two ends of the handheld supporting plate 6 are encircled at the rear end of the chair back component 1, and the handheld supporting plate 6 is attached to the rear side part 25b of the chair back covering cloth 25; so that the chair back component 1, the adjusting slide plate 5 and the handheld splint 6 are mutually attached to each other from front to back; the adjustment sled 5 will then be hidden between the back cover 25 and the hand-held platform 6. In addition, the bottom end of the handheld supporting plate 6 is positioned below the bottom end of the adjusting sliding plate 5, so that the bottom end of the adjusting sliding plate 5 is not exposed outside all the time; as shown in fig. 17, and the action hand-held platform 6 moves up and down along the back assembly 1 such that the lumbar support 2 has an upper adjustment position and a lower adjustment position; the waist rest 2 is positioned at the lower adjusting position, and the handheld supporting plate 6 is positioned at the lowest adjusting position; the upper end of the hand-held blade 6 is still above the notch 25 c. Then, the handheld supporting plate 6 is configured to have a sufficient height, so that the handheld supporting plate 6 can always cover the part of the adjusting sliding plate 5 exposed out of the seat back covering cloth 25 and the notch 25c in the process that the handheld supporting plate 6 slides up and down along the seat back assembly 1, and the rear end structure of the seat back assembly 1 is attractive.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and 15-17, the notch 25c is provided at a middle position in the width direction of the backrest, and the notch 25c is provided at a height position from one third to one half of the height of the rear side portion 25b of the backrest cover 25. The notch 25c is arranged at the position in the middle of the chair back covering cloth 25 or at the lower part of the middle of the chair back covering cloth, so that the position requirement of waist support adjustment is met. Only one notch 25c is arranged, and the width of the notch 25c is 1.5-4 CM; the gap 25c is made as small as possible while the adjustment sliding plate 5 is inserted and slid, so that the appearance is not influenced as much as possible; the back covering cloth 25 is as complete as possible. The chair back covering cloth 25 is made of opaque textile cloth or leather; has good texture, and the waist rest has a hiding effect, thereby bringing a novel feeling to a user.
Such that the lumbar support 2 is disposed within the back assembly 1 and the hand-held platform 5 is disposed outside of the back assembly 1, as shown in figures 1-2. Only the hand-held supporting plate 6 is exposed out of the rear end of the chair back component 1; when the waist support 2 is controlled to lift, only the handheld supporting plate 6 needs to be acted for lifting, the handheld supporting plate 6 drives the adjusting sliding plate 5 to lift, so that the lifting adjustment of the waist support 2 is realized, and the operation is very convenient; in the process of adjusting the handheld supporting plate 6 up and down, only the handheld supporting plate 6 is exposed out of the rear end of the chair back component 1 all the time, and the adjusting sliding plate 5 and the notch 25c are not exposed all the time; the use is more advanced. The structure of the chair back component 1 is novel and simple, the self shape of the chair back component 1 can not be interfered, and the structure is beautiful.
Example 2: this embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: along the height direction of the chair back, the accommodating cavity 4 is formed in the middle position of the chair back component 1, the accommodating cavity 4 is penetrated through the chair back component 1 (not shown) from front to back, and the accommodating cavity 4 is formed between the front side part 25a and the rear side part 25b of the chair back fabric.
