Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly acquiring programs in a DVB network. The traditional channel searching speed for searching DVB network programs depends on channel hardware, the code rate of transmission table data, the running performance of a CPU (Central processing Unit) and a DDR (double data rate), and the like, and has obvious bottlenecks. The method monitors program information in the DVB network through the program monitor, if the program information changes, the program monitor performs channel searching operation based on the DVB standard and uploads the acquired program data to a program storage server; the program storage server receives and stores the program data uploaded by the program monitor, and transmits the program data to the user set top box according to the received query command of the user set top box; and the user set-top box acquires the list data from the program storage server in a query mode. By adopting the method of the invention, the program list can be obtained very quickly even under an ultra-large DVB network, and the use experience of a set top box user is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of digital set-top boxes, and particularly relates to a method for rapidly acquiring programs in a DVB network.
Background
The channel searching is a basic service of a DVB (Digital Video broadcasting) set top box, obtains information of all programs in a network by filtering and analyzing a pmt (program Map table), a pat (program Association table) and an sdt (service Description table), and then organizes a data structure suitable for the set top box to be stored in a nonvolatile memory of the set top box.
With the development of the DVB standard and various compression techniques, the number of programs in the DVB network is now multiplied, and some large DVB networks are required to be able to search for more than 5000 sets of programs at a time. If the set of program search time is 1 second, then 5000 program search times will be 5000 seconds, i.e. more than 1 half hour, and such a search speed is not acceptable. Therefore, the speed requirement of channel searching also becomes an important performance index of the set-top box.
The channel searching service consists of two modules: the first is a PMT, PAT and SDT filtering and analyzing module; the second is a database module. The working principle of the two modules is as follows:
1. a filtering and analyzing module: the program data is obtained from the above table by locking the TP where the program is located and then filtering PAT, PMT, SDT. And repeating the steps until all the TPs needing channel searching are completely searched.
2. A database module: organizing the program data obtained from PMT, PAT and SDT tables into a data structure suitable for the set-top box for storage.
In the two modules, the PMT, PAT and SDT filtering and analyzing modules consume most of the time for searching the channels, the frequency locking, the table filtering waiting and the table analyzing are very time consuming, and the optimization of the channel searching time is mainly performed around the optimization of the PMT, PAT and SDT filtering and analyzing modules. The traditional optimization method is generally carried out from the optimization of frequency locking speed, the optimization of filtering speed and the optimization of analysis speed. However, no matter how the optimization is, obvious limits exist, such as that the frequency locking speed depends on the performance of channel hardware, the filtering depends on the code rate of transmission table data in a network, and the analysis depends on the running performance of a CPU and a DDR and an analysis algorithm. If the program data after the analysis table can be directly acquired, even the organized program data structure can be directly acquired, the channel searching speed can be greatly improved, and the thought is also a final method for optimizing the channel searching speed theoretically.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for rapidly acquiring programs in a DVB network aiming at the defects of the prior art.
The method monitors program information in the DVB network through the program monitor, if the program information changes, the program monitor performs channel searching operation based on the DVB standard, and uploads the acquired program data to a program storage server in a jason format; the program storage server receives and stores the program data uploaded by the program monitor, and transmits the program data to the user set top box according to the received query command of the user set top box; and the user set-top box acquires the list data from the program storage server in a query mode.
The program monitor has the specific flow:
step I, starting a program monitor;
step II, executing one-time full frequency point channel searching of the DVB standard; if the channel searching fails, executing the full-frequency channel searching again until the channel searching succeeds, and if the channel searching succeeds, executing the step III;
uploading the acquired satellite list data, TP list data and program list data to a program storage server, and receiving the list data by the program storage server according to a data storage command; if the uploading fails and the uploading times do not reach the limit uploading times, continuing to upload; if the uploading fails and the uploading times reach the limit uploading times, executing the step IV; if the uploading is successful, executing the step V;
step IV, the program monitor records the error state of the program storage server and executes the step V;
and V, monitoring the program information in the DVB network by the program monitor, executing the step II if the program information is changed, and continuing monitoring if the program information is not changed.
The specific flow of the program storage server is as follows:
step (1), starting a program storage server;
step (2), the program storage server waits for a command of the program monitor or the user set top box, if the command is a data storage command sent by the program monitor, the step (3) is executed, and if the command is a data query command sent by the user set top box, the step (7) is executed;
step (3), the program storage server analyzes the data storage command, acquires data to be stored, and verifies the data to be stored, wherein the data to be stored is satellite list data, TP list data and program list data; if the verification is correct, performing the step (4); if the verification is not correct, executing the step (6);
step (4), the program storage server stores the acquired list data;
step (5), the program storage server returns data storage success information to the program monitor and returns to the step (2);

and (7) the program storage server transmits the list data and the MD5 thereof back to the user set-top box, and the step (2) is returned.
The specific flow of the user set-top box is as follows:
starting a user set top box, and updating list data by the user set top box;
the user set-top box sends a data query command to a program storage server;
step three, the user set-top box acquires satellite list data from the program storage server, checks the satellite list data through MD5, if the check is successful, the step four is executed, and if the check is failed, the step seven is executed;
acquiring TP list data from the program storage server by the user set-top box, verifying the TP list data through MD5, if the verification is successful, executing the step (c), and if the verification is failed, executing the step (c);
acquiring program list data from a program storage server by the user set-top box, verifying through MD5, executing the step (c) if the verification is successful, and executing the step (c) if the verification is failed;
the user set-top box saves the acquired satellite, TP and program list data to a local memory to acquire programs in the DVB network;

The speed of searching programs in the DVB network by the traditional set top box depends on the performance of channel hardware, the code rate of transmission table data in the DVB network, the running performance of a CPU (Central processing Unit) and a DDR (double data rate) and an analysis algorithm, and no matter how the optimization is carried out, the traditional set top box has obvious bottlenecks. The invention designs a method which can break through the speed limit of the traditional set top box for searching DVB network programs based on a program monitor, a program storage server and a user set top box through Ethernet connection, the channel searching speed is not limited by the channel performance of the set top box, the code rate of transmission table data in the DVB network, the running performance of a CPU and a DDR and the limit of an analysis algorithm, and the speed for acquiring the programs in the DVB network is fundamentally improved only depending on the Ethernet speed under the current hundred mega even giga Ethernet. By adopting the method, the program list can be obtained very quickly even under an ultra-large DVB network, the channel searching time required by the hour level is shortened to the minute level, and the use experience of a set top box user is greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 1, a method for quickly acquiring programs in a DVB network monitors program information in the DVB network through a program monitor, and if the program information changes, the program monitor performs a channel search operation based on the DVB standard and uploads acquired program data to a program storage server in a jar format; the program storage server receives and stores the program data uploaded by the program monitor, and transmits the program data to the user set top box according to the received query command of the user set top box; and the user set-top box acquires the list data from the program storage server in a query mode.
