Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The tree binding rope device shown in fig. 1-3 comprises a mobile machine body 1, a lifting driving unit 2 and a tree binding mechanism 3; the lifting drive unit 2 comprises a base part consisting of a lifting rail 21 and a climbing element 22, and further comprises a climbing assembly 23 mounted on the tree binding mechanism 3, the climbing assembly 23 being capable of cooperating with the climbing element 22 to lift the tree binding mechanism 3 along the lifting rail 21; the base portion being switchable between an expanded state and a collapsed state; the base body part is of a three-section structure and comprises an upper part, a middle part and a lower part; in the folded state, as shown in fig. 4, the tree bundling mechanism 3 is placed in a space surrounded by the upper, middle and lower three parts.
Through the structure, when the base body part is in the unfolding state, the tree bundling mechanism can lift in a large stroke to meet the tree bundling requirement of a higher trunk, and when the base body part is in the folding state, the whole machine can be compact, so that the machine is convenient to transport and store.
Specifically, the mobile body 1 includes a frame 11 having a hollow interior; the base part further comprises a base 24 for mounting the lifting rail 21 and the climbing element 22; the base 24 comprises an upper base 241, a middle base 242 and a lower base 243; all three are provided with a part of the lifting guide rail 21 and a part of the climbing element 22; the middle base 242 is always in an upright state and can horizontally translate relative to the frame 11, and the upper base 241 and the lower base 243 are respectively rotatably mounted on the frame 11; in the folded state, the upper base 241 and the lower base 243 are respectively attached to the upper and lower sides of the frame 11, and both are in a flat state, and the middle base 242 and the tree bundling mechanism 3 are both disposed in the frame 11; in the unfolded state, the upper base 241 and the lower base 243 are both in the upright state.
Preferably, a first link 251 is provided between the upper base 241 and the middle base 242 to establish a linkage relationship therebetween; a second link 252 is disposed between the lower base 243 and the middle base 242 to establish a linkage relationship therebetween.
With the above configuration, the middle base 242 moves to the outside of the frame 11, and the tree binding mechanism 3 moves to the outside of the frame 11 while the upper base 241 and the lower base 243 are opened to the erected state, thereby realizing the whole deployment of the tree binding device. When the use is completed, the middle base 242 moves toward the inside of the frame 11, and the tree binding mechanism 3 is retracted into the frame 11 while the upper base 241 and the lower base 243 are retracted to the folded state, so that the tree binding mechanism 3 does not occupy space alone, and the tree binding rope device can be retracted to the most compact state. The extension and retraction of the middle base 242 is driven by a multi-stage extension and retraction cylinder 244.
Compared with the foldable track shown in the patent CN212421793U, CN111745830a, the structure can retract the middle base 242 and the tree bundling mechanism 3 into the frame after the folding, and the upper base 241 and the lower base 243 are respectively attached to the upper and lower sides of the frame 11, so that the structure is more compact and the space is more saved.
Preferably, the climbing element 22 is a rack; the climbing assembly 23 includes a climbing motor 231 and a climbing gear 232.
The mobile body 1 further includes a mobile chassis 12, and the frame 11 can be lifted and lowered relative to the mobile chassis 12 to adjust a position. A guide sleeve 13 is fixed on the frame 11, a guide post 14 is arranged on the movable chassis 12, and the guide sleeve 13 is in sliding fit with the guide post 14; a lifting cylinder 15 is also arranged between the frame 11 and the movable chassis 12.
When the tree rope bundling device is in a storage state, the frame 11 is in a low position, the base body part is in a folding state, the middle base 242 and the tree bundling mechanism 3 are both arranged in the frame 11, when the tree rope bundling device is required to be switched to a use state, firstly, the lifting cylinder 15 drives the frame 11 to lift, then the multi-stage telescopic cylinder 244 pushes the middle base 242 to translate relative to the frame 11, the middle base 242 pushes the upper base 241 and the lower base 243 to be opened respectively through the first connecting rod 251 and the second connecting rod 252 until the upper base 241 and the lower base 243 are in an upright state, the upper base 241, the middle base 242 and the lower base 243 are spliced into a whole, and the lifting guide rail 21 is spliced completely; finally, the bundle tree mechanism 3 is driven to execute the bundle tree operation.
As shown in fig. 5, the tree bundling mechanism 3 includes two halves 31 that can be opened and closed relatively, and a tree bundling unit 32, where semicircular tracks 33 are installed on the two halves 31, and after the two halves 31 are closed relatively, the two semicircular tracks 33 are combined into a whole circular track, and the tree bundling unit 32 can perform circular motion along the whole circular track; one of the halves 31 is provided with a driving device 34, and when the tree binding unit 32 moves to the half 31 where the driving device 34 is located, the tree binding unit 32 is driven by the driving device 34 to move along the half 31 without the driving device 34 by inertial force and return to the half 31 with the driving device 34, so that the cycle can continuously do circular motion. The drive means 34 comprise a plurality of sets of friction belts 341, the inward-facing belt segments of each friction belt 341 being adapted to act on the tree binding unit 32, the inward-facing belt segments of all friction belts 341 constituting a half regular polygon for continuous friction acceleration of the tree binding unit 32. Compared with the prior art, the driving mode has the advantages that the driving device 34 does not need to span the two half bodies 31, the relative opening and closing conditions of the two half bodies 31 are simpler, complex control is not needed, compared with the prior driving mechanism which drives through the two semi-annular gears, when the two half bodies 31 are opened, the two semi-annular gears and the two half bodies 31 can be separated only when being accurately aligned, and the control difficulty is greater.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the invention, it being noted that: it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and adaptations are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the invention.
