It should be noted that after the charge sharing is determined according to the cooperation mode, the charge sharing can be automatically divided into accounts of all parties through a block chain technology such as an intelligent contract, and the problems of high payment cost, payment dispute, trust crisis and the like are reduced.
In an improved embodiment, the rural resources comprise idle resources, the idle resources have original resource properties, and the cooperation mode is configured on the premise that the original resource properties are not changed.
It should be noted that the rural resources around the intelligent fish villa may have resources currently in effective operation, for example, fields under normal planting conditions. For such resources, the original rural resource information base may not be included. And for the idle resources which are not normally operated, such as idle mountain forests and fields, the idle resources are brought into the original rural resource information base, so that the rural resource waste can be effectively avoided, the amount of the original rural resource information base is reduced, and the storage resources and the network transmission resources are saved.
It should be noted that the original resource property refers to the inherent resource property before idling, for example, it is cultivated land before idling.
In an improved embodiment, the rural resources comprise barren resources, the barren resources have existing resource properties, and the collaborative manner is configured on the premise that the existing resource properties do not change.

and if the cooperation mode library does not have a new cooperation mode which is matched with the personalized requirement, adding the new cooperation mode to the cooperation mode library.

In a further improved embodiment, the typed resource includes a distinguishing identifier and a resource ontology, the distinguishing identifier distinguishes the resource ontology into multiple resources to be claimed, and each resource to be claimed has a unique identity ID.
It should be noted that the resource ontology may refer to the resource entity itself, for example, the resource ontology may refer to the land itself, or may refer to the mountain forest itself.
It should also be noted that the distinguishing mark may include a fence and an electronic tag. Wherein, the fence and the electronic label can be multiple. Each fence and each electronic tag can divide the resource body into a plurality of resources to be claimed, and each resource to be claimed has a unique identity ID due to the electronic tag.
It should be further noted that, in the improved embodiment, the resource ontology is divided into a plurality of resources to be claimed, so that flexible and diverse investment consumption requirements of the urban consumption end can be met. According to investment capacity and consumption preference, resources can be freely selected to be claimed and instructed to operate. For example, after dividing the same land into dozens of parts, a consumer user in the same city can claim adjacent parts of land, plant pepper in any part, and plant Chinese cabbage in any part. In a further improved embodiment, the resource state data of the typed resource is called in response to the user viewing requirement; the resource status data is provided by a sensing device disposed alongside the typed resource; the resource state data comprises a resource video, a geological condition and a temperature and humidity condition;
feeding back the resource state data to the user side in a feedback mode including one or more of voice, image, video and diagram;
receiving a user management instruction, and controlling a management device to manage the typed resources; the management device is arranged beside the typed resource.
It should be noted that, the city user side can remotely participate in resource management through the sensing device and the management device, and the city user can also manage rural resources at home, thereby activating participation enthusiasm of the city user side. For example, a city user can obtain state data of the Chinese cabbages on the field irregularly or periodically through a sensing device such as a camera, and then freely water the Chinese cabbages on the field through a management device such as an intelligent watering valve.
It should be further noted that the improved embodiment provides a way for urban users to freely and randomly participate in rural resource management. Urban users can access the server at any time and any place through the mobile terminal to remotely manage rural resources. In other words, the communication modes of the server, the client, the sensing device and the management device have various, flexible and random technical characteristics.
It is also to be noted that the improved embodiment provides a novel healthy leisure mode. Traditionally, most urban users are without resources in rural areas, and many people are eager to have a land for planting vegetables and fruits as a leisure mode, and the improved embodiment meets the special requirement of the urban users. For example, the old in the urban home can remotely watch the growth condition of Chinese cabbage in rural fields, can remotely control watering and the like.
In a further improved embodiment, a use request for the intelligent fisherman house is received; the use request comprises use time and use authority;
and configuring a use key according to the use time and the use authority and sending the use key to a requesting party, wherein the requesting party uses the intelligent fishing house according to the use key.
It should be noted that, in this improved embodiment, the use request end of the intelligent fish villa can access the server through communication software such as APP, and obtain the use time and the use permission of the intelligent fish villa, so that the intelligent fish villa is fully utilized to drive the docking of the rural resources and the urban users.
In a further improved embodiment, the fishery house operation right is configured, and the fishery house operation right is opened to the operation request party in response to the operation request;
obtaining the fishing villa use charge, wherein the fishing villa use charge is paid by a use requester of the intelligent fishing villa, and the fishing villa use charge comprises operation division;
and automatically paying the operation share to a fishery villa operation account, wherein the fishery villa operation account is owned by a resource ownership party of the fishery villa operation right.
It should be noted that, by configuring the operation division mode for the fishing house, the user can be encouraged to operate and contract the intelligent fishing house. The users operating and contracting the intelligent fish villa can be cooperative users of rural typed resources, namely users of urban consumption users, and can also be other users. For example, a user who runs a contract for an intelligent fish house also collaborates on a certain type of resource through the collaboration mode. Therefore, the urban consumption end user can not only operate the intelligent fishing villa, utilize the profit of the intelligent fishing villa for leisure, but also enjoy the peripheral cooperative resources of the intelligent fishing villa, thereby comprehensively integrating and allocating rural resources and urban consumption investment, realizing the technical effects of information integration and information sharing, and achieving the purposes of consumption, namely investment, consumption, namely production, consumption, namely life.

It should be noted that the apparatus provided in this embodiment is a result of modularization of the method in the first embodiment, and is implemented by a program module or a circuit module corresponding to the method in the first embodiment. The technical problems to be solved by the apparatus and the technical effects to be achieved correspond to the embodiments, and will not be described herein.

the movable bottom plate 3 is detachably arranged on the supporting surface; the movable floor 3 comprises an indoor area 30, a corridor area 31 and a fishing activity area 32;
the mobile house body 4 is detachably mounted in the indoor area 30, a living room compartment 40 and a toilet 41 are integrally arranged in the mobile house body 4, an intelligent home and a network module are arranged in the living room compartment 40, and the intelligent home is communicated with the server;
a safety fence 5 provided at the side of the corridor area 31 and at the side of the fishing activity area 32; the security fence 5 includes a moving door frame 50, the moving door frame 50 moving on the side of the fishing activity area 32 to open or close the fishing activity area 32 to the lake surface;

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, by using the fishing platform in the intelligent fish villa, the consumer can enjoy safe, sanitary and convenient fishing experience, and can get on the internet, rest, go to the toilet 41, and the like in a one-stop manner.
It should also be noted that the intelligent fishing villa is comfortable and environment-friendly, reasonably integrates rural water resources with other resources, and realizes efficient and accurate butt joint of rural resource information and urban consumption information.
It should be noted that the fishing activity area 32 may provide an appropriate area for the user to fish, walk, enter and exit the living room, and the like. Such structure setting, it is safe clean, reduce fishing safety risk, promote user experience.
It should be noted that the plurality of ground piles 2 may be fixed to the lakefront by inserting the lower ends of the plurality of ground piles 2 into the lakefront by means of an excavator or the like, and the movable floor 3 may be installed by forming the upper ends of the plurality of ground piles 2 as a flush support surface. It should be noted that the living room compartment 40 and the toilet 41 are integrally arranged inside the movable room body 4, such an integrated structure can achieve the technical effect that the movable room can be used by being installed on the floor, and the living room compartment 40 and the toilet 41 are not constructed by adopting technical means such as a partition in the movable room body 4.
It should be noted that, an intelligent home is configured in the room compartment 40, and the intelligent home is in communication with the server, so that the use requirement of the user on home can be met. For example, a smart window covering, a smart freezer, a vending machine, etc. may be disposed within the living room compartment 40.
It should be further noted that the network module is configured in the room compartment 40, and the user can communicate with the network through the network module, so that the user does not worry about the problems of the unclogged rural network, insufficient flow and the like, and the use experience of the user on the intelligent fish villa is improved.
It should be noted that the safety fence 5 is arranged at the side of the corridor area 31 and the fishing activity area 32, which can provide a safety boundary to ensure the safety of the activities of the user.
It should be noted that, the safety fence 5 includes the movable door frame 50, and the movable door frame 50 moves on the side of the fishing activity area 32 to open the fishing activity area 32 to the lake surface, and such a structural feature allows a part of the safety fence 5 to be opened when the user is fishing, so that the fishing activity area 32 is open to the lake surface by a space, which is convenient for the user to use fishing gear such as fishing rod, and facilitates the development of fishing activities.

It should be noted that, by using the outdoor monitoring camera, the surrounding state of the house body can be obtained in real time, and the safety management is enhanced. In addition, the camera can not monitor the indoor environment, and the privacy of the user is guaranteed.
Still need wholly explain that intelligence fish villa can provide safe comfortable leisure sightseeing environment for the user of visiting, and the fish villa has special health care simultaneously, can play fine environmental protection effect. In summary, the intelligent fish villa has at least the following technical effects.
First, the intelligent fish villa is connected with the server, and real-time data of the intelligent fish villa can be provided for the server, for example, whether the door of the movable house body 4 is closed, the use state of the intelligent fish villa and the like.
Secondly, through the network module, the tourists can freely surf the internet, so that the problems of no signal and the like are not worried about when the mobile phone flow is saved, and the technical effect of 'people in mountains and waters and knowing everything' is realized.

Preferably, in the intelligent fishing villa, a fishing rod fixing position 320 is arranged on the side, close to water, of the fishing activity area 32; the fishing rod fixing position 320 is located below the movable doorframe 50, and the tail end of the fishing rod can be detachably fixed after the movable doorframe 50 is opened.
It should be noted that the fishing rod fixing position 320 provided on the side close to the water in the fishing activity area 32 can fix the fishing rod, thereby facilitating the fishing activity for the user without searching for a fixing position or a fixing device of the fishing rod.
It should be noted that, since the movable doorframe 50 is located at a position that opens or closes the fishing activity region 32 and the lake surface, the fishing rod fixing position 320 is disposed below the movable doorframe 50, and the movable doorframe 50 can detachably fix the tail end of the fishing rod after being opened, so that the user can feel a better fishing experience conveniently.
In a preferred example, the moving doorframe 50 includes a moving frame 500, a sliding rail 501 and a locking device; the bottom end of the movable frame 500 is slidably connected to the slide rail 501, and the locking device is disposed on one side of the movable door frame 50 and used for locking or unlocking the movable frame 500.

The movable house body 4 further comprises a wash stand 42; the wash platform 42 is communicated with a sewage treatment channel, and the toilet 41 is communicated with a defecation sewer; the sewage treatment channel is communicated with the sewage treatment tank, and the defecation sewer is communicated with the septic tank.
It should be noted that one end of the sewage treatment channel is connected to the wash stand 42, and the other end is connected to the sewage treatment tank, so that the wastewater with chemical substances generated by users can be prevented from polluting the rural areas, for example, the hand sanitizer is prevented from being directly discharged to the rural land.
It should also be noted that the waste sewer is connected to the toilet 41 at one end, for example, to a waste pan in the toilet 41, and to the septic tank at the other end, so that natural fertilizer can be obtained for fertilizing and irrigating.
It should also be noted that the intelligent fish villa provided by the improved embodiment treats different waste water and waste differently, changes waste into valuable, and is green and pollution-free.
Example nine
Referring to fig. 5-11, on the basis of the above embodiments, the present embodiment provides an improved intelligent fish villa.
In a modified embodiment, the movable house body 4 of the intelligent fishing house is a cuboid house body, the cuboid house body is longitudinally arranged in the indoor area 30, and the door 400 of the living room compartment 40 faces the fishing movable area 32; the toilet 41 is located at one side of the lakeside road.
It should be noted that, when the activity house body 4 sets up to the cuboid room body, can vertically install the cuboid room body on activity bottom plate 3, such structural feature can make the intelligence fishing villa stretch to the part of the surface of water increase, occupies the area of lakeside and reduces.
It should be further explained that the bathroom 41 is located at one side of the lakeside road, so that the center of gravity of the intelligent fishing villa can be further concentrated towards one side of the lakeside road, construction is convenient, and the intelligent fishing villa is favorable for stability. And, the defecation sewer of the toilet 41 is convenient to communicate with the septic tank for construction.
In an alternative modified embodiment, the movable house 4 is a rectangular parallelepiped house, which is installed in the indoor area 30 in the transverse direction; the door 400 of the room compartment 40 faces the corridor area 31, and the toilet 41 is located at one side of the lakeside road.
It should be noted that, when the activity room body 4 sets up to the cuboid room body, can transversely install the cuboid room body on the activity chassis, vertical mounting means is compared to such structure, not only can let the focus of intelligence fishing villa concentrate to one side of lakeside road more, and convenient construction does benefit to intelligence fishing villa and forces on firmly, can provide more spacious fishing activity region 32 moreover and supply the user to use.

acquiring rural resources around the intelligent fishing villa and creating an original rural resource information base; the intelligent fishing villa is positioned at a rural lakeside and comprises a fishing platform, a living room and a communication module, wherein the communication module is arranged in the living room, and the fishing platform is positioned beside the living room; the original rural resource information base comprises typed resources and resource ownership parties;

determining whether the personalized requirements are prohibited by the regulations;
prompting to adjust the personalized requirements if the personalized requirements are prohibited by the regulations.

the intelligent home system is connected with the intelligent home system through the communication module; the intelligent home system is arranged in the room and comprises a field communication interface; the field communication interface receives a field user instruction, and the intelligent home system controls the intelligent home according to the field user instruction.
