Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,包括以下步骤:获取一段水处理过程的监控视频;对所述监控视频做分帧处理,得到n帧连续的监控图像;基于混合高斯模型,识别每帧监控图像中的运动目标,所述运动目标为疑似絮状物的图像;采用卷积神经网络提取第n帧监控图像中的每个运动目标的图像特征;将获取的若干图像特征,输入SVM分类器,获得多个絮状物的图像特征;采用BP神经网络将多个絮状物的图像特征进行特征融合,获得絮状物图像的融合特征;基于融合特征,判断是否有预定量的絮状物产生;若无,则进行报警操作。本发明采用图像识别技术代替人眼,精确监控絮状物的产生量,据此可为工作人员提供加药量参考。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于图像识别技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法。
背景技术
水处理过程中,通过在污水中投放絮凝剂的形式,对污水进行初步处理,将污水中的固体颗粒物质进行沉淀处理,絮凝剂通过加药间,向污水中进行定量投放,然后对水中絮状物形成过程进行监控,以便达到絮凝剂药品的合理投放。
现有的监控手段,主要借助人工监控和借助浊度计进行过程监控,常规的浊度计监控受水体中悬浮颗粒的粒径、泥沙颜色以及气泡效应因素影响,精度低。另外,人工监控过程中,需要依赖运行人员现场进行巡检,并依据个人经验进行加药调整。最终导致加药量容易出现较大的偏差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,采用图像识别技术代替人眼,精确监控絮状物的产生量,据此可为工作人员提供加药量参考。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、获取一段水处理过程的监控视频;
步骤2、对所述监控视频做分帧处理,得到n帧连续的监控图像;
步骤3、基于混合高斯模型,识别每帧监控图像中的运动目标,所述运动目标为疑似絮状物的图像;
步骤4、采用卷积神经网络提取第n帧监控图像中的每个运动目标的图像特征;
步骤5、将步骤4获取的若干图像特征,输入SVM分类器,获得多个絮状物的图像特征;
步骤6、采用BP神经网络将多个絮状物的图像特征进行特征融合,获得絮状物图像的融合特征;
步骤7、基于融合特征,判断是否有预定量的絮状物产生,若有,则获取下一段水处理过程的监控视频,然后进入步骤2;若无,则进行报警操作。
上述基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,所述步骤2,还包括对分帧处理后的每帧监控图像进行图像预处理;图像预处理时,利用加权平均灰度处理,对获取的监控图像进行颜色规范化处理。
上述基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,所述步骤2,还包括对颜色规范化处理后的监控图像进行中值滤波去噪处理。
上述基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,所述步骤3中,基于混合高斯模型,识别每帧监控图像中的运动目标时,利用背景减除法建立混合高斯模型,用每帧监控图像中的每个像素点与混合高斯模型匹配,如果匹配成功则判定该像素点为背景点,否则该像素点为运动目标中的图像。
上述基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,所述混合高斯模型建立时,需要对混合高斯模型中方差和均值两个参数实时更新,更新时,均值和方差的更新采用不同的更新率。

上述基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,所述SVM分类器为预先采用k-means+LBP+PCA+SVM算法,多次训练模型获得。
上述基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,所述融合特征为所述絮状物的图像面积。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明通过对监控视频进行分帧处理,再采用混合高斯模型识别运动目标,可方便后续对絮状物的识别。
2、本发明通过采用卷积神经网络,对运动目标进行特征识别,可以更加精确的获得疑似絮状物的特征,方便后续对絮状物的区分。
3、本发明采用图像识别技术代替人眼,精确监控絮状物的产生量,据此可为工作人员提供加药量参考。

具体实施方式
电厂海水淡化处理时,首先需要对海水进行净化处理,将抽出的海水直接注入沉淀池,同时通过加药间,向沉淀池内进行絮凝剂加药,加快海水中固体颗粒物凝结,产生絮状物进行沉淀,本实施例主要对沉淀池加药过程中絮状物是否可以达到预期理想效果进行过程监控。
如图1所示,一种基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、获取一段水处理过程的监控视频,即对加药后的沉淀池进行拍摄获得监控视频;
步骤2、对所述监控视频做分帧处理,得到n帧连续的监控图像;
步骤3、基于混合高斯模型,识别每帧监控图像中的运动目标,所述运动目标为疑似絮状物的图像;
需要说明的是,采用混合高斯模型检测运动目标为目前已有技术,此处应用该技术,目的是识别出监控视频中第n帧的运动目标,该运动目标大概率为絮状物;
进一步的,基于混合高斯模型,识别每帧监控图像中的运动目标时,利用背景减除法建立混合高斯模型,用每帧监控图像中的每个像素点与混合高斯模型匹配,如果匹配成功则判定该像素点为背景点,否则该像素点为运动目标中的图像;
所述混合高斯模型建立时,需要对混合高斯模型中方差和均值两个参数实时更新,更新时,均值和方差的更新采用不同的更新率。所以将均值和方差的更新采用不同的更新率,能够提高大而慢的运动目标的检测效果;
步骤4、采用卷积神经网络提取第n帧监控图像中的每个运动目标的图像特征;
采用卷积神经网络提取每帧监控图像中的运动目标的图像特征时,经过一个卷积核的卷积操作后,得到了一个特定特征。实际应用中,可以通过卷积神经网络采集色彩特征、纹理特征和轮廓特征;
步骤5、将步骤4获取的若干图像特征,输入SVM分类器,获得多个絮状物的图像特征;
需要说明的是,因为实际中,运动目标肯定不止是絮状物,还可能会是其他物体,如大块的杂质等,所以在判断加药效果时,需要将非絮状物的其他运动目标排除,通过预先训练好SVM分类器,对运动目标进行分类,可以很好的实现这点;所述SVM分类器为预先采用k-means+LBP+PCA+SVM算法,多次训练模型获得;
步骤6、采用BP神经网络将多个絮状物的图像特征进行特征融合,获得絮状物图像的融合特征;所述融合特征为所述絮状物的图像面积;
步骤7、基于融合特征,判断是否有预定量的絮状物产生,若有,则获取下一段水处理过程的监控视频,然后进入步骤2;若无,则进行报警操作。
需要说明是,预定量的絮状物为预先通过使用标准加药量后,在第n帧时,监控图像上反映的絮状物产量,所以当判断未产生预定量的絮状物时,则说明当前加药量存在问题。
本实施例中,所述步骤2,还包括对分帧处理后的每帧监控图像进行图像预处理;图像预处理时,利用加权平均灰度处理(gray=(r*w1,g*w2,b*w3)/3其中w1,w2,w3分别为RGB三色值对应的权重),对获取的监控图像进行颜色规范化处理。
本实施例中,所述步骤2,还包括对颜色规范化处理后的监控图像进行中值滤波去噪处理。这样做,可以提升水中絮状物的识别率,中值滤波的主要原理是将数字图像中的某点用该点的邻域中各个像素值的中值所来代替这样就能让目标像素周围能够更好的接近真实值,去噪处理是由于在前面对图像进行预处理产生的一些椒盐噪声,去除后可以增大识别率。

1.一种基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1、获取一段水处理过程的监控视频;
步骤2、对所述监控视频做分帧处理,得到n帧连续的监控图像;
步骤3、基于混合高斯模型,识别每帧监控图像中的运动目标,所述运动目标为疑似絮状物的图像;
步骤4、采用卷积神经网络提取第n帧监控图像中的每个运动目标的图像特征;
步骤5、将步骤4获取的若干图像特征,输入SVM分类器,获得多个絮状物的图像特征;
步骤6、采用BP神经网络将多个絮状物的图像特征进行特征融合,获得絮状物图像的融合特征;
步骤7、基于融合特征,判断是否有预定量的絮状物产生,若有,则获取下一段水处理过程的监控视频,然后进入步骤2;若无,则进行报警操作。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2,还包括对分帧处理后的每帧监控图像进行图像预处理;图像预处理时,利用加权平均灰度处理,对获取的监控图像进行颜色规范化处理。

4.按照权利要求1所述的一种基于图像识别的水处理过程监控方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中,基于混合高斯模型,识别每帧监控图像中的运动目标时,利用背景减除法建立混合高斯模型,用每帧监控图像中的每个像素点与混合高斯模型匹配,如果匹配成功则判定该像素点为背景点,否则该像素点为运动目标中的图像。
