Abstract
一种测量信息的上报、收集方法及装置,用以在上报测量信息时保护终端的隐私。该方法包括:网络设备发送广播消息,终端接收来自网络设备的广播消息,所述广播消息包括配置信息,所述配置信息包括公共信道资源的信息,所述公共信道资源用于传输测量信息;所述终端在所述公共信道资源上向所述网络设备发送测量信息。所述网络设备在所述公共信道资源上接收测量信息。这样,通过广播消息向终端通知配置信息,在配置信息中携带公共信道资源的信息,终端在公共信道资源上向网络设备发送测量信息,网络设备在公共信道资源上接收测量信息时,并不知道是哪一个终端发送的。从而能够保护终端的隐私不被泄露,又能够达到采集测量信息的目的。
